A beautiful home with a wonderful host who was incredibly kind, genuine, and helpful. They went out of their way to provide useful information about the area. Highly recommended!

Es gab einen überdachten Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Die Unterkunft hat einen sehr großen Smart-TV.

Der Schlüsselcode wurde erst auf Anfrage übermittelt, als wir bereits vor der Unterkunft standen (allerdings wurde direkt geantwortet). Die Unterkunft war leider nicht wirklich sauber (Haare in der Dusche, Blut auf dem Bett, Krümel und Staub auf dem Boden, Flecken auf der Couch, etc.). Modern ist die Unterkunft in keiner Weise, es ist alles sehr alt und teilweise auch heruntergekommen. Die Fenster ließen sich entweder nicht öffnen oder nicht verschließen, so konnten wir bspw. im Schlafzimmer nicht lüften, im Wohnzimmer dagegen, konnte die Balkontür nicht verriegelt werden. Es hätte also jederzeit jeder von der Straße einfach hineinspazieren können. Bettwäsche muss selbst mitgebracht werden oder kann für 100 SEK pro Person gemietet werden. Gereinigt werden muss ebenfalls selbst oder man zahlt dafür (je nach Bewertung der Sauberkeit durch den Gastgeber zwischen 30, 50 oder 70 Euro). Wir haben selbst gereinigt, obwohl wir die Unterkunft in einem nicht zumutbaren Zustand übergeben bekommen haben, um zusätzliche Kosten und Diskussionen zu vermeiden. Badreiniger war aber bspw. nicht einmal vorhanden, obwohl es vorher hieß, alles für eine Reinigung stünde zur Verfügung. Die Waschmaschine darf erst ab drei Übernachtungen kostenfrei genutzt werden, was nirgends in der Buchung steht. Auch hier sollen ansonsten 5 Euro pro Waschgang dagelassen werden. Die Unterkunft ist viel zu teuer. Wir haben einige andere Unterkünfte in deutlich besserem und modernerem Zustand in Schweden gehabt, die ebenfalls für mehrere Personen mit mehreren Schlafzimmern war und einen Bruchteil des Preises bezahlt. Insofern ist die Unterkunft auch wenn man die Größe mit beachtet, viel zu teuer, gerade in Bezug auf den Zustand und das was geboten wird.

Bedlinnen per persoon €10 Ik gaf aan dat ik het schoonmaken zelf zou doen; wij waren er slechts een nachtje, toch werd er €50 in rekening gebracht.

Prima villa, veel slaapkamers

This house was perfect! It's in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and offers ample space for a large family, plus convenient parking. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Excellent Hästens beds! House in a quiet neighborhood. We slept very well. The Smart TV worked beautifully with my phone, so could also watch Finnish news & shows etc on a big screen from a huge sofa 👍🏼 For the price this is a very nice accomodation for up to 7-8 people. Loooots of space for us two ❤️ The host is very helpful & nice.

Minor things. Front door opened only after quite a bit of wrestling, as it required a lot of simultaneous lifting & force to turn key. My wife couldn't do it. Maybe a weather thing?? The ceiling heating system in bathroom was a surprise & had no markings or instructions? Just identical switches to the lights. Stumbled onto it by accident after pushing all light switches and in a while our heads started feeling super hot. Never seen this system before in a bathroom. Would also be good if there had been some more cleaning materials for surfaces, or even some kitchen paper. Now had to buy some to be able to clean up. All in all though, we had a very comfy stay 👍🏼

Very nice place for company or big family. Spaceous house with all needed services for beautiful stay in nice and quiet place. Close to a very nice city (5 min drive). We were 4 guys and everybody had his own bedroom, which was a main factor, why I chose this property. Finally we stayed very happy with price and quality ratio.

Generally there is nothing to say in this section. Ok, it is not brand new house, sofa in living room and some things could be better or cleaner, but overall it is good place for "good bucs"

This booking felt like a bad airbnb : many hidden cost like bed linen (the host argue it clear somewhere in the Swedish description only...who cares ? and also hide behind the dubious environnemental claim..) or cleaning fees (likewise, no mention anywhere..I might also report it to booking.com). Also crazy rules for garbage.. no clear instructions on arrival to get the key.. basically I would have never choose this place because the hotel nearby provided a better expérience for as much money (less?) if you factor everything (but too bad you only get to know those additional costs the day it's to late to cancel..)

Beautiful house and quiet neighbourhood. Good for families .House is clean and everything available. Short distance to shops and city centre. Attentive and good communication from the hosts. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Really nice house. Spacious and light. Nice kitchen and beds were comfortable. I would stay here again for sure.

Could have done with a dustpan and brush. Also the front door was hard to lock and unlock. I feel someone will snap the key in the lock soon.

Beautiful, spacious property in a lovely quiet location a short drive from Ovik City Centre. You have shops and restaurants within a very short drive, or a slightly longer walk! Loved the spacious kitchen / living room and good wifi, perfect for finishing some work off. The coffee machines were a bonus, thank you.

Communication was easy and quick, and the house was very clean and pleasant to stay.

Veel nice large house with big garden. Excellent location close to Skuleskogens national park and beautiful boat trip to Ulvon island.

Big open space area; Comfortable beds; very fast response and useful infos provided by host.

The huge kitchen had a lot of useful things, but no basics as salt

A beautiful and cosy yet functional and spacious interior combined with very responsive, friendly and generous hosts make for a top-notch location. Not to mention the superbly soft towels, great shower products, fully equipped kitchen, ..)
