Heel fijne inrichting. Alles wat er nodig is was ruim voorzien.

De ligging is heel centraal in La Roche, maar wel vlak tegenover een benzinestation. Dat was iets minder fijn, maar de hinder was op te lossen door ramen en gordijnen icht te houden.

De ligging van het huis. Echt 5 min van het centrum en vlak bij een spar voor boodschappen.

Parkeren, toch nog ff zoeken naar een gratis plekje. Maar logisch in een toeristische plaatsen.

Vlakbij het centrum. Voldoende ruimte voor ons gezin van 6! Heel vriendelijke verhuurders.

Great location close to city center but not bang into it. Could easily park in the street. Rather big appartement with three floors in total and spacious rooms. All was very clean and tidy.

The bedrooms which were spacy and the bathroom that was conveniently located on the middle floor with a separate toilet downstairs.

Het huisje ligt prima, centrum is heel dichtbij. De airco's kwamen goed van pas. De inrichting van de keuken was uitstekend

Fijn en ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. In het centrum, korte loopafstand naar supermarkt en restaurants.

Terras ligt maar heel kort in de zon. Alternatief was voor de voordeur borrelen, wat ook gezellig was.

Zeer mooie woning super tof ingericht alles aanwezig tot handdoeken zeer mooie kamers met goede bedden en beddengoed. Badkamer groot goeie touched mooi modern ingericht toilet idem ook toilet beneden groot en mooi... je kan Parker voor je eigen deur gratis en alles op wandelafstand

Le confort et les aménagements ! Terrasse magnifique. Emplacement idéal pour visiter La Roche-en-Ardenne. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et très réactifs.

Een heel mooi huis met terras. Fijne locatie vlakbij het centrum van het stadje. Alles was er aanwezig en schoon. De slaapkamer is heerlijk rustig. Prima douche en bedden. We hadden geen contact met de verhuurder.

Het gehele huis wordt met een airco verwarmd. De temperatuur van de cv wordt op afstand geregeld en stond de hele tijd op 13 graden. De woonkamer was koud en door de buitendeur tochtte het. Bij -3 graden buiten is dit onprettig. Eventueel de airco op een andere plek plaatsen waardoor de koude luchtstroom verminderd of b.v. dik gordijn voor de voordeur hangen.

Lokalizacja super

Naast de ideale ligging genoten we van een verzorgd en aangenaam verblijf in een perfect uitgeruste woning, met lakens en handdoeken, een keuken met alle comfort, gezellige kerstversiering en leuke extra’s zoals darts, tafelvoetbal en spelletjes. Alles was bovendien kraaknet bij aankomst, wat meteen een heel welkom gevoel gaf. 🎄

Het enige kleine minpuntje waren de beperkte parkeerplaatsen bij het huisje zelf, al zijn er in de directe omgeving gelukkig voldoende alternatieven.

Tof huisje! De matrassen van de bedden zijn zalig. Gezelschapsspellen zijn een leuke bonus!

Perfecte locatie en van alle gemakken voorzien! Ook nog heerlijk buiten op het terrasje gezeten.

Een aantal kleine dingen mistte, maar dat was niet heel erg. Denk aan handzeep in de badkamer, een tafelkleedje voor buiten, eierdoppen en info over de licht knoppen.

Mooi ruim appartement. Van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Er is een Nespresso apparaat met cups, tafelvoetbalspel, vaatwasser met blokjes etc. Erg fijn! Ook goede ligging voor het dorpje zelf en als uitvalsbasis voor de Ardennen in zijn geheel. Nette badkamer. Ook personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Goede prijs/kwaliteit.

In de woonkamer/keuken (op de begane grond) is het wat koud en tochtig (17.5 graden). Ook was het een beetje viezig, plakkerige vloer en stonk het wat naar bier en rook. Vermoedelijk door de vorige huurders die aardig los zijn gegaan. Ze waren ruim na de inchecktijd namelijk nog steeds bezig met poetsen.

