There was only crepes. I had to ask for water and tea. There basically was barely any food at all. I asked for fruits and there was no fruits either. The pictures on booking.com are a total lie.
I payed 390 euros for three nights in a place that is worth maximum 25 euros per night I looked like a cosy, welcoming beautiful riad, and it was in complete ruin, you could see outside from door of my room. There was a gap of around 20cm between the door and the wall, and you could see through the wood. People that were staying in the riad were shocked when I said how much I had paid; The bathroom window was not closing either No soap The mattress was extremely hard The people that work there were very kind, and they didn't know I paid so much money. This is a great place if you pass by for one night, and do not spend too much, but this is not what booking is advertising at all.
Position fantastic
Very low accomodation equipment
Pokój brudny i cały w owadach. Wieczorem znaleźliśmy karalucha... Poduszki i materac całkowice spleśniałe.
Authentic place, managed by friendly Nora and Floran. They treat you like family, you should only ask resourceful Mustapha for anything you need. Horse riding with experienced Abdoul and Ibrahim is easy, even for beginning teenagers. It is a hidden gem, with breathtaking landscapes only surpassed by the delicious homemade dishes. Absolutely delightful.
Instructions to locate the place could be improved.
Authentic riad. Lovely views and pool
Poor access road. Extremely remote
We received a genuine friendly welcome … The riad has a luxurious amount of space for 4 rooms … The outside spaces in the patio and on the roof are of an outstanding quality… We shared a delicious couscous for dinner. Breakfast was a feast of crepes, msemmen, cake and flat bread … So yes we were happy in this remote village… May it keep it’s authenticity…
Great staff, remote location, quiet place, perfect for resting
The food was very good, fish, veg, couscous, tajine so tasty.nice little pool. You can ride horses on the beach.Every one is very friendly
Exceptional hospitality and service. Special thanks to Jamal who made everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Property is 10m walk from the ocean, it also has a small swimming pool and hammam. Spectacular views from the rooftop during breakfast. Tasty meals available for lunch and dinner. A few additional activities are available: quad riding, camels and horses riding, paragliding etc. The place is popular for horse riding enthusiasts. If you’re not into horse-riding there isn’t too much to do except for the things mentioned above. I personally was looking for a remote place and I enjoyed not having too much going on around me. Gorgeous sunsets!
Our room had one small thing: the bathroom door didn’t close from outside, only from the inside. Rooms aren’t very well noise-isolated, so you hear what’s going on outside. For sensitive sleepers I highly recommend bringing ear plugs
Peaceful location, walking distance from coast. Large, comfortable room.
So nice we went back for another night. Amazing food and lovely location and staff. Hard to beat
Nothing really
Very beautifully decorated Moroccan house, great staff, comfortable room, possibility to do many activities on the beach…everything is perfect!

An unexpected gateaway from busy Agadir town, and the warm welcoming in an oasis facing the ocean where Rita cooks home- made dishes with love. A feel at home vibe will complete your stay at Douira beach at Nora and Floran's home. Unforgettable stay!
It was perfect
Amazing place for relaxing 😎
That was absolutly amazing stay. Peacefull and quiet place. The Staff was incredible, they made sure that we feel like at home and have all we need. The meals was delicious. Brian is the Man!
Beautiful decorated Riad! Near the beach! Nice activities to do in the neighborhood! People in the village very friendly
The design of the place, it was clean
- Multiple reviews complain how difficult is to find the place. The navigation apps drive you on sand roads (deep sand, non usable for normal cars), the last 5 km took us 1,5 hour and a lot of nerves. Without their help it is impossible to find the place in. Knowing this, the owner should send exact instructions how to find the place, which route to take. But they don't and it is irresponsible and inexcusable. - Stong odore is applied to supress the stink from the sewer (that part works 98%) - one of the weakest breakfasts in Morocco - its far from everything, dinner is a lot overpriced (well, you have no chance to find another place within 30 minutes drive)
Location is sublime, great view from the rooftop terrace. Breakfast there was epic. Staff very friendly and helpfull.
Diner was a bit of a letdown. We first got a choice of beef, chicken or vegetable Tajine, but later we heard that only beef was available. The tajine was just a bunch of bones with no meat whatsoever. Potatos and vegetables where ok though. To get to the Riad be sure to watch the road. Our car got stuck on the way over and took us and the help of a local around an hour to get free. Also, there is no signage whatsoever so finding the riad is hard.
Just very n
The rooftop views, especially at sunset It is a friendly place and a great building to relax and read a book. Incredible value. We used it for a stay not too far from the airport (45 minutes away) for an early flight. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
Difficult to find, there are NO signs so even when you are in the neighbourhood you don’t know which property it is. Look for the paddock with horses and park near there Our 4x4 got stuck twice in the shifting sands, 2 helpful locals gave us a push. We pre ordered food at their request but for some reason it was not available but others seemed to enjoy their meal. The property is basic, there is no lock for the door and a large gap at the top lets the cool air into the room but some will say that this is part of the charm
This riad has a great vibe and beautiful views from the upstairs terrace. The pictures on the website for the rooms (especially the one with ocean views) is not what all the rooms are like though. We had no view at all. The room was very confortable and even with no air conditioning, we got one of the best night’s sleep on our trip as it was plenty cool enough. Dinner was plentiful and good; breakfast served family style was also good, but a bit difficult to get your fill of having to share with so many people. Wine and beer was available. It was an easy walk to the bluffs and the access down to the beach. Finding it is a real challenge (signage would be helpful). The owners and the people helping out were very friendly. It appears to be a very popular place for horseback riding adventures. We just stayed one night, but I could see where a few nights would be nice. All in all a great stay, in a cool if not a bit funky riad.
quiet place by the ocean..😇
hard to find that place... sat nav does not recognize the area
Location, view from the room, kind host, tasty dinner.

