Very clean and well-equipped condo within a very short walk of the beach and a short drive to El Yunque. Beautiful view from the balcony. Washer and dryer in unit was a nice plus. Host promptly responded to all communications and provided clear check-in instructions.

As mentioned in a prior review, it was almost impossible to control the shower temperature. The water would continually change from very cold to extremely hot.

Très compliqué à trouvé avec l’adresse et Google map. Arrivés de nuit sans photo de l’extérieur du bâtiment impossible à trouver. Heureusement nous avons rencontré des locaux qui nous ont accompagné jusqu’au portail. Très grand complexe de 3 immeubles très hauts (nous étions au 16ème étage ! Ensuite plus facile, le gardien de l’immeuble nous a indiqué l’étage et les clés étaient dans une boîte à clés au niveau de l’appartement.

Wonderful hosts and very responsive and attentive to our needs; cleanliness of the condo; excellent location close to shopping, restaurants, El Yunque Rainforest, Ceiba to take ferry to Vieques & Culebra Islands; very clean pool and beach. Very professional and courteous security staff.

Hermoso apartamento. Muy bien ubicado. Muy cómodo y muy prolijo. Tiene todo para pasar unos lindos días en Luquillo.

Excelente vista a la playa y buena ubicación con supermercado, gasolineras, banco a la vuelta de la esquina, etc. Todo dentro de un ambiente muy tranquilo y seguro

This was the ideal location. The property is clean, convenient and spacious for a couple. The view of the ocean and the sound of the water was wonderful. It was great to be close to the rainforest, kiosks, and biobay. The hosts were very responsive with any questions. The kitchen was very convenient to cook in. It exceeded our expectations.

It was fine for us given fans and a strong cross breeze but it should be noted the AC is only in the bedroom.

It was steps to the beautiful beach and had a large swimming pool. The apartment is on the 16th floor so there was a gorgeous view and you could hear the waves as you fell asleep. It’s a gated community with plenty of parking. It was immaculate with everything you need, even the Tide pods for the washer. I didn’t see a hair dryer and texted the owner and she brought a brand new one and delivered it that evening. It’s like staying at a fancy hotel but with all the comforts of home.

Location is great, condo was super clean and comfortable.

Did not like that the pool and beach doors lock at 7pm, so your access is limited to only the front door of the building. Elevator was scary.

Staff we met at the entry gate and the front desk were both very friendly, both spoke excellent English.

Short walk to beautiful beaches, apartment was well equipped with everything for a beach vacation. We were not lacking anything, but host Marcos checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Beautiful view of water from the balcony.

Shower may need some adjustment, hot and cold vacillates.

Although being a good base to visit El Yunque, the town itself turned out to be quite uninteresting, but we only stayed for a day

We asked for early check in last minute and we were charged $20/h for that but we were really tired so we agreed

This condo was perfect for us! The view is spectacular! You can see the beach, the mountains and just outside the door the sunrise. Great location - walking distance to the plaza and the hosts were delightful.
