Sea N Tree Beachfront Residences

Beautiful views, close to Port Louis and other beaches like Flic and Flac and Tamarin. We used it as a base to explore. Exceptionally clean and modern and we had a cleaner come in which was a nice surprise. The pool was great and the kids loved it! Very responsive and supportive host. There is also a canoe that can be used to paddle out in the lagoon in front of the house. The sunsets are magical and I loved being able to see the ships sail part to Port Louis.

Very quiet place, the sea just a step behind the fence and nobody else, just butterflies and birds

There are several dogs who are live the next door, but may a bit frightening if you get up early and decide to walk around

Alles war einfach nur perfekt

Absolutely amazing stay! The highlight was the stunning ocean view from the terrace and garden. We loved using the gas grill and relaxing by the shared pool. A huge plus was the cleaning service included in the price (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), which made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Et la qualité des meubles et Dieu lui des électroménagers le bon goût un endroit exceptionnel la propriétaire très sympa et femme de ménage, très sympa aussi. Rien de négatif à dire cet appartement était parfait.

Appartement ultra propre et au design moderne. Les équipements sont de qualité. Diane répond très vite aux messages et fournit toutes les informations nécessaires. Merci! C'est de loin, le meilleur appartement que j'ai loué à Maurice. Il y a beaucoup d'espace surtout la chambre parentale avec vue sur l'océan. La terrasse est très grande (avec barbecue!) pour observer le coucher de soleil! Le personnel qui vient faire le ménage est très gentil et compétent et le gardien 24h/24h est un plus. La résidence est très bien entretenue. La piscine est un régal. On peut se baigner devant mais ce n'est pas très profond et je n'ai pas vu beaucoup de poissons. Le mieux est d'aller à trou aux biches ou mon choisy. Bref, 4 jours excellents.

One if best apartment I used ever ib my life. Modern, new, well equipped (only a corksrew we missed, we bought one and left it :-)). WoW-effect. amazing terrace with an even more amazing view. and pointe aux sables offers quite good streetfood and supermarket is close by.

if at all then wifi could be better (but this moaning on high level). My wife and I could do our remote working, but wifi was faster in other apertments

Es ist einfach traumhaft! Der erste Urlaub wo sich das heimkommen wie Liebeskummer anfühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, es ist besser als auf den Fotos! Einfach ein Traum.

The villa has everything you need—it's clean and spacious. The beach is also very close; while it may not be the best, you can definitely enjoy yourself there. The location is convenient, with Port Louis, the capital, nearby. We especially appreciated the special attention Diane gave for our wedding anniversary. She was very responsive, flexible with check-in and check-out, and did her best to accommodate us.

Location on West coast. Midway from Grand baie and Flic en flac etc. The sea views are uninterrupted and simply amazing. Very spacious property with glass doors in the large living room. Swimming pool and beach are few steps away. Snorkeling on the beach is possible with good corals and fish. Super market nearby. All kitchen and apartment facilities. Friendly guards. First floor apartment has better sea views while ground floor has small garden in front. So you need to decide.

Unfortunately on booking, we don't see option of selecting ground or first floor apartment.

Très grand appartement décoré avec goût, accès direct à la plage , la vie est magnifique, literie très confortable. Diane est aux petits soins pour n'importe quel renseignements, très réactive et disponible, d'une très grande gentillesse pour vous aider , merci encore pour tout 🙏🏻🇲🇺😊

Il peut y avoir des gens qui passe devant la terrasse pour aller a la piscine mais c'est vraiment très rare

È l' appartamento dei miei sogni! Ho alloggiato nell' appartamento A2 al primo piano. Non credo esista una vista migliore.. mare a perdita d' occhio. Tutto è organizzato alla perfezione, c'è persino una stanza lavanderia con una lavasciuga. Gli spazi sono grandi,attrezzati, comodi e puliti. È un ambiente dove ti senti al sicuro. C'è una guardia H24 che apre all' istante il cancello per farti entrare e uscire. Piscina sempre accessibile. Cancello con codice che da direttamente sulla spiaggia. Pulizie 3 volte a settimana. Si trova in un paesino poco turistico quindi non c'è caos inoltre essendo centrale è comodo sia per visitare il sud che il nord dell' isola! Consiglio assolutamente di affittare un' auto.
