This is a dreamy place. Everything was perfect; we loved hanging out around the pool and sipping drinks. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the lake.

A minibar in the rooms would be appreciated.

L'hôtel est bien situé face au lac et prêt de la piste cyclable. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais le prix de 19 € est abusé ; il faut du reste composer avec la présence de guêpes sur la terrasse qui dissuade de s'y attarder. La vue sur le lac est belle si l'on accepte la lutte contre les insectes. La chambre bien qu'exiguë est confortable pour des non clostrophobes. Les terrasses extérieures avec piscine et sofas sont très bien mais exigent de cohabiter avec une musique rythmée omniprésente qui dissuade toute relaxation y compris dans l'espace sérénité. La climatisation fonctionne bien en chambre.

L'accueil à la réception est digne d'un guichet SNCF. Alors que les jours précédents notre arrivée nous avons été pilonné de mail avec renseignements sur les raisons, les points d'intérêts etc, nous avons eu un accueil tout a fait impersonnel. La réservation gratuite de la chambre, qui avait été réservée par Booking avec annulation gratuite jusqu'à quelques jours avant l'arrivée, n'a pas été respectée puisqu'en janvier on a exigé le paiement de la moitié. A l'arrivée dans l'hôtel, le réceptionniste, qui ne quittait pas son écran des yeux, s'est empressé d'encaisser la totalité des nuitées et de nous orienter dans notre chambre. Au départ on nous a facturé les petits déjeuners avec la taxe de séjour en nous ponctionnant au passage d'une nuitée qui avait déjà été perçue en janvier. Il y a eu remboursement mais cela est désagréable de devoir faire la démarche. L'hôtel est du reste daté avec une réhabilitation correct dans les espaces communs mais plutôt bricolée dans la chambre que nous occupions. L'ascenseur du style " René Coty" est très étroit et pratiquement toujours occupé. Il gagnerait à bénéficier d'un bon nettoyage surtout l'éclairage plafonnier et d'un coup de peinture. Pour un prix 245€ la nuit sans la taxe de séjour cet établissement n'est pas à la hauteur de l'attente. Le personnel indifférent et peu soucieux des clients laisse à penser que personne ne le dirige vraiment.

The room was abysmal. Yes it had a good lake view but it was the size of a cupboard but did not contain any cupboards for your clothes or belongings. Not even a bed headboard. More of a hostel room than luxury hotel. Pity those people with the ‘forest view’ which means busy road and car park. Massively overpriced. Look elsewhere. There is a newer annex but we stayed in the original area. Perhaps there rooms are better.

The hotel exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we needed after a long, exhausting drive and a full day exploring Annecy. We were extremely happy with our stay. The location in Sévrier, just outside Annecy, is excellent, especially if you want to enjoy the lake while staying somewhere a little quieter than the center. The absolute highlight was the breakfast with its outstanding view over Lake Annecy. It was a wonderful way to start the day. Our kids especially loved the beautiful, warm swimming pool — probably their favorite pool of the entire trip through France! The rooms have air conditioning and exterior shutters/blinds, which can be closed automatically to keep the room cool and dark, especially at night. Overall, we really enjoyed this property and would happily come back again and again. Highly recommended!

The only real downside for us was that the rooms are somewhat small. However, this is understandable in such a popular and high-density area around Annecy, where space comes at a premium. The owners have clearly made the most of the available space, and I don't blame them for that. Considering everything else the property offers, the room size was a relatively minor issue for us.

Breakfast was excellent, great choice of food and drink, fresh juice and breads were especially good, views from the breakfast room were fantastic

Het hotel zelf is - naast schoon - wel erg gedateerd en daarom vonden we de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet helemaal kloppen.

La piscina risulta molto affollata in quanto aperta anche ad esterni, circostanza che rende quasi impossibile trovare un lettino libero. Anche il parcheggio può essere un problema all’ora di aperitivo e cena per lo stesso motivo

Mi nem a szállodában szálltunk meg, hanem a szállodához tartozó Annex apartmanban. Ez egy új építésű társasházban van néhány percre a hoteltől. Saját garázs, új lakás , jól felszerelt konyha. Nagy terasz, kilatással. Nagyon tetszett. Egyszer mentunk át a hotelbe, vacsorázni, az finom volt.

Meleg volt az idő, így hiányzott a klíma

loved this hotel so much that I stayed an extra night. The pool really made the stay, my kids happily played there for hours. It’s a small pool but it never felt too crowded. The location is perfect, just a short bike ride into town or to explore other areas around the lake, with beautiful views all around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations. We also joined the BBQ buffet one evening and it was some of the best food we had during our travels. I was also able to charge my Tesla easily at the front of the property, which was a big bonus.

