Cosy two bedroom apartment in Brussels

appart spacieux et traversant, donc facile à aérer (en été canicule un atout!) et calme vers le cours intérieur, lits confortables, hôte facile à rejoindre, proches de deux lignes de trams et des espaces de détente (étangs d'Ixelles, bois de la Cambre))

Vers la rue devant assez bruyant (motos et autres aussi pendant la nuit), il faut donc fermer ces fenêtres, ce qui est un désavantage en cas de canicule ; la ligne de tram vers la Gare du midi était interrompu pour travaux, donc chemin plus long que prévu

Tout d’abord la veille de notre arrivée j’ai envoyé plusieurs messages à l’hôte qui n’a jamais répondu. Lors de notre arrivée à Brussels nous nous sommes rendu à l’adresse indiquée et le numéro indiqué n’existe pas . Après avoir arpenté la rue de bas en haut et de long en large pendant plus d’une heure , personne !!! Malgré nos nombreuses tentatives par téléphone, messages, watsap, personne ne nous a répondu. Nous avons était contacté que le lendemain par le propriétaire en nous expliquant dans un premier temps un problème de téléphone puis ensuite prétextant d’autres raisons. Nous avons dû nous reloger en urgence. Je ne recommande donc surtout pas !!! Aucune excuse du propriétaire !!

Large and clean

Check in time was very late and was difficult to get good response from owner. I messages 2-3 day before arriving but no answer, had to get the person I was visiting to call them up in local language to see how we could check in and then this was very late in the day so we didn’t get to the apartment until late. They need to check their messages. For an apartment it did not have the basics you would expect, just 4 coffee pods and 2 tea bag’s . Everything else was fine

De locatie is erg fijn. Dichtbij het Ter Kamerenbos en openbaar vervoer. Het appartment is ruim, er waren twee slaapkamers met ieder een tweepersoonsbed.

De communicatie met de host verloopt niet soepel. Geen reactie op de mail en na telefonisch contact krijg je per app instructies hoe in- en uit te checken. We zijn iets vergeten in het appartement en hebben hier gelijk contact over opgenomen, maar er wordt geen actie ondernomen door de host. In de keuken waren de kastjes van de muur af. Op de muur zat allemaal schimmel en de kastjes stonden los in de keuken. De afvoer van de wasmachine loopt in het bad, waarin je moet douchen. Niet erg fris. Het appartement was niet sfeervol ingericht. De slaapbank in de kleine kamer welke een tweepersoonsbed kan worden, was niet als zodanig opgemaakt. Dit moesten wel zelf doen.

Great location, easy to get to the city centre and main railway stations, big park next to the apartment, apartment was spacious, washing machine and dryer were a plus

Mould in the kitchen, mattress in the smaller bedroom need replacement. For this price I would expect the apartment to be cleaner, have better beds and to be rid of the mould

Het appartement is mooi en heeft een uitstekende locatie, dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt. Helaas liet de schoonmaak te wensen over. In de badkamer lag veel stof, alsof er al een tijdje niet was schoongemaakt. De handdoeken hadden vlekken en roken niet fris, eerder alsof ze niet goed gewassen waren. Er waren overal spinnenwebben en het beddengoed dat in de slaapbank lag, leek niet schoon of recent vervangen. Jammer, want met een beetje meer aandacht voor hygiëne zou dit een geweldige plek kunnen zijn.

* Placards fragiles et dangereux. * Appartement vendu comme pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, mais en réalité impossible : l’autre « chambre » n’a qu’un lit tiroir minuscule et inconfortable. * Deux personnes ont dû dormir sur le canapé non convertible, très inconfortable. * Ascenseur en panne, information importante non communiquée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. * Eau chaude inversée par rapport aux indications, peu pratique pour la douche. * Logement acceptable seulement pour 2 ou 3 personnes, trompeur de le présenter comme 4.

