Quite far to go to the city center and taxis/cars cannot come very close to the hotel entrance. Sometimes during the day, the streets can be loud.

The hosts, Mohammed and Youssef, were extremely helpful and always available whenever I needed assistance or had any questions. The riad itself was consistently clean, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Uno de los mejores lugares donde quedarse, empezando por el recibimiento que fue increíble por parte de quien nos recibió, es muy servicial y atento, el lugar completamente impecable y con una muy buena ubicación, las habitaciones totalmente equipadas con aire acondicionado (muy útil por el clima), cuenta con cocina y terraza, el personal muy agradable y servicial. Si volviese a marrakech no dudaría en volver a este riad.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Zdecydowanie obsługa i fakt, że do dyspozycji jest kuchnia, pralka, bardzo miły właściciel, z którym można załatwić każdą sprawę. Transfer lotniskowy również w dużo lepszej cenie, niż rezerwując taxi z lotniska bezpośrednio.
Jedyny minus, to bliskość Meczetu, więc ludzie, którzy cierpią na słaby sen, będą mieli codziennie około 5 pobudkę.

La proximité,les commerces,la place jame3 fna en taxi pas trop cher comme courses sinon à pieds pour les marcheurs. Le personnel du ménage sympathique. La propreté du Riad. Une cuisine à disposition,complète. Je recommande à 100%. Merci Mohamed. Nous reviendrons dans ce Riad un de ces jours

Grâce à sa touche personnelle et son talent, il a su donner à l'établissement une atmosphère et un aspect d'une harmonie rare. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité des lieux et la chaleur humaine qui y règne. Une véritable oasis de paix. Allez-y les yeux fermés, je conseille fortement !

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The riad was freshly renovated. We were the first guests to stay there. Beautifully made with details. Mohamed was very kind and very helpful!!! They offer also tours, SIM cards, lift to airport. I had to work on the computer, which I could do perfectly in the common areas. Cozy and comfortable. We felt almost at home. The location is great. Not in the super touristic area of the Medina. Great value for what we paid.

Wi -Fi functioneaza bine si are o mica bucatarie la parter .Are UN FOARTE BUN RAPORT CALITATE- PRET ! Tanarurul care il administreaza, MOHSIN este foarte serios si de cuvant . A rezolvat perfect ,incepand de la transportul dus / intors la aeroport, pana la excursia in desert la MERZOUGA (in conditiile foarte bune pe care le-am stabilit ) si pana la cumpararea unor medicamente necesare . Die Dachterrasse war nicht so schön. Das Personal war teilweise gar nicht da und die Gegend ist etwas gruselig, da wir in der Nähe fast gescamt wurden.

When entered the house it has toilet reservoir smell, the fridge in the kitchen was dirty and the last line of the fridge was getting rotten, the kitchen hygiene is poor. During bedtime a lot of noise from the window and cigarette smells enter the room where I have to cover my nose to try and sleep. Before getting to Marrakech I saw the apartment showing at the city centre, more so I asked one of the staff via WhatsApp message how many minutes to city centre he mentioned 15 minutes walk, when I arrived at Marrakech to walk to the city centre was 32 minutes, I was like why the liar about the distance.

Perhaps earplugs could be given to avoid this problem. The beds were not that comfy. The staff were super lovely and the riad is good value for money if you do not have this room. The other rooms looked great

Peut être un peu trop excentré du centre de la médina. Mais une fois que l on s est bien repéré et que l on aime la marche, pas de problème !

No windows to the room, shared bathroom, and imagine awaiting after 2-3 people going to the bathroom doing their business and taking a shower... You are charge a fee just to wash your clotes, everybody wants money and try to ripe you off. Way to expensive compared to the new city.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026En si el alojamiento está increíble, calidad-precio que vale la pena. Está súper bien, el personal es muy amable, resuelven todas las dudas, si necesitas taxi te lo piden sin problema. El idéntico a las fotos, todo limpio, y las camas muy cómodas. Además el patio interior es precioso, se ve lo bien que cuidan el riad y el hospedaje de cada uno. Ninguna pega. Merece la pena!
Que está un poco alejado de la gran plaza pero a 20 minutos andando estáis sin problema, la mayoría del camino hay luz y se llega muy bien con el maps

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026A lovely walk through a labyrinth, maze of alleyways to get to the medina. About a 25 min walk. Rooms lovely bed super comfy . Mo, a really lovely guy and very hospitable. Shower nice and hot.
