Alles was goed. Er waren veel muggen, maar daar kunnen ze weinig aan doen. Er was een hor. Misschien het gordijntje zo maken dat het raampje open kan en het toch verduisterd.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Wat een fijne plek in Friesland! Dit was onze eerste semi-kampeerervaring met een pipowagen. Echt een heel gezellig huisje op wielen. Het was schoon en heel knus. Zelfs met een elektrisch kookplaatje, een hor voor het kiepraam, keukengerei en ventilator! De kinderen en ik vonden het echt geweldig! Er is ook een geweldige speeltuin, een grote trampoline en een kinderboerderij. Er is een pannenkoekenrestaurant dat ook een mooie speeltuin heeft. De sanitairruimtes zijn schoon, goed onderhouden en 24/7 te bereiken. Douchen kan zo lang als je wil.
Het piepende opklapbed. Maar toch wel heerlijk geslapen!

Gute Lage, in weniger als 30 Minuten am Ijsselmeer gelegen, gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Giethoorn u.a. Orte am / in der Nähe des Ijsselmeeres. Absolut ruhiger Campingplatz, Pferde, Ziegen, Pfauen ....sehr viel Platz ....insbesondere gute Angebote für Familie mit Kindern.

Reviewed May 26, 2026We loved our stay at the Pipowagen! It was very cute, clean and well equipped. Great facilities for the kids, also since it is family-friendly, lots of other families too. It was neat, quiet and just great. The nice and fresh sheets and towels were included. The owner/host was also very friendly and attentive. We will come back!
As inexperienced campers, we didn't know what to expect, so since we saw there is a kettle and a coffee machine, we assumed there would be also a little bit of tea and coffee. It would be nice if maybe description said that the coffee machine requires coffee filters, or if a portion of coffee would be provided. This would be very handy for a short stay like ours. But not a big deal, we will know for the next time.

Reviewed May 11, 2025Everything was very clean! Bathroom and showers were cleaned right after every use. Grass was comfortable to walk on with bare feet.
It would be fun to have a take out from the restaurant to our stay. Besides that, everything was likeable.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2023Pipowagen was small but cozy, all looked new, very clean and bed as well as sleeping sofa were very comfortable. perfect for one night with the four of us. Campsite and facilities were very clean. all looked wel taken care of. campsite is very small, quiet. we had a good night sleep. enjoyed good pancakes at the restaurant and closed of with a round of midget golf. perfect family weekend outing.
