Direkter Strandzugang…leider nicht!!! 30 Minuten (!) Laufweg zum Strand das wussten wir leider nicht, als wir gebucht haben. Der Fehmarnbelt-Tunnel wird hier seid 2025 bis 2031 gebaut. Einen direkten Strandzugang bzw. einen Strand, wie es die ( veralteten) Bilder und Angaben im Inserat suggerieren, gibt es derzeit nicht. Das ist sehr schade, denn unter diesen Umständen hätten wir diese Unterkunft so nicht gebucht.

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren toll

Leider gibt es durch die Tunnelbaustelle keine Strand mehr daher ist die Aussage am Strand nicht gerechtfertigt. Auch waren wir traurig das es die Dartscheibe nicht mehr gab.

We stayed at the villa as a group of seven while traveling back from Sweden. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, and everyone in our group was delighted. I received so many compliments for finding such a wonderful place, and I'd like to pass them on to the owners. It was all the little details that made the villa feel so cozy and truly dreamlike. Everyone was disappointed that we could only spend one night in such a beautiful place. It was a huge contrast to the sports camp we had just stayed at, where six of us were sharing a cabin designed for only four people. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Our entire group highly recommends this villa!

Allt! Saknades inget och ett av de bästa boendet världen över som jag bott på. Tydlig info från värd före ankomst, lätt att hitta, bra parkering, rena sängkläder, handdukar och till och med morgonrockar. Kaffe och te. Supertrevlig och välkomnande atmosfär med fräscht och rymligt boende med jättefin välskött trädgåtd där flera sittgrupper fanns, samt lekvänligt för barn. Verkligen toppbetyg!

Fanns absolut inget som var dåligt.

Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte per Mail, als Türcode. Alles war sehr sauber und der Außenbereich sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Waschmascine und Wäschetrockner waren vorhanden. Waschmittel, Gewürze, Kaffe, Tee, Filtertüten, Mülltüten, Toilettenpapier und weitere diverse Kleinigkeiten wurden Gratis bereit gestellt!

Es gib nichts zu bemägeln.

Innen war das Haus sehr schön geschnitten für zwei Familien. Innen war das Haus sauber. Es war viel Ausstattung vorhanden in ausreichenden Mengen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und komplett eingezäunt, perfekt für unseren Hund.

Leider kann ich den fast durchweg positiven Erfahrungen nicht zu 100% folgen. Es gab leider einige Punkte, die uns nicht gefallen haben, vorallem draußen. Wir waren fast eine Woche da. Leider gab es keinen Frühjahrsputz vorher, die Scheiben waren sehr schmutzig, die Terrasse komplett vollgekackt von Vögeln. Die beiden Kinderhochstühle standen wohl den ganzen Winter draußen, hier mussten wir erstmal richtig reinigen, um einen benutzen zu können. Der Grill war gar nicht benutzbar, dieser schimmelte sogar, leider genauso wie die Spielsachen im Spielhaus. Auch diese waren zum Teil durch die Witterung kaputt und schimmelig. Im Sandkasten lag eine offene Gartenschere. Die Lage des Hauses ist OK, aber durch den Tunnelbau leider sehr eingegrenzt.

Absolut nicht geeignet für Dienstriese. Mit Begründung das Privet Unterkunft ist, werden keine Rechnung gestellt. Booking gibt bekannterweise ebenfalls keine Rechnung.

Lots of space , Big, clean and full of amenities

Every thing was great in dream villa I will give this to all my friends! Best time together with family! House is really nice clean and quiet!

Lage, Größe, Einrichtung und Ausstattung - es hat an nichts gefehlt und es war nett dekoriert. Riesige Terrassen und Garten, komfortable Betten, grosses Duschbad und weitere separate Toilette. 3 Schlafzimmer. Waschmaschine und Trockner, gigantischer Kühlschrank und Küche mit allem, was man brauchen könnte. Ein exzellentes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für unsere Übernachtung auf dem Weg nach Deutschland zurück. Super Lage zum Fährhafen. Nette und prompte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Schön gewärmt war es auch.