Prima plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. Fijne ruimte, mooie douche, prima bedden.

Voorzijde ligt nabij de doorgaande weg. Dat is met het raam open wat luidruchtig. Met het raam dicht hoor je niets.

Great location walking distance from all restaurants in town and good access to many hikes in the area. Spacious accommodation, recently refurbished, clean and kitchen with all appliances. SPAR supermarket is around the corner.

The house was a little cold - the radiators were disabled and only the AC units could be used for heating. This isn't as effective, especially when one bedroom has no AC unit and the lounge one isn't well placed.

The decorations for Christmas were great, our kids loved the dart board, foosball table, and Playmobile set. The kitchen came in handy for the morning.

The accommodation is fantastic nicely styled, cozy and super comfortable. The hosts are very generous: fully equipped kitchen, lovely bath soaps, so much space. The location was perfect for us, its quiet on the little street in front of the accommodation, yet easy walking distance to all the restaurants and supermarket. Free and safe parking just on the street in front of the accommodation. Also, there are so many fantastic hikes around the area, we absolutely loved it!

The size of the house was a great find. Very practical for a family of four, the Foosball table was fun to have. Great location and beautiful house.

Clean, cozy and a homey feel. Seems like a lot of love went into this place. Some custom work was done as well - we were impressed by the fußball table! The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. Full kitchen and fridge. Really lovely. Good place for families with older kids or groups traveling. Not recommended for smaller kids (staircase).

It was a little chilly. The heat is from blowers on the wall and the apartment didn't quite seem to heat just right.

Location, and very well stocked for all our friends.

Road noise, no pizza cutter

This property is in a great location, right by the river. It's a nice comfortable house with three bedrooms. The soccer table on the first floor was fun! It's amazing to have a cliff right behind the house. Everything you need is in the house. It's 2 minutes walk to the SPAR supermarket and in just 5 minutes you are in the square with the restaurants. Everything is in walking distance, which we appreciated. The owner was very quick to respond; we asked for a few more towels and within an hour they were delivered to the house.

The beds were a bit too soft.

Everything was great. The location the living space, the terrace, the table football. Lovely bathroom.

The mattress were abit creaky and the pillows were far too soft. The electronic dart board didn't work!

The house was well equipped and quite spacious, with more than enough space for 6 people to enjoy themselves. It's perfect for cooking and playing board games between friends. The cliff directly behind the house was definitely a unique experience as well. Our bedroom had a window designed to take advantage of the view, so opening our blinds in the morning was a pleasant way to start our day.

Heating was adequate, but we couldn't heat multiple rooms at a time. For a small group of friends this is not a problem, but for those who are traveling in a group of 5 or more people (or have teenage kids), this could pose a problem on cold days. The restroom is joined with the shower as well. So expect queus for the loo if you're in a big group. The beds were not extremely comfortable but much better than a pull out couch. They were squeaky and I had the impression my bed frame could break at any moment.

Perfect location. Very clean and the view from the terrace is amazing. The communication with the host was very smoothly and he was very friendly.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Well decorated and very comfortable with many small touches that make it extra special. We loved our stay here and our family decided this is the most special place we have stayed in throughout Europe.

We stayed at this house for 2 nights with a 5 year old and absolutely loved it! The house is spacious and not cluttered, nicely furnished and well equipped. Self-check in was a breeze, the communication is quick and easy. There are many family board games to enjoy, wifi is strong, and there is even a table football! The kitchen had everything we needed, the terrace looked lovely too. Some people mentioned issues with water temperature but we did not experience any problems: the shower was always strong and hot, any time of the day. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the house is cosy and warm. We also saw reviews mentioning "dangerous" stairs but we did not have any issues, too, and neither did our 5 year old. Perhaps for some people it may feel a bit exposed but it is really just fine if you are careful and use common sense. Finally, the location is fantastic - in the town centre, close to the shops, cafes, castle, museum, a nice walk along the river to a playground... all in all, we would definitely recommend this place!
