Minimalist Condo in Vigan Near Calle Crisologo

The hotel is within walking distance of the old town, and of the market and bus station (opposite directions). The building is modern, the apartment is spacious, the staff is friendly. There is an elevator.

We were not notified beforehand of a planned power-out during the daytime. The kitchen is basic.

The location proved to be highly beneficial for those intending to visit Calle Crisologo, which is merely a 7-minute walk away. We had the opportunity to savor the renowned Sinangloan dish, famous in Vigan, conveniently located right in front of the hotel.

The only thing that I don't like is that the hot shower is not really working.

It would be better if the shower heads, faucets in the kitchen, bathroom should be decalcified. They are full of calcified water which prevents the water flowing freely and even harder to turn the taps on and off because it was stucked.

Location was excellent, away from the crowds yet close to Calle Crisologo. There was free outdoor parking by the building. Owner responded quickly to all enquiries and provided clear instructions to location and how to access condo upon arrival. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated that there was hot water for showers and drinking water provided. We only stayed for one night and really enjoyed the place.

The washroom could have been cleaner.

Fantastic location, comfy bed, spacious and clean apartment. Good air con in both lounge area and bedroom. Lovely to have coffee left for us also.

Unfortunately there is a problem with no hot water for showering, we made the host aware so hopefully he will have it fixed soon as everything else is excellent!

An excellent condo... modern, spacious, quiet, well-equipped, and close to restaurants, supermarket, bus station and the heritage sites. One of the best places we've stayed in. The host, James, responded very quickly to our enquiries... a thoughtful and helpful host,

It was a lovely apartment, comfy bed Nice TV with added benefit be able to watch YouTube premium. The kitchen area was good size with a decent lil halogen electric hob, full size domestic fridge with a good size freezer which had a nice lil ice maker which we loved. Decent air con both in the bedroom and living room. The host added a nice lil touch remind us to drink lots of water and left bottles of water in fridge .

My family and I had an amazing and hassle-free stay in this condo unit. So clean, so neat and tidy, and well-organized. The owner is kind, very accommodating and responsive sa mga queries and requests. Very accessible pa sa lahat ng spots sa Vigan. Budget-friendly pa. The location is in a quiet area of Vigan Mestizo District; a leisurely 5-minute walk to Calle Crisologo. It's also a stone's throw to First Sinanglawan, where I had a nice breakfast of sinanglaw and arroz caldo. The amenities and facilities are quite standard for a boutique hotel, but what I really love is the very big space of the accommodation. The property owner is also very responsive to our needs and is very accommodating.

Shower area can be further improved to prevent water spillage. Upgrade the bed to a thicker mattress as well so that it's more comfortable to sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating, and organized the place was. It was centrally located and there was even a self-prepared travel guide made by the unit owner. We of course followed his recommendations and they were also on point in terms of experiencing Ilocano culture at its finest. The apartment was not just clean, but perfect for couples.

Hard to say what was missing. Maybe a shower curtain?