Everything Guest book

A crow woke us up in the morning methiculously pecking the windowsils expecting food. The poor creature had been probably domesticated and fed before and we had nothing to give him :)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet, außerdem praktisch perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt wirklich alles, was man so braucht, und mehr als das. Die Kommunikation mit Ana war super und sehr nett. Danke für alles!

Ein sehr großes Haus, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ. Ein Garten, der mit seinen beiden Terrassen, seinem Lagerfeuerplatz und seinen zahlreichen Verweilmöglichkeiten, jeden Abend besonders gemacht hat.

Einzig die mangelnde Möglichkeit in der Ostsee zu baden, da durch den Tunnelbau ein großer Teil des Badestrände verloren ging.

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Es gab sogar extra ein Spielhaus mit Spielzeug im Garten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Cosy villa, good equipped, nicely decorated, more options for outdoor seating in the garden. Comfortable for 6 people, but we also managed to overnight 8 pax on the sofas. Helpful owner

Absolutely perfect and beautiful property. We booked it to be close to the ferry port, and this is located only a few minutes away. Just perfect! Beautiful house, with room to accommodate our group of 6 very comfortably. Parking right outside and the hosts were so very sweet and helpful. Again; just perfect! Would highly recommend!!

The house was very clean, spacious and cozy. We enjoyed our stay fully.

The house was spatious, clean and has everything we needed. We stayed just for one night, but were very satisfied with everything. It has large living room, kitchen and bedrooms, so it is good even for 8 adults. Keys were in a box, so no problems with checkin-checkout. Private parking was also nice.

Nothing, everything was great.

No key needed, just a door core, was great. The quality of the beds and the available kitchenware was great, and in general it was just a really nice place. Very few bad things.

There was a lot of mosquitos in the house, perhaps the house got aired out in the evening? The doors were quite old, and it was not possible to lock the bathroom door, even once we found the key.

It is such a nice place, and well-kept, you can see there’s been our attention into this place. Everything has been thought of, it’s in small details for children as well as the overall place, facilities. It was clean, nicely decorated and the garden is very specious. Contact with the owners/hosts was very easy going.

Honestly, the vakue you get for it is amazing! The house is spacious, beautiful, welll taken care of, prepared with love and the host are super kind and reachable. We have been in touch with them all the time. We felt super well there and everything was so well equipped. Totally recommend it to anyone!!! Great great place!

Everything was perfect, loved the garden as well as the interior.

I really just have nothing bad to say about this place, every single thing seemed perfect, we had everything we needed, it was clean, it was fancy, the big garden was beautiful and cozy. We definitely will come back again because we did not get enough!

This really is a dream villa🥰 such a shame we only spent one night there as we felt so comfortable and welcome. The house is in a quiet area with a fantastic garden. Our children really enjoyed the garden and we had everything we could wish for in the super equipped house. The kitchen is very well equipped and the barbecue is great. Ana and Vasy were very attentive and friendly hosts who responded very quickly to messages. Thanks for the welcome drinks. Was a pleasure to meet you. We will come back 😉

Nice house with children friendly yard

The house was great. All rooms were very comfortable and clean and so was the big garden. We would love to come back sometime.

Sadly, the TV had No Channels to watch. Except this, everything was perfect.

Villa that you will love to visit again :) We get a warm welcome from the owner, he show us the villa. Place is huge, it has everything you need. Comfortables beds, big sofas with 70' tv so you can relax after all day in Lalandia. Fully equipped kitchen. Large, modern bathroom plus guest toilet. We didn't had time to use all facilities but will next time. I can highly recommend this place for a families. We sleep like babies, very quiet area, fireplace area in the garden must be great in the winter. 2 min to Lalandia by car. 10/10 I'll be back :) Ps. Thank you for the wine ;)
