The design was nice, but the cleanliness could use a bit more attention. It would also be helpful to ensure that clean pillows, blankets and towels are always available for guests.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026The unit was so accesible, clean and has a good ambiance.. All you need is in there like cooking tools, ref, coffee, water, etc. The unit owner was very considerate and compliant. Recommended.

Needed to improve the bathroom there is a little smell i dont explain. The parking fee is too pricey, will appreciate if the parking is also included in the amenities

1) almost nonexistent internet 2) when we arrived, electricity was off. We had look for the breaker to turn it on 3) No shower head. Had to use a pail and bucket to take a shower 4) had a big mat of hair on the shower drain 5) Unable to use TV (no stations available that shows up)

Reviewed Nov 27, 2024We booked for 4 guests however when we arrived there was only 1 towel and a queen bed. There were no beddings for the other two guests. There’s one available floor mattress which is impossible to use because it was dirty. We can hear when other neighboring buildings occupants close/open their doors.

The bathroom was moldy and not properly ventilated. The walls were also slimy. There were lots of roaches including on the plates. The fire extinguisher was no longer serviceable. There was a crack in the bedroom wall. Building security also gave an overdue payment notice while I was staying.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2024The room is clean, the location is good it is near SM Hyper Market. The vibe of the room is very homie and place is quite. We had a good stay.
The water supply is super slow around 10pm. The bathroom is clean but there's no water supply in the sink even though i open the valve. No shower but the water temperature is good. The Internet is not that fast at first it was super slow and we decided to unplugged the TV and WiFi router to restart. Thank God it's all good afterwards. The towel is only one but I notify the owner there will be two of us. But it was okay, me and my bf just shared towel. Over all we still have a good stay. Thanks!
