Cuando llegamos no estaba y tuvimos que esperarle un rato, como 1 hora al sol porque se había olvidado de nosotros. Volvió a marcharse, la ducha estaba rota y cuando volvió, en vez de atendernos, se puso a enseñarle a su mujer sus nuevas obras. Tuvimos que esperarle 1 hora más a que nos atendiera. El lavabo estaba lleno de hormigas y olía mal, y había cosas sucias en la habitación. Habíamos contratado una excursión por la zona, y tampoco se acordaba del precio y las condiciones que nos había dicho por booking. El día de la excursión en una ocasión hizo que entráramos a una tumba con otra persona para que le diéramos propina al señor (suponemos que sería su amigo). Después, nos paró en un bar de un amigo suyo y nos querían cobrar 600EGP por dos coca-colas y unas patatas, ni en españa cuesta eso…y tampoco entró con nosotros a Menphis que también habíamos contratado como visita guiada(y dentro vimos a guías con otras personas). A la mañana siguiente habíamos quedado para desayunar a las 9 y apareció a las 9:15, con lo que hasta las 10 no pudimos desayunar y ya no pudimos hacer lo que teníamos pensado para ese día… En fin, habíamos leído muy buenos comentarios, pero quedamos decepcionados.

Excelente opción para dormir cerca de Saqqara. Limpio, tranquilo, nuevo y el dueño y su perro 🔝🐶. Todo perfecto.

What a absolute sanctuary after noisy/chaotic Cairo and right in front is the Pyramid of Sahure couldn’t be better. A real diamond of a place. Personal and relaxing, the host Hatem is a fantastic host. The puppy was a bonus. Definitely recommend five stars for its location, the place, host, quietness sunset over the pyramid outstanding. Okay its not a five star hotel then don’t go but five stars for people looking for a literal ‘Oasis’ wish I was staying longer but will be back.

Beautiful building,, nice owner, and great breakfast. We had a very pleasant stay.. To get to Saqqara you can take a tuk tuk by the road for 100 to 200 egiptians pounds.

One thing to be aware of is that there were mosquitoes in the evening. Also, the village next to the hotel had a lot of rubbish, which was a pity because the hotel itself was very nice.

The property is really beautiful, peaceful to walk outside on the grass and they have a lovely dog on the property who is definitely a highlight. The heater they provided was really nice add on

Bathrooms were sub-par, water kept going and we had to contact the owner to get it back, room facilities were decent. No food options and 1000 egp for dinner was way too pricey. Owners were welcoming and very sweet

We loved the hospitality and the comfort of the accommodation, it really felt like we were visiting a family member. Plus the dog stole our hearts. Thank you!

TOUT ! L’environnement au pieds des pyramides, le jardin, les chambres... Le personnel et le propriétaire très à l’écoute pour satisfaire tous vos besoins ! On se sent vraiment bien dans ce lieux magique ! Les repas très copieux et très bons.

Stayed here earlier in the year and had to come back. Its such a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Cairo. Hatem is amazing, warm and such a beautiful host. He also organises all sorts of awesome tours and will make sure your timebIn Egypt is one you will never forget. Highly recommend.

Hatem is a beautiful soul and so accommodating, friendly, generous and knowledgeable. We had a great stay often enjoying the camp fire in the evenings. Food was amazing. Can't beat a home cooked dinner and the energy of the location in front of the Pyramids is powerful. Quiet location and a great hideaway if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend and will be back!

The host Hatem was amazing, very accomodating and took very good care of us. Being a female traveller in Egypt Hatem made us feel safe and extremely well taken care of. His property is beautiful peaceful and clean. If you’re looking to escape the craziness of Cairo for a more relaxing stay this is your place. It is also close to Saqqara and dosha pyramids. Hatem was also able to organise tours and anything we requested he was able to fulfil any request. If you’re looking for an experience to feel the Egyptian culture, as opposed to just staying in a hotel, I recommend staying with Hatem :)

The host was very welcoming. We were there for the Saqqara 10 km run, so it was closely located to the start of the run. The check in was flexible.

The place was fully booked when we arrived so they put us next door. The rooms were not clean, there were no bedsheets around the duvet, the beds were very uncomfortable. I had to ask for water and a towel which were then quite quickly provided. The breakfast was very limited and not fresh. And the mosque next door is very loud.

Food very good, host very helpful in sorting any excursions etc. Pleasant small family garden location. So ideal to use as a chill out base to explore the area, if you have transport

It felt a little enclosed. Surrounded by Very high fences. Made it secure, but you could not see out. If you stood in the street to view the pyramid ruins, then always pestered by someone. Which happens every where in Egypt.

Hospitality, kindness of the owner, cleanliness and comfort of the rooms

The hotel is nestled in lush greenery, and the local people are very kind and helpful. You can meet your needs at nearby markets. Hatem answered all my questions sincerely and provided detailed information about transportation. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Additionally, there are two very sweet cats and one dog; they are quite friendly. The breakfast is also quite sufficient and delicious. Hope to see you again someday.

This little place is more than something special, it's like a secret escape. Especially Hatem made my trip unforgettable. He made every wish come true, organised everything I want to do, took me to places away from tourists, got me many insights, starting with a well served breakfast and ending up with a hot tea in the evenings...... many things more to say... All in all 120 % recommended.

Really nice, clean chill and comfortable

We loved it so much that we decided to stay one more night! Hatem is a great host. We had dinner there and the food was super good. He even made us a fire. The breakfasts were good as well. A real oasis! Quiet, beautiful, right in front of the pyramids, very clean and a place to enjoy! Thank you very much Hatem! We will come back!

