Das Frühstück war sensationell. Besser als erwartet, man wude sehr höflich bedient während man direkt am See sitzt.

Die Lage ist einfach top! Gleich am See. Wir konnten am Nachmitag gemütlich mit einem Bierchen (vom Restaurant) an den See sitzen und baden. Trotz Schulferien war die Wiese am See praktisch leer. Und am Abend ist man nach einem gemütlichen Spaziergang, dem See entlang, relativ rasch in Locarno.

Das Frühstück am See, persönlich serviert, ohne lästiges Buffet. Sehr nettes Personal. Klima funktioniert!

Super Lage, direkt am See ,ruhig kein Verkehr.Es gibt nur 1Zimmer alles neu und top ausgestattet mit Balkon seitlich zum See.Personal sehr freundlich,konnten schon früher ins Zimmer.Super Frühstück Unten drin eine Osteria .Wir haben 2x verlängert weil es uns so gut gefallen hat.

Das Frühstück und Abendessen war hervorragend. Der Parkplatz ist sehr nahe und günstig. Der öv. ist sehr nahe erreichbar.

Geräumiges Zimmer direkt oberhalb des Restaurants mit Balkon und Klimaanlage. Tolle Lage direkt am See. Öffentliche Parkplätze (beim Bahnhof) befinden sich in der Nähe, die Parkkosten wurden vom Hotel übernommen. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen.

Keine Beanstandungen.

Seeblick vom Balkon. Frisches individuelles Frühstück. Bis zur Stadtmitte nur eine Haltestelle. Badestrand direkt vor der Osteria.

Kein Unterstand für Fahrräder.

Die Gastgeberin und Ihre Mitarbeiter sind super nett. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Sogar unser Hund erhielt täglich sein Leckerli. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Lage lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Die super wunderschöne Lage und die liebe freundliche Gastfreundschaft das feine Essen auch unser kleiner Hund war Willkommen und wurde mit Läckerli verwöhnt 😊

Accueil très sympa - Super contact avec la dame du petit-déjeuner - Emplacement parfait - Train à proximité - Bord du lac - Locarno à 20 minutes à pied avec possibilité de trains, de bateaux, de téléphérique... - Nuit calme - Belle chambre - Bon petit-déjeuner. Possibilité d'autres repas.

Lit en mousse un peu trop mou - Absence de wifi - Télévision avec 1000 chaînes, mais aucune en français

Es war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist wunderbar und tut sehr gut. Der gesamte Osteraufenthalt war sehr angenehm in der Osteria la Riva.

Schöne Lage des Hotels mit Seeanstoss und Zimmer mit Seesicht. Restaurant mit guter Speise- und Weinkarte, freundliche Bedienung und feines Frühstück. Persönlich und mit viel Engagement geführtes Kleinrestaurant/ Hotel durch Besitzerin.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück, ruhige Lage am See

Понравилось вообще все. Насколько мы поняли, это не отель, а одна комната на втором этаже при кафе. Но так как она одна, её довели до идеала. Все идеально чисто, все новое, первая линия и обалденный вид с балкона. Завтрак был вообще выше всяких похвал. Рекомендую!

Das Gästezimmer liegt über der Osteria La Riva. Wir wurden äusserst freundlich empfangen Das Frühstück mit Blick auf den See war sehr fein. Ein schönes Plätzchen am See, etwas abseits vom Touristenrummel und doch ist Locarno zu Fuss in 20 bis 25 Min erreichbar. Ideal mit Hund, Spaziermöglichkeit gleich vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage direkt am Lago Maggiore. Locarno ist zu Fuss in 15min erreichbar (Weg entlang des Sees). Sauberes, grosses Zimmer mit grosszügigem Bad. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und auch das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Parkplatz nicht direkt bei der Unterkunft, sondern zu Fuss ca. 2-3 Minuten entfernt. Man kann bei Ankunft und Abreise jedoch kurz vor dem Hotel parken. Zufahrt ist möglich.

Soggiorno favoloso camera grande Super pulita, con balcone vista lago ,personale gentilissimo e accogliente un ambiente familiare. La signora Daniela e la signora Letizia sono state super gentili e disponibili. E complimenti ai cuochi cucina super favolosa. Grazie di tutto. Ci torneremo di nuovo.

Die Lage ist super, direkt am See. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön. Frühstück und Abendessen war lecker. Sehr nettes Personal. Motorrad konnten wir direkt hinter dem Hotel parkieren.

Pretty location right on the lake promenade. Close to shops and public transport (Minusio). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, very clean, has good shutters, and the bed is very comfotable and big enough for two. The balcony is at the side of the building and thus has partial lake views. The dinner at the restaurant was tasty. The sunday breakfast was very good (breakfast on the other days was only average).

It is quite noisy at the start of the night. The business is mainly a successful and busy restaurant that rents out one hotel room upstairs. The toilets for restaurant guests are right next to the hotel room. And of course some restaurant tasks must be done after the restaurant closes at night, like vacuuming the stairs and corridor outside the hotel room and cleaning the toilets, disposing of crates of empty bottles etc. We understand this is unavoidable, but the thin wooden hotel room door does not really block the noises caused by these tasks. So unless you are a heavy sleeper or a night owl, this may wake you up. Soundproofing against sounds from outside is good, but not against sounds from inside the building. Considering that the other food at the restaurant seems to be very good, the breakfasts (with the exception of sunday), were only average.

I'm in love with Minusio. This is my paradise now (it was in June). Hostess is really great. Breakfast was nice, although we'd have some eggs to make it perfect. Beautiful warm lake.

This is not a hotel, but just one room above the restaurant. So all the noise coming from guests and personal when they're closing the restaurant wasn't cool. Soft mattress and hard thick pillows. For some reason I didn't really like this 'home-like stay'. It was okay for 3 days, but I wouldn't stay here longer.

Just AMAZING. The room had everything you need. It was very comfortable with a very big TV, with Tea making possibilities, minibar. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small balcony looking at the lake. Having breakfast in the morning and enjoying your coffee directly on the lake. It was like a dream. The personel was very friendly and helpful and made everything possible to have a great stay there. We even got a bottle of wine as a small present when we were leaving. Parking space is organised and near by and for free. Internet was working perfectly. The city center was 20 min walking distance. There was a delicious restaurant just under the room. (which can be a bit loud for some people. for us it was not an issue). THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT STAY. We will come back :)

The location is excellent. Breakfast is certainly sufficient and fresh. Hostess is charming and very attentive.

Air conditioner is very noisy. You need earplugs.