The bathroom was a little dated, although perfectly clean and acceptable. The only real negatives were that I couldn’t get a good iced coffee or frappe, and the drinks service around the pool could sometimes be quite slow.

Lage perfekt wenn man Fahrräder dabei hat. Radweg herrlich! Perfekte Stadtnähe. Direkt am Wasser. Frühstück außergewöhnlich. Pool und Lage des Hotels mit Blick über den See wunderschön. Zimmer richtig cool, weil zweistöckig.

Das Personal war tatsächlich nicht immer freundlich. Am Frühstücksbuffet haben täglich Dinge wie Müslischalen oder Saftgläser gefehlt. Bei diesem Preis sollte das nicht sein.

Absolut zu kleine Zimmer wir waren gesamt zu 6 im Hotel nur wir hatten ein Neueres das war zwar auch mini aber schön hell. Die andern Zimmer müssten für den Preis ganz klar erneuert werden. Frühstück war lecker aber Service… naja. Liegen am Pool absolut zu wenig und wenn dann oft von Gästen ohne ‚Armband‘ belegt was Keiner kontrolliert Parkplätze auch leider nicht genug

Vraiment déçus par cet hôtel. La chambre, pourtant côté lac, était vraiment très petite : même avec une très petite table de nuit, presque impossible d'ouvrir le placard tellement c'était étroit. Climatisation très bruyante. Service qui laisse vraiment à désirer : ménage pas fait le 1er jour, pas de réponse à nos demandes concernantla climatisation... La piscine pourrait être agréable, avec une belle vue sur le lac, mais seulement une dizaine de chaises longues pour tout l'hôtel. Les autres sont réservées aux clients extérieurs. Étrange de ne pas privilégier les clients de l'hôtel... même chose pour le parking qui est pris d'assaut par les clients extérieurs du restaurant ! Attention à ne pas rentrer trop tard si vous voulez une place de parking pour la nuit. Enfin, évitez la location de vélos proposée par l'hôtel, chez le voisin : vieux vélos sans sonnette ni panier, avec des freins en fin de courses, tout ça pour un tarif plus cher que la moyenne.

The parking is tight and a delivery lorry reversed into my vehicle in the early morning and drove off without notifying the staff, but he was caught on the hotel cctv. The pool is quite small and it was too warm and quite sweaty, could possibly do with more filtration over night. Lots of rules about where you could and could not go and no food available to anyone without a booking.

Great location and spectacular views! Breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect - outside of the hussle and bussle of Annecy, but close to the lake and amenities.

Our room was smaller than expected - but manageable

The location on the lake was fantastic. The pool was also really great.

We chose an apartment for our family. It was located in the Annexe of the hotel. However, nowhere on the booking.con documentation did it mention that the annexe was 10 minutes walk from the main site - situated away from all the facilities including the pool and restaurant. It required a significant walk up a hill. Totally inappropriate for a 75 year old and a 4 year old. The manager was incredibly rude - and refused to speak with us directly. Instead spoke to us through her receptionist and deputy (who were incredibly helpful and kind, just playing piggy in the middle) The definition of annexe is an attached or co-located building - not one 10 minutes walk away on a completely different site. I have never been treated so badly by any hotel anywhere in the world. The only saving grace is that eventually, after a stressful start to our holiday, they found us appropriately accommodation for 2/7 of our stay at the rate we originally paid. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend at all. Do not be deceived by the annexe - it is not an annexe. It is a nice apartment and very peaceful but it’s 10 minutes walk away (minimum) - no where near the facilities at the hotel.

Meget lækre omgivelser. Især terrasse og pool var lækkert. God afstand til byen og med vandsport lige nedenfor. Morgenmadsbuffeten var meget lækkert med bl.a frisk-kværnet nøddessmør, friskpresset appelsin-juice mm.

Personalet i receptionen var ikke så løsningsorienterede. Det var ikke muligt at få rigtig espresso til morgenmaden. Det var udelukkende automat kaffe eller en stor kande filterkaffe.

There was no sink in the toilet on the first floor. So when you need to wash your hands you have to go upstairs. No toilet upstairs so need to go downstairs from the bedroom. So the room is not well designed.

Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, leider trotz sehr früher Buchung und moderner Fotos ein Zimmer im alten Teil des Hotels erhalten. Das war schade!