The property, as described, is a little distance from Giza but easily accessible by Uber.Beautiful location. It's a very quiet place. A place where you can connect the body with the soul. The owner looks after the property well, and he prioritizes guests.  He is fair and does not push for additional services, i.e., day outs. The property itself is clean and equipped well.He has a fair-sized garden where he is growing vegetables.An additional attraction is his two cats and friendly middle-sized dog.It was an honour for us to spend time with his family and eat food prepared by him. I'll happily return to this property again. The most beautiful thing about it is that no matter where you go, it is important who you see.

Owner Hatem is one of the BEST person in the world, he is always with good mood, he is so helpful, always with smile on his face, he is the best host! We never met someone like Hatem before. He will take care about you and you will feel like at home in his guest house. His place is wonderful, it’s so CLEAN, it’s calm. You can relax in front of your apartment, without noise of Cairo, you will feel so relaxed ✨ Hatem is also making wonderful trips! He can pick up you from city as well. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are so delicious, best food what we ate in Egypt, he is cooking at home with love and it’s so delicious. You must try it! If you want to take rest and really enjoy your stay in Cairo - go to this place. I highly recommended. To be honest, I'm not the most picky person when it comes to accommodations, except for tidiness and cleanliness, so I really can't think of anything that didn't meet my expectations during my stay. Everything was more than satisfactory. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was traditional, tasty and simple, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the pyramid. I really enjoyed my time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience in Egypt.

I slept well except for the last night of my four night stay. The dog was noisy in the last night. Air conditioning is good.

No hot shower. Wifi only reaches the bathroom. I was using wifi sitting on the toilet. No toilet paper provided. No restaurants, cafes, places to walk around, nothing near the villa. For me it was like being in prison for 4 days. The owner only talks about money and doesn't listen to my voice. He doesn't keep the time what we promised and doesn't read my WhatsApp messages. Charged me $9 for a small chicken and very salty rice soup. So I asked to pay 200 per dinner but he refused and told me, the previous tourist paid to him hundreds of euros. After I paid for the room, heI tried to no-show on Booking.com because he didn't want to pay the commission, then he told me something I'll never forget: “it's for your own good”. Totally unacceptable. I was totally fooled by the score of 10. Everyone should avoid it.See my pic

Hatem is an excelent host. Our flight was delayed more than two hours and we arrived early morning to Cairo, but he waited us patiently at the airport and took us to the Sahure pyramid Inn. The Inn is just opposit to the pyramid so you can enjoy the sight from the garden. Hatem made us very delicious egyption breakfast every morning. The apartment is very comfortable with a widescreen tv with streeming applications, e.g. Netflix. The location is very quiet far from the hussle and bussle of Giza or the downtown, but only 30 minutes drive from the great pyramid of Khufu os Sakara and Dashur. The water pressure and temperature is more than good. If we will come back to Cairo we will stay again in this place for sure. Thanks Hatem for your honest hospitality. 10 star

Egyptian hospitality at its best. Hatem is a fantastic host and he will do everything to make you happy and enjoy your stay in Egypt. The garden and the breakfast he prepares are fantastic, the rooms have got everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The kitchen utensils and the rooms were not best cleaned. Also Abusir village (like nearly the whole Egypt) is full of trash.

Very nice house, even better than the pictures. Directly across the street from Sahure pyramids and surrounded by horse farms. Beautiful yard and garden for relaxing outside. The host made us feel like family, he was so welcoming and kind, helping us graciously. Highly recommended!

Hi to everyone who reads this review! ☺️ I must say that Sahu Ra View Inn was one of the most wonderful and beautiful stays I have ever been on a trip! The location is so beautiful and the room so clean, spacious and this is the excellent place to stay if you want to relax and disconnect. I must say that I have a special mention for Hatem he was so incredibly on this trip. I went to celebrate my 33 birthday in Egypt and didn’t have the time to plan anything, and he was so wonderful that he arrange everything for me to have the best time in the world. I cant say anything bad about this place. The breakfast was so yummy and even on my last night there was a home cook dinner that was so AMAZING! 🫶🫶 if it hadn’t been because of Hatem I think I would not have the time to explore the wonderful things Egypt had to offer. Hatem is so patient and kind that you will love staying at his place , I have never experienced this treatment in any hotel I have travelled to , so don’t hesitate to book here because you will have a wonderful time. Wow! Where do I start? What a magical place this is, especially for the price. You get front row views of history - and a really clean, large and well kept accommodation. Whats great about this place is that it is away from the hustle and bustle of crowded Cairo, but still only a short grab-drive away if you wish to go there. There are beautiful animals on the premises and the host, Hatem, is so kind, friendly and goes out of his way to make sure that you are comfortable. Felt like I left Egypt with new family. This really is a unique stay and feels authentic. I was blown away by the stars at night and the peace and serenity I felt while being here. There is something special about the atmosphere here; a lot of warmth and good energy. Wish I could have stayed longer! Will definitely be back again next time I come to Egypt 😊 couldn't recommend this place enough; you will not be disappointed. Thank you again so much!!

My husband and I enjoyed very much our stay. We definitely recommend it to absolutely everyone. The place has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is quiet and has a gorgeous view of the pyramids, specially at sunset. The location is the perfect middle point to everything (Pyramids in Giza, Saqqara Necropolis, Djoser pyramid, Red & white pyramid, Memphis, Old Cairo and Cairo's international airport) We both felt extremely welcome. Hatem is an amazing host, speaks very good english, has a great sense of humor and service and is very kind. Hatem also offers transportation and guided tours. I celebrated my birthday at Antaris house that truly touched my heart. It exuded warmth and coziness, surrounded by the captivating beauty of nature.
