La terrasse en toiture était en bordel. La fontaine au pied des escaliers est affreuse. Il manque une carte et un service de boissons.

The traditional food was really good, and special thanks to a wonderful team, the oasis and old town walking tour, the live music after dinner.

Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und haben den Pool, ausgezeichnetes Abendessen und Frühstück im Garten genossen. Einfach traumhaft! Sehr netter Gastgeber und herzlicher Empfang.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Nous sommes repartis le coeur gros du Dar Tiziri... Nous avons été très touchés par l'accueil et en particulier pour notre fils Léo qui a été accueilli comme chez lui. Une hospitalité rare et vraiment touchante. Le lieu est magnifique, parfaitement propre et calme ... le bruit des oiseaux est apaisant. La cuisine est délicieuse ... bref c'était un séjour parfait. Merci Saïda, Omar et Mohamed ... nous vous gardons dans nos coeurs !

Repas du soir et petit dejeuner somptueux...cuisine marocaine excellente. Halte vivement recommandee, vous ne le regretterez pas.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Located in a popular area in the outskirts of beautiful Zagora, on the other side of of the Draa River at the foot of Jebel Zagora, this riad is a jewel without the posh of 4* hotels. The food, the rooms, the quiet ambiance, everything was to the point. Mohamed was a perfect host — he was incredibly modest and generous with us, we only discovered in passing that he also happens to be an elite ultrarunner, and the 2026 winner of the harrowing Marathon des sables.

Beleuchtung des Zimmers und im Garten beim Abendessen unzureichend. Im Zimmer: Beleuchtung bei den Waschbecken und bei einem Nachttisch defekt Man konnte kaum etwas sehen. Beim Abendessen mussten wir das Handy benutzen, um die Speisen sehen zu können. Angeboten werden nur Menüs. Wir mussten mehr als die Hälfte zurück gehen lassen. Das Warmwasser lm Zimmer kommt so heiß aus den Hähnen, dass Verbrenunngsgefahr besteht.

The place has an authentic atmosphere and is a great experience if you want to get a sense of Moroccan hospitality. The staff and service were friendly and attentive. They were always available for questions and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. One highlight was definitely the dinner – it was absolutely delicious and really stood out. We also booked a one-day desert trip through the accommodation, and the whole process worked perfectly. The booking was smooth and well organized, and we really enjoyed the experience in the desert. Overall, we had a great stay and can highly recommend this place as a starting point for a desert trip in Zagora.

Un grand merci à Omar qui nous a guidés dans la palmeraie ainsi qu'en ville pour faire nos achats. Efficacité et gentillesse au rendez-vous. Le repas du soir était également excellent et l'ambiance de la soirée en musique super!

Juste petit bémol il y faisait très froid le soir et la salle à manger est dans le patio ouvert au ciel. Il y a un chauffage d’appoint à côté de la table mais il faut quand même bien s’habiller !
