De niet dichte gordijnen en het geluid van de auto’s maar dat kan ook komen door het hoogseizoen en de drukte daardoor.

We especially appreciated how conveniently located it was, with shops, restaurants, and other amenities just a short distance away. The staff were always warm, attentive, and happy to assist us whenever we needed help. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return in the future

Il faudrait des plaques de cuisson plus puissantes pour pouvoir réellement cuisiner car cela pose réellement problème. La Tv est trop loin du lit/ petite pour être correctement utilisée.

La propreté des lieux était irréprochable, l’architecture du bâtiment est à la fois élégante et apaisante, et surtout, la propriétaire ainsi que toute son équipe ont été extrêmement accueillantes, professionnelles et attentionnées. Une adresse où l’on se sent vraiment bien et où chaque détail semble pensé avec soin.

The room, decor, size of room everything was excellent for us a couple. Yousef was extremely attentive and caring to our questions and needs. Will be back and use again for sure.

Lautstärke…es war leider sehr laut. Ohne Ohropax kann man nicht schlafen. Abfluss roch stark, es gab keinen Föhn und die Kissen sind sehr hoch.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026J’ai aimé la décoration, l’espace de l’appartement, ainsi que l’emplacement qui est très pratique.
Mon séjour a été une catastrophe à cause du manque d’hygiène. Je suis allergique aux acariens, et les tapis ainsi que les coussins n’étaient clairement pas propres : ils n’avaient pas été aspirés ni lavés. Résultat : nez qui coule, éternuements et difficultés à respirer pendant tout le séjour. J’ai passé 5 nuits à être malade, ce qui est inacceptable. De plus : • La télévision est beaucoup trop petite. • Le lit double est en réalité composé de deux matelas simples collés, ce qui crée une séparation au milieu, très gênante et inconfortable. Un nettoyage sérieux et un meilleur équipement sont indispensables.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026I had a very disappointing experience with this residence and I feel other travelers should be warned. First, the noise from the road at night is extremely loud and makes it difficult to sleep. The building is also very old, and no one mentions that you must carry your luggage up several stairs on your own which is exhausting and definitely not suitable for people with mobility issues. What bothered me the most was the unexpected extra charge at checkout. I did not request any additional service, I didn’t even ask for new toilet paper (I bought my own). Yet they demanded 80 dirhams with no clear explanation. The staff member could not give a valid reason. This made me feel scammed, and the whole situation ruined the end of my trip. As a woman traveling alone, I also felt vulnerable and discriminated against, as if I was an easy target for this kind of unjustified fee. Overall, the lack of transparency, the hidden charges, and the unprofessional behavior make this place feel unsafe and unreliable. I do not recommend this residence, and I hope Booking.com reviews these suspicious practices

Bonus avec le balcon et la banquette en plus du lit. Appartement très bien située : à 10-15 min de la plage et proche de multiples commodités. Très vivement recommandé si vous voulez passer un séjour agréable.
La proposition d’un petit déjeuner serait la cerise sur le gâteau.

Very nice bed, with comfortable pillows, and very clean bed sheets, you can fell like at home. Neighborhood is very nice, safe, close to the beach and stores. There is also lovely park around the corner. Shower with hot water and good water pressure, also AC with heating option. Inside garden is very nice, with beautiful lemon tree. Free parking at the back of the building. I can only recommend, very friendly staff. Owner let us check out later then we should, and was very nice to us.