We stayed two nights at the Riad Sahara Sunset Beach as a first stop on our way south after arriving at Agadir Airport. Very helpful and friendly host. Nice location. Wonderful roofterrace with seaview. Excellent food. Absolutely to be recommended.
Tranquil place on the ocean beach. It is as close to authentic living in Moroccan household as it gets. Wonderful host. Choice of beach walk, horse rides, yoga or being with oneself.
Hard to find - none of usual navigation were helpful.
It is a very relaxing and beautiful place. You feel very welcome.
the house, the setting, the people, the ocean, the wind, the sun, the cat,
we like everything
Very friendly and professional hosts make your stay even better when you have dinner at their spot!

Very nice, friendly and hospitable hosts, accommodation was located at very calm place with a beautiful ocean view, extraordinary food.
After so many medinas if you want a little bit of peace in an unique place go to riad Sahara…. Magical atmosphere
Riad Sahara Sunset Beach is more than a hotel, it is a wonderful meeting place. At sunrise and sunset, you can have breakfast and dine together with the hosts and other guests. At the same time you have your privacy in beautifully designed, cosy and well equipped rooms. The atmosphere is cheerful, generous, personal, and very welcoming. The place is surrounded by a natural reserve full of birds. If you arrive by car, it is good to check the right road, as there are several sandy roads and you don't want to destroy the natural zone. In the sand, small cars can get stuck. The hosts are very helpful to guide you.
Charming, historic riad so close to the ocean. Every aspect was worthy of a photo. Our room was large and so comfortable. The beds incredibly cozy and warm. Large bathroom with curved shower wall and lovely tile. The salon was filled with comfy patterned couches, perfect after dark. It felt like a home, not a hotel room. The host and the chef were so friendly and helpful. We opted for the optional dinner, and it was incredible. Delicious chicken tagine with fresh green beans and buttery soft potatoes, with large garden salad. The breakfast of pancakes, crepes, cakes, and preserves was filling and enjoyed with coffee and tea. All beautifully presented in the courtyard. Absolutely perfect in all ways. Highly recommend.
Very beautiful place, beautiful, authentic interior, amazingly warm, helpful service staff, exemplary lesson for humanity! A great meal. I definitely want to go back there!
Excellent breakfast Lovely staff Comfortable bed
Beautiful location, lovely decorated, amazing food, and the friendliest people. Would love to come back.
It's an absolutely beautiful and idyllic little house close to the beach, far away from all the stress and great to calm down. We expanded our stay from 1 to 3 nights and would do it again. You'll live in your own small vacation world in between the protected walls of this small house, built with an inner yard and a stunning roof deck to chill out in the calm evenings. It was our highlight on our trip.
Not really anything. Due to the cliffs, there's a (small and walkable) detour necessary, if you want to go to the beach. The beach isn't super pretty due to its commercial use of fishermen living there, but it doesn't have any effect on the great vibe this place has. Be aware to get your directions beforehand with gps and you'll be fine. It takes a while to get back to the highway, but it's worth the drive.
Ocean view for breakfast was amazing!
Doors can not be closed completely (insects in the room) and we did not manage to lock them. Room was dark. Parking was possible only within 100m distance.
Location and food - We had a great experience our hosts were very accommodating. Enjoyed the area for paragliding. Thank you, and all the best :)
