I like the place the area is not that crowded comparing with internal

The couch in my apartment it’s not that clean and when you order something it’s got delayed

Room cleaning is not done even after requests made during day, and the room was found to be unattended after we returned day long travel. Breakfast served was not good and upto the mark, and didnt matched the expectations as per prices paid

We didn’t have our room cleaned or made up the whole time we were there.

I stayed here for 3 nights with family. The overall experience was pleasant. The cleanliness was commendable, with a spacious and well-maintained room and a neat, clean washroom. The staff were courteous and supportive throughout my stay, which added to the comfort.

The amenities were quite underwhelming. The pool and health club exist more in name than in utility — they do not meet the expected standards. Additionally, the breakfast selection could use significant improvement in terms of variety and quality.

The property is located midway between the airport and main city so accessibility is very good. The breakfast was not lavish but had most of the things you would prefer to have in the morning.

The parking was not provided within the hotel but it was in a open space next to the hotel.

I was overwhelmed with the staffs attitude, very good service. Breakfast need improvement and amenities are very bad. Gym with not enough machines and the pool was not good enough

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff brought complimentary Arabic code and fruits / dates in my room, which was very much appreciated.

The restaurant wasn’t great for breakfast. The “gym” is not good (but at least it exists). If you don’t speak Arabic you will have to be clear enough in sign language ! The hotel is hemmed in by highways and you cannot go on foot anywhere, even though Abha has such a pleasant weather.
