Tolles Zimmer und alles sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts.

Das Team braucht noch Zeit um den Service zu verbessern. Die Bestellung eines Kaffees kann schonmal eine halbe Stunde dauern.

It was a beautiful hotel, right in the centre so a great location.

Its not that I didnt like it but we have a harder bed at home so found the bed a bit too soft for my liking but still slept well so not really an issue!!

Location was fantastic, right near city center and lots of restaurants, pubs and parking. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant/pub was great for multigenerational dinner. Air conditioning worked well.

Only downside was that parking was either on the street or in a surface lot, but there were many options.

Wonderful property with a perfect location to downtown Tralee shopping and restaurants. Comfortable king bed and nice roomy shower.

Rooms were good.

Very unsatisfactory arrangements regarding breakfast. The continental breakfast was inadequate for e7.50 and the full breakfast was too expensive at e17.50. Also, a normal hotel practice is to provide breakfast for its guests seven days a week. Not shut down on odd days.

We were very comfortable in our location. The room was lovely. The bed was comfy. We heard from many other people staying, including my partner that the pillows were uncomfortable but I slept like a log

There is no parking so we drove around for an hour to get parking because the rose of tralee was on but if it wasn't so busy there are 2 big car parks near by and plenty on street parking

Great location, very clean and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were wonderful. The young lady on reception was so helpful. We were having our luggage transfered while walking the Dingle Way. She rang us when it had been collected to give us peace of mind. Fantastic service.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Not a lot of choice in the continental breakfast and the cooked breakfast tasted like everything was deep fried.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Tralee. Bed is comfortable, room has everything that you’ll need for a short stay. Special thanks to Jean from the restaurant - super kind, great recommodations.

Comstruction right in front of the hotel but obviously that is not in the hotels hand, it was just a bit noisey in the morning.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was brilliant.

We booked the night for my aunts 80th birthday. As checkout was 11.00 am I asked for an extra hour for her. I was charged €50. As there was no sign of the housekeeping staff on our floor even when we were checking out I thought this was mean. We had lunch, dinner & drinks & left a generous tip.

Big Comfortable bed- hot shower-- delicious breakfast choices including my French toast with bacon

Construction going on and streets closed right outside- no shelf in shower for shampoo etc- blackout curtains did not really keep the light out enough

Hotel centrale, pulito, spazioso, luminoso, ben arredato. Consigliatissimo.

Location was excellent. Decor was modern and clean. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with all necessary amenities. Bathroom was clean and spacious, the shower was nice with good water pressure and all soaps and shampoos were fresh and nicely Scented. I didnt try the bar or restaurant so can't say too much, but I walked through it looked quite nice, with a good atmosphere.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind gepflegt. Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr gut.

Leider lag unter uns die Bar und es war live Musik vor dem bank holiday Monday. Ein irischer Familienclan hat sich hier getroffen. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Mitfeiern war die Devise...

Security every door has to be unlocked with your key, even the lift, staff excellent, food fantastic, can't rate this hotel high enough.

Just a bit expensive, but everything is at the moment. It was cheaper than other hotels in Tralee but €330 for a night with 2 adults and 1 child is expensive!! At that price you certainly would not afford to stay there for more than 1 night.

Personale accogliente, tutti i locali comuni puliti e ben arieggiati. la colazione alla carta è stata di qualità,

abbiamo soggiornato nel finesettimana e al piano terra si trova il pub con musica dal vivo, quindi stanza rumorosa ma solo dalle 21.30 alle 23.30, (in camera trovate i tappi per le orecchie), il traffico praticamente inesistente, a parte qualche schiamazzo poi da mezzanotte tutto tranquillo. per la colazione avrei preferito un buffet con più offerta salata

Nice hotel close to all the main sites to see in Tralee. Bed was comfy. Room was small but practical. Nice shower. Staff friendly.

Room 109 was above the bar and the noise and singing meant we couldn't get to sleep until after midnight. Early morning wake up when the noise in the bar started up again in preparation for breakfast. When I addressed at check out I got a shrug and "nothing we can do about that." We purposely paid a bit extra in Tralee to get somewhere quiet after a four hour drive. Dinner and breakfast were average.

Best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel for years. Staff were lovely, especially the small guy behind the bar.
