Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Gezellige zitruimte waar ik een fijn contact en leuke babbels had met andere reizigers. Grote kamers met comfortabele bedden. Hoewel ik naast de badkamer sliep, geen last gehad van lawaai.
Voor 4 kamers is 1 wc en 1 badkamer/douche wat weinig, hoewel nu niemand lang iets bezet hield. Ik had verwacht dat er wel koffie en thee zouden zijn (al altijd gehad overal). Het is ook niet zo handig om de vaatwas in de badkamer te moeten doen.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025Nur eine Toilette, die zudem noch unangenehm gerochen hat. Nur eine Dusche. Das ist viel zu wenig. Zudem ist der Gemeinschaftsbereich direkt vorm Zimmer gewesen, somit sehr laut wenn andere dort gesessen und sich unterhalten oder gegessen haben. Kein richtiges Spülbecken zum abwaschen, muss man alles im Bad im Waschbecken machen.

Une seule douche et une seule toilette pour 4 chambres de 2 à 3 personnes. Pas d'évier dans la salle commune pour faire la vaisselle. Un peu bruyant (les chambres sont très proches des espaces communs).

In der Buchung ist von einer „Ferienwohnung“ die Rede, wobei nicht klar hervorgeht, dass mehrere an verschiedene Personen vergebene Zimmer die ein- und dieselbe „Ferienwohnung“ bedeuten. Außerdem ist bei der Zimmerbeschreibung erst unter „weiters“ angeführt, dass es nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad und -WC gibt. Das Gemeinschaftsbad (ca. 1,5 m2) ist ein unprofessionell gekittetes Waschbecken mit zwei Wasserstellen, das auch als Abwasch bzw. Wasserhahn für ev. Frühstückszubereitungen dient, und eine Dusche. In der einen Nacht, in der wir in der Unterkunft waren, waren mind. 9 Personen auf diese Waschgelegenheit und das daneben befindliche sehr kleine WC angewiesen. Sowohl am Abend als auch in der Früh eine zeitliche Herausforderung! Die Zimmertüren schließen sehr laut. Die Haustür war nicht versperrbar.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Il cosiddetto "appartamento" comprende 4 stanze con UN bagno e UNA doccia in comune. Occorre prepararsi da soli il letto all'arrivo e disfarlo alla partenza. In questo momento sto scrivendo la recensione mentre sono in fila per utilizzare l'unico bagno disponibile per circa 8 persone. In giro ci sono i cavi delle prolunghe per le prese elettriche ovunque, quella del frigorifero è proprio davanti alla porta della mia stanza (stanza numero 2) e rischio di inciampare ogni volta che esco. In corridoio c'è un asciugacapelli attaccato alla parete il cui cavo non arriva nè in bagno nè nelle stanze quindi lo si usa lì dove ovviamente non c'è uno specchio. I materassi scomodissimi non sono nemmeno degni di essere chiamati così (altezza 5 cm). Il terrazzino di cui si parla in descrizione è all'esterno dello stabile quindi non fa nemmeno parte dell'appartamento. Il piccolo parcheggio è molto affollato anche da altri veicoli (roulotte, rimorchi) oltre che dalle macchine degli ospiti. Se dovessi dare io un prezzo non pagherei più di 15 euro per una stanza, considerate che ho pagato 90 euro per soggiornare una notte...

Inget riktigt kök, vatten enbart i duschrummet, så diska där kändes ofräscht samt ingen spis heller. Hårfön som var fastsatt i väggen och ingen spegel där. Ofräsch handduk.

