The location and standard was first class
I have was nothing I disliked
Nice location peaceful
Bathroom has a fan when the light is switched on and this was on in one of the rooms all night .someone just didn't bother to switch off their Bathroom light I guess
The location was breathtakingly beautiful. The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly, filled with great advice and stories. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and absolutely delicious.
Honestly there was nothing that I didn't like.
The location is absolutely stunning. Arriving late in the evening, especially in our case, with heavy rain, was a bit of a challenge, but that was more on us than on the place itself. Once you arrive, however, it is truly beautiful. A wonderful setting with fantastic hosts who immediately make you feel welcome. Breakfast is perfectly arranged, and they are more than happy to make small adjustments to accommodate dietary needs. They are also very knowledgeable about the area and provide great tips and recommendations. All in all, a place we would definitely love to return to.
Theresa is just the loveliest woman. We had a great time staying there. We only had one day to explore the area due to our scheduling, but I would recommend more you set off more days if possible. It is very out of the way of any cities, busses and shopping, but they provide a ride to a from the area if you need it, which we very much did.
We loved the breakfast, and the hospitality was great. The place is very peaceful and hosts are super kind. Extra points for the amazing heated bathroom floor!
There were no signs for directions to the place. Maybe a bit more signs would have been appreciated. Other than that, everything was perfect
The quiet serene comfortable location. It’s out of the way but worth it.
All was great
We had a short but very pleasant stay with great hosts and a very good breakfast. The location is perfect for Wicklow way and other hiking in the area.
Quiet bucolic setting. Nice breakfast.
Only negatjve was the property was surrounded by graveled parking lot and cars
Pure solitude, beautiful breakfast with lots of choice made with love. Theresa was a wonderful hostess. Comfy bed. Great location for Glendalough with car.
Not a thing!

A most enjoÿable and hospitable stay from start to finish
Sign- posting to the location could be improved
Lovely breakfast, breath taking views, and class people.
Extremely welcoming B and B with a down home feel, amazing hosts, and a delicious breakfast.
No way to lock your room at all. Although it is a completely trustworthy establishment it may make some people uncomfortable not to be able to lock your door while sleeping.
After a day of hiking, we got such a warm welcome; the fire was lit, our coats were taken to hang and the room was so warm. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, everything was spotless, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
Loughdan was very well signposted and very accessible. The house was very comfortable with wonderful views from the bedroom windows. I was very impressed with the eco- press button shower - plenty of hot water but encouraging mindful water usage. Theresa cooked a wonderful full Irish and absolutely perfectl in advance of a day's walking. Beautifully situated - Lough Dan is a real find set in the heart of the fabulous Wicklow countryside. I would highly recommend! Thank you for a lovely stay!
Special location in heart of nature.Wellcoming and very nice host ,who gave us very helpfull info.Nice Irish Breakfast.Beautifull hand made wooden pieces of furniture.Special atmosphere ,country dtyle, in the whole house.
Sean and Teresa were great
The host was very friendly and the breakfast was good.
This place was in the middle of nowhere. The room was supposed to be a Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Mountain View. What we had was a small room with three single beds and not much of a view at all (see photo's). The room was very badly finished (see photo's), and apart from lamps was completely unadorned. No wardrobe or cupboard just three coat hangers on the wall. Take your own entertainment as there was no TV. The only mirror was in the bathroom which you have to bend down to see in, and be careful when you stand up from the toilet in case you bang your head. Definitely overpriced and would NOT stay there again…. Ever…. PS : we were in room number 8.
Friendly Staffs and clean and spacious room
It was a bit of drive up
Hosts were extremely friendly and very kind. Super helpful aswell! The location is ideal if your a hiker or just to see the sights, Very peaceful stay!
Beautiful location if you're a walker it's definitely a spot worth a visit. I'm not
The place is not finished to speck at the moment.love to see it when the balcony is accessable.
very good breakfast and the owner lady super nice
Location was a bit out of the way more than I expected
Solid Irish B&B experience in a lovely location. The owners were friendly and accomodating. I will probably use it again when visiting Wicklow.
Not a dislike, but more a comment on the location - it is a comparatively remote location, and you will need a car to get here. There is parking spaces.
Clean, quiet, comfortable beds and amazing breakfast
GREAT ACCOMMODATION IN A FABULOUS LOCATION
WIFI WAS A LITTLE SKETCHY
The environment and location was amazing, friendly host, nice food, spacious rooms
No keys for the door
Mary and Sean are really great hosts, and we enjoyed are short stay. The house is up above Lough Dan, and the last 1.5 km are on a small road.. The rooms are very cosy, and the breakfast is really delicious, with scrambled eggs with bacon or salmon, toast, marmelade, yogurt and cerials. Their dog Nellie is very cute. Thanks for everything !
Nothing to complain.
As stated before. Friendly helpful and obliging staff. The location was brilliant.
If I was there in the winter time or the darker evenings, a television in the bedroom would be useful.