La cocina y el baño necesitan una reforma. Los muebles de la cocina estaban descolgados. La lavadora desagua en la bañera. La instalación eléctrica del baño no era adecuada. Un lavabo no funcionaba. Un dormitorio no tenía armario y la cama no era adecuada. Deberían mejorar la limpieza. Antes de alquilar hay que invertir y mejorar.

The host was perfect. Everything was as promised. Every question has been answered very quickly and precisely. Every recommendation.

Apartamentul este situat langa metrou, de unde am avut acces la tot orasul. Sunt si locuri de parcare in zona. Apartamentul a fost ok, iar comunicarea cu proprietarul fara probleme.

Se mai poate lucra la capitolul curățenie și facilități, apartamentul dă o senzație de puțin învechit. Dormitorul mare a fost ok, dar in cel mic nu s-a putut dormi, nu este atat de comod.

The apartment was clean and spacious upon arrival. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, close to a large park. The living room, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms were nicely furnished, bright, and comfortable. Good size overall, offering potential for a pleasant stay.

The furniture felt mismatched and lacked a cohesive style. The second bedroom was very uncomfortable, with a bad bed and an unfinished alcove containing an old mattress and sink. (photo) The bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained – looked like it hadn’t been renovated since the 1960s. Major hygiene and safety concerns: washing machine hose draining into the bathtub, and exposed electrical cords and power strip on the bathroom floor. Toilet sink didn’t work and wasn’t repaired despite being reported. The address provided on Booking.com was incorrect; the actual entrance was on another street. Communication with the owner was difficult and only possible via WhatsApp – no response via Booking.com, no calls. Owner was unhelpful, delayed in responding, and reacted aggressively when we requested to shorten the stay. After sharing our concerns, the owner insulted me and acted very unprofessionally – I had to contact Booking.com support to intervene.

Very comfortable, big apartment in a good area near several embassiesand Cambre Abbey. Very nice building with large bow window with a view. Comfortable and worm. We likes our stay here

We liked the atmosphere of the place, very calm. Also enough space. Clean place and constant communication with the owner.

The property is really mice warm and clean. There is a lot of space and it was nice to chill in the living room after the Christmas market trip.

The communication with the property owner wasn’t the best I hope it will improve in the future for this property. It would be great if there was also a full address of the property highlighted.

Great apartment , spacious, warm and with very comfy beds .

The apartment is spacious with two large bedrooms and a huge living room. The kitchen has everything you may need if you decide to eat in. There’s a huge TV that kids will definitely enjoy.

The apartment has the feel and smell of a very old place, many people wrote about the bathroom - it was extremely unpleasant to use it. It needs serious renovation. Besides being old and unpleasant, the plumbing is terrible - the toilet got clogged and we had to deal with it. It was highly inconvenient to shower because there is nothing to hang the shower on - there is no hook or holder on the wall and you need to hold the shower in your hand. Communications with the owner were weird - they wanted to know exactly to a minute when we would arrive (this being our first time in Brussels there was no way we could forecast it so exactly). So despite us sending updates from the train station and then from the bus, we ended up waiting outside in the dark. Customer-oriented hosts would come a few minutes earlier and wait for us rather than the opposite.

Lovely spacious apartment that was a wonderful location for my conference at the university, and lovely having the forest just across the road. Very comfortable bed, good kitchen to cook in, and nice touches like coffee machine and sweets that my daughter loved! Excellent communication at all times. Merci!

property is well located & wonderful host with very warm welcoming & arranging everything prior… flexible with check in & check out as well… very well maintained & everything you need for your stay is arranged in prior… even the key has been arranged to deliver prior to our check in & her mom was waiting before us to give the key… so nice of them… hose is perfect for holiday or work… everything available on the apartment

amazing location and host. it’s probably one of the best areas in Brussels. apartment has all you need to stay. but the biggest pleasant surprise is very nice host. we booked it last moment, and in an hour could already be there

The location was great and it was really easy to communicate with our host. The apartment was lovely and light, secure, and well-equipped.

I was expecting that the sofa would be a sofa-bed but it wasn’t, so was slightly less comfortable than anticipated.
