De locatie was super goed en het ligt echt in de natuur. Je wordt wakker van de kwakende kikkers en de apen op het dak.

Het is wel wat warm met alleen de fan.

I liked the natural beauty most. It perfectly prserves the nature. Also, the front desk persons were very frinedly. An excellent choice for solo travellers and persons having minimalistic life style.

No staff were available during 9 pm - 9 am. Children aren't allowed here to maintain a quiet environment. So, this is not suitable for family with children.

I booked an air conditioned room for double the price of fan only rooms but the air conditioning isn’t really cooling, it’s working but even at the lowest temperature setting it’s not giving out much cool air. The bath towels carry overly strong perfumes that are irritating to the lung and gave me coughs after I took them out and placed them in the room and slept for a few hours only to woke up with an itchy lung and coughs, eventually I had to open the windows, ventilate and remove the towels to the outside, and the coughs and itchiness stopped. The horizontal metal bars entrance balcony are dangerously low that I bumped my head onto it, lucky the injury is minimal, but I lost balance at the impact.

The room was clean and comfortable. The main attraction, Pantai Cenang, is a little far from the location and costs around RM6–8 to reach by Grab. However, Pantai Tengah is within walking distance and is a beautiful, less crowded beach.

I wasn't a fan of the self-service concept. When travelling, it is nice to return to a fresh, clean room every day rather than having to do any cleaning. Although a broom was provided for the floor, there was no practical way to clean or change the bed sheets. Because of this, the self-service approach was not very appealing. Another downside was the housekeeping policy. The bed sheets are only changed after staying at least three nights. It would have been much better if they were changed every two nights instead.

We enjoyed and extended our stay at T Star Cottages, which was good value for Langkawi, it was also quiet and peaceful. Slightly removed from Pantai Cenang, but very easily accessible by moped and the distance is walkable in 20-30 minutes. Located near a few good quality and reasonably priced restaurants and easy walking distance to Pantai Tengah beach which was fairly quiet. Team were friendly and available during the designated reception hours. The room was sparsely equipped and the shower cold but it was possible to rent additional amenities such as fridges, hairdryer, mosquito net, iron and additional fan if you so desired.

Although not an issue, or strictly enforced, the number of signs detailing rules and information is slightly overwhelming on arrival which contrasts the otherwise peaceful setting. Only small, but the linens and towels were both made of a similar microfibre material which was not especially effective at drying or particularly comfortable for sleeping in.

If you would like to find yourself in an authentic and cinematic Malaysian scene, you would love the place. Absolutely amazing staff, quite and peaceful place. Distance to the beach is a bit further than you can find in the description. Generally location is great! Loved our one day stay.

It was really green and quiet. There was a beach really close by that was very nice and quiet. The restaurants were great.

Apartments sind nicht komplett geschlossen also hat man ständig Probleme mit Mücken und anderen Besuchern.

L’emplacement était bon et la gentillesse des hôtes.

Sans clim, la nuit dans les bungalow sont très chaude, alors si vous le pouvez, prenez avec clim. Des traces de moustiques éclatés pleins de sang sur les murs.

Zubetonierte, sehr in die Jahre gekommene Anlage - die vielen Bewertungen, die vom "Naturerlebnis" schwärmen, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Friendly & helpful staff who gave me clear instructions over WhatsApp. It's a very short walk across the road to a quiet beach. Lots of frogs in the ponds & other good food in restaurants nearby. There is a convenience store at the front for drinks & supplies.

Room was a bit hot but fans were good.

Eine schon etwas in die Jahre gekommene Anlage mit nettem Personal. Die Cottages sind sehr beengt. Die Ausstattung in den Cottages mit Air Condition ist viel besser (auch mit Warmwasser), wie in den Cottages nur mit Fan. Ein netter Bonus ... es kommen auch Affen zu Besuch :)

Petit bungalow sans prétention mais dans un cadre verdoyant agréable. La visite des singes et chant des grenouilles nous amène dans une autre atmosphère que celle des buildings environnants. Plage à 5 minutes à pied. Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place. Personnel hyper agréable. (Petit tip : vous pouvez vous procurer, pour 50MYR, un pass vous donnant accès aux 2 piscines, aux transats de la plage et à une boisson, à l’hôtel Holiday Vila situé juste en dessous du T-star. Nous avons apprécié ce plan donné dans un autre commentaire car il n’y a pas d’ombre sur la plage).

