The room should be prepared before, I am mentioning the towels and those staff, it wasn't prepared also they didn't put enough towels and tissues although I book for 3 adults..

Took very long time to check in. They make you sign a contract. No other hotels I have ever been to do that. Had to call 3-4 times to get towels and toiletpaper. One of the showers it’s literally no space in between the shower and toilet…

Reviewed Nov 23, 2024The hotel is located near the airport and there are many restaurants and convenience stores on the ground floor. The check-in process was smooth, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete.
The hotel is located slightly further from tourist attractions, so it's necessary to plan your itinerary and route. There are not enough amenities in the room (such as slippers, tissues, and toothbrushes), and if needed, you must communicate with the hotel separately.

The view was mentioned while booking but when I went to check it they gave me a room without view and it was back side of the hotel and secondly the basic kitchen accessories where missing like electronic cooker was missing along with cooking accessors
