Такого отеля не существует, это кликбейт, чтобы заманить больше посетителей в другой отель, в котором не оказалось свободных мест ! Нам предложили пожить в соседнем отеле… В итоге мы потратили порядка 3х часов на заселение! Ужас!

The hotel has had major refurbishments and improvements including new rooms and a swimming pool and terrace area.I came here for 3 nights stay, it started abit rocky as the pictures for my room on booking.com was for there family room and not the room i actually booked, theres a error on booking.com its not the hotel doing it on purpose but the wrong rooms picture is under the wrong room type otherwise the room does exist however omar was very professional in handling the situation, as you can imagine i wasn’t to happy but he done what he could and i was given the room next to the swimming pool (803 amazing room) which turned out a even better experience then i originally planned.. everything happens for a reason they sayThe hotel is very clean and safe they have cctv all around the place and people at the entrance at all timesThere is a 24 hour pharmacy and local shops within a 3-5 min walkThe food and quality of products is high and the service from all staff is amazing you can order food and drinks from their menu to if you prefer not leaving the hotel. From the laundry guy to the life guard they are all good people with pure intentions and very professional in their behaviour and ethics for work.Tipping is how people make there money in Egypt but these guys was doing it purely out of the goodness of there hearts and to make sure there guests had a good time. They didn’t expect/ask for tips which was a bonus as it should come from the guests own free will so make sure you tip accordingly its how they take money home and make major part of there living.I want to thank everybody but especially Mini ahmed (he helps with bags & cleaning)Ahmed roof top bar personel And omar yusuf and aya for there professional behaviour and smiling faces at reception.I booked my pyramid tours via reception omar was the one to help me and the tour guide was amazing and i had a lovely time Next time im in Egypt this is my hotel for sure Highlyrecommend.

Just the photos of mountain view room needs to be changed as its showing the family suite its not the room in the picture but the room does exists its just the wrong picture is on the wrong room type

The name of the hotel should be adjusted and its very misleading. Originally we booked a room with pyramid views, as soon in the pictures and when we arrived there they had given our room to somebody else, despite having booked this accommodation months in advance. They first presented a room for us with just a window and little to no view at all (we had also requested for a balcony due to smoking) and they told us to open the window to smoke. Then they showed us a whole apartment for us. We decided to take the apartment, had a good view of the pyramids at least (not like the one we originally booked but it was good for us) What we did notice however was that cleaned needed to be taken more seriously as hair was visible and we also found extremely dirty dishes in one of the drawers whilst we were looking for plates.. Another issue was that the ensuite shower had no doors so water splashed round everywhere and even though we did our best to avoid this from happening we then noticed that the shower tray had been leaking water which continued flooding the whole bathroom and even spread to the bedroom from under the door. Other than that, staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and despite the hotel name needing adjustment on the platform, the location was okay also.

The location is the only good thing about the property, the room is alright for the high price

The receptionist, the cockeyed receptionist is a scammer, he works in the evening shift. He ruined our trip. He sold us two tours. One pyramid tour and one Nile cruise. The pyramid tour: he said that we will have a private car and a tour guide with us from the morning up to closing time who will show us around tell us things, take our pictures and bargain for us. What we got was a guy who drove us there to the pyramid parking and made us use the hop on hop off bus! There was never a car! and then handed us over to his buddies who were scamming us for money to take our pictures and hassling us for camel rides, when we confronted him, he said he doesn’t know anything he’s there to take us to and from the hotel. He was basically baggage we had to carry the whole day, he was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and unfriendly. Imagine us stopping to take pictures and he would just tell us to hurry up?? We paid 25 USD for this trip. Which was basically a transfer to and from the hotel which would have been $5 with an Uber. Nile cruise: we were full from a heavy lunch at the pyramids and after we came back we spoke to the cockeyed receptionist asking if he could reschedule for the next day, he said it will cost us 60% extra because he already bought tickets, I said can you call the company and ask, he literally pretended to make a phone call, walked around and away from me and spoke a little Arabic, came back and said it’s 50% extra we have to pay to reschedule. He said just go because it’s the LAST TWO TICKETS and it’s VIP! and that we’ll have a great time. I agreed even know I knew he was bullshitting me while leaving we asked, oh it’s VIP what are we getting extra? He was stumped, he said “uuuhhh you get dessert” so VIP just get dessert ? He’s said yes you get dessert. It was supposed to be a private transfer but the car picked up two other people along the way!