Le manque d’isolation entre la chambre du dessus et celle du dessous surtout quand, comme nous, vous tombez sur une hystero insomniaque qui bouge toute la nuit 😅 Bon c’était juste pas de chance pour nous car le lieu est trèèèès calme.

I loved staying there. The cottage was cozy. I liked the little balcony and the decoration. The resort was calm and relaxed and very green, in nature. The bed is very comfortable. I enjoyed staying there. It gave me a chill, homy vibe and I had a place to relax. Price-Value is perfect. Staff is very friendly.

I had a great stay. But depending on the neighbours it might be noisy. I heard the neighbours upstairs walking in the room at 1 AM. Accept of this experince, I had mindful, respectful neighours. You might improve the linen and change it to a cooling fabric like satin or microfiber betting.

Very kind and friendly woman at the reception Far absolute diamond. I would definitely come back and stay there in the future they made me feel very welcome.

The service was 10 out of 10 no issues have travelled from the UK Scotland

Really quiet and cost-friendly. The receptionist was very considerate and tolerable for allowing us to put our backpacks and confectioneries while we were going out to buy more souvenirs.

Зеленая территория, много растительности, утром приходят обезьянки. Номера с небольшой террасой, что очень удобно, можно посидеть и на улице и номере. В номерах чисто, полотенца выдают. Тут же можно недорого арендовать байк. Всё отлично!

Non c’era l’aria condizionata e faceva un pelo caldo, ma non é un grande problema. Risolvibile con un ventilatore. Mancava l’acqua calda ma con il caldo che faceva non si sentiva la mancanza

Great helpful staff with a very tranquil and cute setting. Loved hearing the frogs croak at night and the monkeys scrambling in the morning.

Get a room with an AC units. Stairs going upstairs may not be for everyone.

Only the approach of staff

Such a terrible experience I had. The worst issue is no water supply in the toilet. All of a sudden water supply stopped. Even no water to flush out the toilet bowl. You can't do anything. Even you can't sleep comfortably. Full of noises. Some wild animals roaming through the roof of the rooms by making very loud weird sounds through out the night. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, this place is not at all an option. Check in time only, came to know no hot water supply in the shower, finally end up with no water at all. The room bedding also poor quality, causing irritation to the skin Had the worst stay ever

The hotel is in a quieter part of town, but still a short walk to a nice beach, with plenty of bars and eateries around. The cabins are set in pretty gardens, with little terraces to sit out on. The bed is comfortable, WiFi is ok and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

The water is cold only, and it stopped working completely in our cabin, on and off for a day, we had no water for showers or the toilet. It can be noisy from other guests, even though there are notices asking people to be quiet.

It’s very old hence you will hear everything from everywhere No hot water If you wanna borrow the iron or the hairdryer you need to do it before 6 pm since the reception will be empty after, had to dry my hair infront of the fan 😂

Unfortunately, our stay on Langkawi was one of the most disappointing experiences we have had in all our travels. The balcony looked completely neglected: the sunbeds and the small table next to them were covered in dirt – whether from birds or monkeys, it was hard to tell. It was impossible to use the space at all. The room itself was extremely small, feeling barely a meter by a meter. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bed linens and towels were never changed throughout the entire stay. There was no cleaning of any kind. In the bathroom, the flush tank didn’t work, and the water was only cold. Overall, the place felt abandoned and completely unmaintained. This was truly one of the worst accommodations we have ever stayed in. Very disappointing. 4 out of 10.

The atmosphere was so chilled and relaxed. Really enjoyed the location.

I know it’s a hot, and humid country, but would be nice to have access to warm water in the shower.

A quiet retreat from the heat and bustle. Just along from the hotel are lots of family restaurants and local, but delightfully cool cafes. The hotel sits beside a small seven eleven store, so whatever you forgot to bring is covered.

I met a few of the other traveller residents at the water cooler, where it would be nice to have a place to sit and chat in the shade.

L'emplacement est top et l'hôtel incroyable ! Concernant l'accueil, rien à redire, efficace ! Possibilité de réserver des excursions et une traversée vers Koh Lipe pour continuer son trip en Thaïlande ou profiter de l'île ! Il y a aussi de bons restaurants à côté !