Tyvärr luktade sängkläder och handdukar inte så angenämt. Endast en wc på 9 bäddar. Disk skedde i handfatet i duschen där 9 pers också skötte sin hygien.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2025Rummet var rent och fint men brandvarnaren var trasig. I det allmänna utrymmet var brandvarnaren bortplockad och när den pep i grannrummet plockades den bort där också. Jag skulle faktiskt inte bo där igen pga brandsäkerhetsskäl. I övrigt ett fint boende.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2025Comfortable guesthouse with nice beds and linen provided (hence comfort level is great), separate toilet and shower. Room 3 is spacious, warm and clean.
Very limited equipment in the shared space (no kitchen) - only one small microwave, kettle, fridge and some basic utensils, so no cooking available, only heating up of food. No basin in shared space so guests have to wash dishes in toilet/shower, making it messy and inconvenient. We would have appreciated the guesthouse host to show some compassion to us as our motorcycle had broken down in Lofoten and we had to delay our check in date by 1-2 days. Although the room we booked was available on booking.com for the next few days after our reservation date, host disagreed to us changing our check-in dates, meaning we had to forgo our booking and pay for the room anyway. She argued that it was her policy not to waive fees for change of dates even though we pleaded for her understanding due to our emergency. Regardless, she showed no empathy and was rude in our correspondence. We’ve enjoyed our interactions with Swedish people all over Scandinavia and this was our first unpleasant experience. I will not stay here again because of her attitude and poor customer service.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2025Využili jsme na přespání na jednu noc po příletu do Kiruny, vše bylo v pořádku. Pěšky jsme šli cca 500 m od zastávky letištního busu. Ubytování je v klidné ulici, klíč byl připraven dle instrukcí, co jsme dostali přes Booking. Pokojík i společné prostory byly čisté. 5 minut pěšky od ubytování je nákupní centrum a velký, dobře zásobený supermarket

From my point of view, only the small kitchen board to prepare simply foods.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2025Helppo sisäänkirjaus, siisti, puhdas, hiljainen. Erittäin hyvät sängyt ja tyynyt! Iso piha mihin mahtui auto parkkiin. Meillä oli jostain syystä yön aikana tyhjentynyt autosta akku, ystävällinen isäntä antoi virtaa omalla autolla että päästiin jatkamaan matkaa.
Lakanoissa oli allergiselle liian voimakas pesuaineen tuoksu. Onneksi oli omat lakanat mukana.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2025La struttura metteva a disposizione anche diversi tour, abbiamo preso parte ad una spettacolare spedizione su un lago ghiacciato, abbiamo pescato sul ghiaccio, guidato una motoslitta e visto l’aurora boreale, una delle esperienze più belle della mia vita. Tutto lo staff è fantastico, The Boss è il migliore e Lisa è super disponibile e molto carina e divertente, grazie ancora ragazzi

Towels were shabby so we used our own towels instead. At the entrance, it said that they provide airport transfer but when we asked for it, the owner simply said that it wasn’t available for the week somehow. It would have been if the owner provided the number of local taxi companies that are reliable. The stay was overall very uncomfortable, we expected more for the price we paid.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2025La struttura è accogliente, la nostra stanza tripla era molto grande, è tutto molto pulito, zone comuni e bagno, il proprietario e la ragazza che si occupa delle prenotazioni, con cui abbiamo avuto il piacere di fare un tour alla ricerca dell’aurora, sono persone fantastiche, ci hanno fatto divertire tantissimo e soprattutto dato molti consigli!
se vuoi vedere l’aurora in autonomia senza tour non è la posizione migliore, poiché trovandosi in città c’è molto inquinamento luminoso, c’è foresta buia che è l’unico posto raggiungibile a piedi (10/15 min), niente a che vedere con i posti davvero lontani dalle luci cittadine, ma è sicuramente un perfetto escamotage.

Kö till toalett och badrum. Tio personer delar på en toalett! En pytteliten handduk på toa var blöt hela tiden. Inget kök. Dåligt utrustat med bara en microugn och vattenkokare. Man får diska i ett handfat i duschrummet Det är långt till affär och matställen. Värst av allt: Den starka lukten av sköljmedel! När man kommer hem får man tvätta alla kläder för att få bort den mycket starkt doftande parfym (sköljmedel?)som de använder i sängkläder och handdukar. Avråder verkligen allergiker från att bo här!

No kitchen, only a shared microwave and fridge. Even washing up done in bathroom. One toilet and one shower for 8 guests is not enough- especially with limited toilet paper. Still, in all it was a lovely stay and we would come again. Thank you!

Reviewed Jan 12, 2025Good accommodations, we were a group of 5 students and there was plenty of space in the rooms ! The apartment was clean and in order. We had a trouble because of missing kitchen, but the host Liezel kindly offered us to change accommodation for a one with a kitchen not far away (one street away). For that, we would like to thank the hosts for their hospitality !