Chambre sans frigo et clim avec bruit de gouttes. Pour une chambre supérieure la 109, pas de décoration et assez petite au vue de tarif qui etait je trouve assez elevée.. Je mattendais a mieux .Le bruit sur la rue aussi car vieilles fenêtres, même si 2 fenêtres, ça mériterait un vrai triple vitrage. Les toilettes dans le recoin aussi, on peut pas ouvrir la porte sk quelqu'un est au petit coin pour accéder à la douche et lavabo...dommage ... L'ascenseur pour monter au 1er est très étroit et pas adapté pour un hotel de ce standing.

Room was a bit small and had a weird layout but i guess you get what you pay for.

The annex had everything you needed with a beautiful view. The decor was superb

It needed more fans/air con to deal with the heat wave. It wasn’t clear when booking that our accommodation was not at the hotel itself and we found the staff abrupt and not very understanding or clear with instructions. It was challenging to walk with suitcases down the road then up through the garage to get to the elevator up. There should have been an offer of either a shuttle taxi or porter service to cater for guests who were not travelling via car.

Het hotel zelf is mooi en als de faciliteiten beschikbaar zijn, zou het ideaal zijn. Dat was helaas niet op het moment dat wij er waren.

We hebben speciaal geboekt voor zicht op meer en voor de faciliteiten met zwembad, restaurant, bar aan het meer. Extra geld betaald voor kamer aan het meer. Blijkt dat alles gesloten is, door een feest. We konden geen hapje eten, niet een borrel doen in de bar. Sterker nog, we betaalden extra geld om een kamer met zicht op het meer te hebben, maar nu hadden we een feest onder ons, met de hele avond een microfoon, een soort spel en het volledige terras afgehuurd voor de gasten van dat feest. Hier kregen wij geen bericht van. Anders hadden we kunnen annuleren. Ik heb een tegemoetkoming gevraagd, maar krijg geen reactie. Zeer teleurstellend. Ik wil mijn review aanpassen als ik wel reactie en een tegemoetkoming heb gekregen.

Das Zimmer und das Bad sind modern. Zur Seeseite hin kein Straßenlärm. Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm bei 35 Grad. Es gibt eine Regenwalddusche im Bad mit ebenerdigem Zugang. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Seeblick beim Sonnenaufgang ist besonders, es war reichhaltig und lecker. Angenehme Hintergrundmusik. Kleiner, aber feiner Pool. Geschmackvolle Poolbar, dort kann auch abends gegessen und getrunken werden. 3 Fußminuten zum Badezugang am See mit kleinen Kieseln. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

Le coin restauration au niveau de la piscine a été fermé lors de nos jours présents dans l’établissement, par temps de canicule cela aurait été préférable de se restaurer sur place .. Par temps de canicule, pas de climatisation dans les lieux communs ( halls, restaurant petit dej) Absence de toilettes près de la piscine La porte de la piscine qui est compliquée à ouvrir et brûlante avec le soleil.. serrure sécurisée en mode sirop pour enfant à ouvrir ! Pas de possibilité d’accéder à la piscine en attendant d’avoir la chambre, ni de prendre un repas au restaurant ..

Hôtel visiblement orienté vers les courts séjours. Paiement par chèques non accepté, ce qui n'était pas mentionné clairement. Installation électrique déficiente. Prix pas du tout en rapport avec les prestations (surtout les restaurants). Difficulté de se garer car parking souvent plein, donc je n'ai pas utilisé ma voiture pendant le séjour.

Староватый, немного потрепанный отель. Был очень неприятный запах из ванной комнаты. Кровать не очень удобная. Не соответствует цена/качество. Вы платите за вид из окна и местоположение только. По комфорту не стоит своих денег.

The location of the hotel was excellent with easy access of the lake and the breakfast was very healthy and well presented

The outside terrace looks in good condition and is modern. The rest of the hotel is very tired and needs a refurbishment. The bedrooms were small and the space inside was very awkward in terms of the design The reason for the poor review.... On entering our room it was clear that the air conditioning unit was not working. There was an error message on the display. Whilst it is hard to be certain, I'm pretty sure that this was a known about issue and we should a)never have been given that room and b)at least been informed about it in advance. On discussing it with the hotel clerk, he was very apologetic saying that he had no other rooms to give us and that he would get an engineer out and hopefully at least place a portable air conditioner in or put a fan in the room. We would obviously have had to leave the window open for the portable air conditioning. An hour or so later, we went to get an update, to be told that the engineer would not be able to come in till tomorrow, that there were no portable air-conditioning units and that there were no fans available. We were also told that in total 8 rooms now had no air-conditioning. It was late in the evening by this stage and we decided to buy our own fans from a local super market at a cost of €40. As we were leaving the shop, we had a phone call to say that someone had cancelled their reservation and there was a room available now with aircon. The final straw for me was that on check out, we were charged an additional premium for the room because it had a view over the lake as opposed to the room we had originally booked. I personally don't think this is appropriate considering the circumstances.