The mountain view room was amazing.

Although we booked an extra night for the first day as our flight was early and I wanted a room so when we arrive early in the morning I would have the room ready to shower and rest. But as I did the Check In the room was not ready ( probably they had gave it to someone while the booking was under my name) disappointed as I paid money for nothing and did not get my rest at all.

The only good thing about the room that we stayed in was the view from the balcony, which was overseeing the pyramids.

1. Change of hotel name. We noticed that the actual hotel name is not as what was mentioned in Booking.com. The name of the hotel is the New Top Pyramids View Hotel. This made us go around searching before we finally got hold of this hotel. The reception was at Level 6, and we were allocated a room at Level 6. The hotel doesn't appear in Google Maps, and they gave us a location pin to use each time we move to and from the hotel. To make our life easy, we chose to use a restaurant nearby as our pick-up point instead. 3. Cancelling our booking, although we were present and checked in. As soon as we reached the hotel, we were asked to make the full payment from 22nd Dec till 26th Dec (4 nights) before getting the room key, which we did. However, later, we received notification from Booking.com that our booking was cancelled, although we were already there. When we enquired, they mentioned that there were some errors and asked us to rebook for the next day onwards (23rd till 26th) without any charges, which we did. 4. Water disruption On 23rd Dec ( second day of our stay), at around 5 pm upon returning to the hotel after our day trip, we noticed there is no water supply. We asked the reception and was told that there is water cut in the city and no water everywhere. Since they told us no other alternatives, we decided to stay there for the night, hoping the water would be reinstated the following day. However, there was still no water next morning, and they kept telling us it would come in 10 mins for more than an hour. We got suspicious and went to the next door hotel to check, and we were told they have no issues with water!! We got shocked to hear this and realised that the issue was only with this particular hotel and not the city. They were clearly lying to us the whole time. When I returned and questioned them, they kept lying and repeating that it would come in a few mins, but no.

property actually is updated with views of the pyramid short story: felt like a bait and switch and a set up. told us the room we booked wasn’t available, put us in a apartment with a door that didn’t lock. we did not feel safe and it did not seem like the safety for their customers or keeping their word was a priority for them. paid for a full pyramid view with a balcony with a sitting area, gave me a 3 bedroom with a view ,but not full sitting area. had to stand to see pyramid could not sit and see it. 3 bedroom was not secure so had to be moved to a more secure room. so we ended up with a partial view. long version: We got there and we had paid for 2 rooms. My wife had been in communication with the staff and they never stated that one of our rooms was given away. The room had a view she wanted. they were not upfront about it. on arrival they tried to give me a three bedroom apartment. but it did not have the view of the pyramids I wanted. they stated the room wasn’t available and they gave it to someone else, but we could have it at 12 the next day. Get to the apartment and it’s super nice, but the WiFi doesn’t work and hot water isn’t working. I find that the switch of the hot water heater is off, so we have to wait who knows how long before it heats up and we go to sleep. We want to get some snacks but find that the key lock on the door will not lock. it makes a sound that it locks. but when you go to check its actually unlocked. We go to the staff to talk about it but they never show up to fix it. We can’t leave because the door won’t lock from the outside. we didn’t feel comfortable to leave the room since the door could not be locked from the outside. since we would move the next day. they never came to fix the door and we needed to go sight see. I insisted to get us to our paid for room but they did not have it. they moved us to another room with an ok view. but I told them I only booked there for that view, and I was not happy.

Did not prioritize customers safety, and delivering on what they say they would do. not giving customers what they paid for. giving up rooms dispute me being in constant communication with them. I also booked a pick up from the airport. which did not show up. i called them only for them to tell me to take another ride the driver got into an accident. they could have booked another ride or texted me to tell them that. they had been texting me all day.

Nice property and the staffs were really professional and nice

The staff was great, location, breakfast with great view of pyramids

The location of the hotel is difficult to find, positioning in the "praymaid front hotel" is better to find, and then the elevator on the top floor, very close to the pyramids terrace and rooftop can see the pyramids, the room is very clean facilities are very new, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic about the service is also very thoughtful, the morning there is breakfast!

I like the cleaness of the place, the stuff was very helpful, and great value for money.

The clearness

Far away from the pyramids entrance

Nice and well-designed rooms with a spectacular view towards the main Giza pyramids! Very friendly staff, quite good breakfast options. All the service provided by the crew - always with smile and friendly mood. The were making everything to make guest comfortable even during Ramadan.
