The facilities were impeccable: from the stellar cleanliness of the rooms to the thoughtful touch of having soap, shampoo, and conditioner ready in the shower, and even fresh drinking water. However, the true soul of Casa el Secreto is the hospitality; the hosts treated us like beloved family members. They went above and beyond, sharing insider tips on the best local spots, treating us to fresh feijoas straight from their backyard tree, and even walking us to the bus stop. To top it off, they prepared the most delicious breakfast of our entire journey. The balance between price and quality is unbeatable: it is worth every single cent.
Honestly, I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Tuve una experiencia excelente en este hospedaje, al que fui con mi esposa. Desde el primer momento, la atención de Myriam y Andrés fue increíble; su calidad humana realmente marca la diferencia. Siempre estuvieron atentos, con una calidez genuina que hace sentir a uno como en casa. Su hijo Camilo también fue muy amable, y entre todos brindan recomendaciones y tips muy útiles que enriquecen muchísimo la estadía. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo dos cuadras de la plaza central, lo que permite estar cerca de todo pero al mismo tiempo disfrutar de un ambiente muy tranquilo y silencioso. Además, cuentan con servicio de parqueadero, lo cual es un gran plus. Los desayunos son simplemente deliciosos; Myriam cocina increíble y se nota el cariño en cada detalle. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia y confortable, ideal para descansar. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volvería con total confianza y que recomiendo ampliamente. Una experiencia realmente muy positiva, destacando sobre todo la calidad humana de quienes lo hacen posible.

Los felicitamos por el cariño y dedicación que le ponen a cada detalle en las instalaciones y el servicio, hacen que los visitantes nos sintamos de maravilla.. En pocas palabras, todo estuvo genial.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2024The space was beautiful. There is an amazing living space and backyard/ courtyard. It a very beautiful botique hotel with amazing style and decoration. My wife and I fell in love with the property instantly. It Also has a sauna which the owners were happy to turn on when we wanted it and brought fresh juices while we were in and played perfect music. Also, the owners are amazing and made my wife and I feel like we were in our own home. The breakfasts were out of this world too!
