This apartment is really beautiful, owners are nice, it has everything you need and more. We really enjoyed our time there. It's close to everything but also quiet so we could rest.

The house is spotless clean with a lot of little extras like water in the fridge or the ability to wash. The cats around are a huge extra !!!

The apartment was spotless and the accommodations were amazing! Not only were tag accommodations great, there were many other added accommodations you don’t see or have available for recreation that were made available. This location went above and beyond to help ensure our visit allowed us to make the best of our trip. L’appartement est équipé d’une machine à laver et d’un sèche-linge, ce qui est vraiment très pratique. Des capsules sont également mises à disposition, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Nous avons aussi apprécié les petites attentions pour le petit-déjeuner : nous avions par exemple deux sachets pour préparer des pancakes. C’était parfait pour les matins où nous ne voulions pas sortir bruncher.

It’s a great spot from in between old San Juan and Aguadilla. We returned from the island of Veiques and needed a place to rest and wash clothing and cook home meals.

Bed was uncomfortable.

Exactly as pictured—beautiful accommodations and the owners live next door.

If you aren’t used to navigating Puerto Rico roads it might be intimidating.

The inside of the apartment is completely renovated. Everything is new. Excellent washer and dryer! Good interior decoration. The host provides utensils, coffee & teas, and many other convenient things in the apartment (such as beach towers, etc.). The host also responded to messages instantly.

The street where the apartment locates looks crowded with many cars parked irregularly. No clear street number to identify the apartment.

The host was very communicative and exceptionally helpful. We checked in late night around 11 pm - the host understood the importance of timeliness in communication and just called me direct and walked me through finding the place, parking and access. There was a town-wide water outage when we got there - but she personally went over to the water works repair site and talked to them and kept us up to date late into the night. I felt re-assured by her staying on top of things. The apartment was spotless, everything was new and was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked exceptionally well, the coffee was fantastic, the washer dryer was top of the line, plenty of beach towels, parking was right in front of the door, the ACs were quiet, the neighborhood was quiet, the neighbors were friendly.

The space is pretty small - perfect for two adults and one kid. The listing says it can sleep 5 people - that would be a squeeze. Bedroom doesn't have any windows. There are very few surfaces to keep things in the living room and bathroom - the hosts should consider adding more floating shelves, especially in the bathroom. The smart lock on the front door was a little annoying - it would auto lock within 30s or so every time you open it. A deadbolt on the front door would have been nice too.

After we checked in and moved all stuff into the room , found no water at all. We had to find another place and drove there in the rain. Even the landlord was nice and refunded us. We still hope they could notice us earlier by phone not just message. What a mess for the first night at Puerto Rico.

The bed has starting dipping in the middle which is rough when two people are in the bed.

Eveything it was comfortable, very clean, affordable, super host!!! Amazing overall loved it! And the view of the mountains was beautiful!! Peaceful neighborhood

The apartment is fully renovated, design looks great, all appliances are new. It is a super cozy apartment which has everything you might need- even Netflix and Junga for the rainy days. It feels like being home.

The only disadvantage was a weak WiFi. We had good coverage only in the bedroom.

Everything is new and super clean. The space is perfect. 📺 are awesome. It's near all good places in Fajardo and Luquillo. The host was very good with us.

I had a great stay at the Yellow Spot apartment. It's nicely remodeled and well-appointed, with fantastic air conditioning and very comfortable furnishings. The apartment is easy to find, and the check-in process was smooth. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. This place served as the perfect refuge to spend the night before embarking to the ferry in Ceiba. Highly recommend!

Extremely clean , place has everything needed to make you feel like home .. decoration is super modern .. I truly appreciate how the host treated us .. super quiet area and perfect for good resting .. definitely recommend the yellow spot ..
