Reviewed Feb 29, 2024the apartment is spacious and equipped with all what you need for your stay. it is located next to Mall of Arabia .. few steps and you are there. the place is calm and quiet no noise what so ever. security gates and security guards make sure you feel secure and comfortable. the owner is very helpful even when we needed to visit a doctor, surprisingly booked an appointment for us . I would like to thank him very much for his generosity and kindness and it was a pleasure meeting him.

The building is very modern, you don't need to have a key, The access to the apartment is with password. The location is great, very close to the shopping mall, in a comfortable high class residential compound. Everything is optimal perfect. Check in and out very easy and uncomplicated.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2023Everything. Our second stay in the same apartment with the gentleman Dr. Mohamed. The two bedrooms apartment was realy fulfilling our needs. Clean, spacious, well equiped, everything is brand new and working perfectly. Looks like the gated community has some facilities that we didnt got the chance to use however what we had was more than enough.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2023Dr. Mohamed is a very kind host, the 2 bedrooms apartment is brand new spacious, modern and clean. All appliances are new and working fine The apartment has a balcony with a very nice view. Kitchen well equiped also if you decided to cook. 2 bathroom are clean with tissues and clean towels. Right in the back of Mall of Arabia (walking distance) and very close to all spots that you need in Zayed or October. The towers where the apartment is located is in a gated community with alerted security and very safe place. Parking is available for free.
Everything was just perfect.