Die Lage

Leider war das Personal mit einer Veranstaltung so beschäftigt dass wir eine Stunde auf den Hauptgang im Restaurant warten mussten

Schönes Panorama vom Pool oder beim Frühstück. Entsafter beim Frühstücksbuffet. Bushaltestelle um nach Annecy zu fahren nur 5min entfernt.

Komische Geräusche Abends evt von der Klimaanlage, die aber aus war. Geräuschkulisse von den anderen Zimmern. Vorhänge die nicht gut abdunkeln. Unaufmerksame Mitarbeiter zb beim Frühstück wurden wir an einen Tisch mit nur einem Gedeck geschickt, haben dann drinnen nach einer zweite. Tasse gefragt und uns wurde gesagt am Tisch, was wir verneint haben. Besteck etc mussten wir uns dann auch selbst besorgen. Bei der Poolbar hatten 3 vor mir wegen einer Reservierung ein Thema, zwei Mitarbeiter haben sich um die Gruppe gekümmert, anstatt das sich einer um mich bemüht. Dann waren die endlich weg und ich wurde überrascht angeschaut, dass ich was bestellen möchte. Am Pool haben andere Leute ihre handtücher zurück gelassen und somit stundenlang zwei der wenigen liegen blockiert - das ist auch keinem aufgefallen. Unklare regelung bzgl der Liegen - auf einem Schild stand man muss reservieren. Alle Nachrichten vom Hotel kommen auf französisch, was nicht jeder spricht. Die Anzahlung für die erste Nacht um die Reservierung zu sichern sollte auf Booking klarer ersichtlich sein und die Email sollte auch auf Englisch sein.

This hotel thinks it is much better than it is. The location is the only reason to stay there. Room was very small, and the air conditioner was noisy and leaked water. The restaurant food is of high quality, however it took 3 hours to be served three courses. Staff very good at avoiding eye contact and walking quickly away. Despite how good the restaurant feels it is, the waiter was surprised when we asked for a list of wines by the bottle (there were 4 of us) rather than by the glass. Of ten hotels we booked for our trip to France, it was the only one that demanded payment for the room at time of booking. Frankly, disappointing.

Tout était parfait durant notre séjour. L’appartement était propre, confortable et très bien situé. Discrimination parce que j’ai demandé à fume un cigare dans l’espace fumeur de cigarettes Pas d’alternative proposé pat l’hôtel, je l’ai trouvé moi même et j’ai fumé mon cigare à l’hôtel

Great location, with big terrace and pool area, very good breakfast

Staff was not available(barely seen) at the outdoor area. Terrace was probably not yet fully ready for the spring season (old leaves, uncleaned surfaces on outdoor stairs, furniture)

The hotel was beautiful and the location was especially good.

Rooms were a little basic for the price, and the amenities needed a little TLC. Staff were lovely and helpful but seemed to be short-staffed and service was a little slow.

Being on the top floor of 4 floors which being the loft area meant this couldn’t be serviced by the lift.

Le service proposé en cas de mauvais temps est très limité… pas d’endroit où se poser

Bruit non identifié à certains moments pendant la nuit ("clong" donc porte qui claque? ascenceur? ventilation?) Salle de bain (douche) petite même si cela n'a pas vraiment été un problème. Manque une lumière "de chevet" près du canapé lit car notre fils n'avait que le plafonnier qui éclairait toute la chambre.

Bel emplacement au bord du lac, les espaces extérieurs sont vraiment magnifiques et le personnel au petit soin.

Le prix cher, la chambre ne correspond pas aux photos du tout, toiles d'araignée dans la chambre. Lit trop ferme et mal isolé.

Lage war gut, man kommt schnell in die Stadt, generell ganz in Ordnung, teils starker Verkehr, ein bisschen laut und unsicher für Kinder auf Parkplatz

Die Zimmer waren eher bescheiden von der Grösse und der Ausstattung. Insgesamt war die Experience mittelmässig; es war eher kalt und das Klimagerät hat dauernd aufgehört zu arbeiten und automatisch runtergefahren, was bei dem Wetter suboptimal war. Sauberkeit war ganz in Ordnung, aber man merkt, dass das Hotel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist insgesamt. Farbwahl Wände ist Geschmackssache, aber grün ist nicht super.

Great location right by the lake, with a beautiful balcony view of the water and mountains. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotless, and the whole hotel felt very well maintained. The sauna was a nice bonus for relaxing during the stay. A comfortable and scenic place to stay.
