Reviewed Jul 21, 2026In general a good and well-functioning apartment. Kitchen was well-equiped. Near supermarket. Possibility to rent a parking space in the basement (20 EUR/day).
I was not sufficiently aware of two important details before I made the booking, i.e. check-in must be before 5:30 p.m. (!!) according to the site and you have to make a bank transfer with the deposit (not just a reservation on your credit card as elsewhere). Thus, I contacted the office, but did not receive a reply until I called the office the day before arrival. We were allowed to check-in later and everything worked out fine, but it was a bit of a hassle. Other small drawbacks include very thick pillows, the apartment gets very warm (even when it is 22-24 degrees outside, the apartment reaches 26-28), a flaw/defect in the shower and the distance to the center of Ostend (2-3 km). But all-in-all it is a fine apartment.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2025Die Lage war sehr gut 2 Minuten über die Straße zum Strand.Es ist sehr Ruhig im Haus. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super. Kontakt über Chat zum Anbieter war sehr schnell.
Es fehlt eine Waschmaschine wäre praktisch für längeren Aufenthalt. Sonst nichts.

Man sollte sich über die Parkplatz Situation informieren und entsprechende App herunterladen.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2023Prachtig mooi en nieuw appartement, heel schoon. en bedden waren opgemaakt terwijl we dat niet besteld hadden en dat was complimentary. Alles wat men nodig heeft in de keuken aanwezig. heel leuk ook een welkomspakket met koffie, thee, koekjes etc. uitstekend. Locatie was voor ons heel goed, weg oversteken en je was bij het strand. Centrum Oostende lekker wandelen langs de boulevard of je kan met de tram die voor de deur stopt. Sleutel overdracht via postbus in gebouw , prima en ook communicatie met beheerder via app, top! Op loopafstand een grote supermarkt. Auto parkeren kan in de straat voor 4 uur, wij hebben de auto daarna op P en R gezet Maria Hendrika, dat was gratis.
Misschien vastzittend kluisje voor in appartement en wat extra stoeltjes voor op het balkon
