De mooie, reine comfortabele kamers. Maar misschien nog het meest de vriendelijke hulpvaardigheid van de eigenaars en medewerkers. Geen probleem om me te komen ophalen van Los Cristianos en me de volgende dag naar het vliegveld te brengen. De gemeenschappelijke keuken was piekfijn met moderne apparatuur ingericht. Fijne eetruimte en salon. Uitnodigend om er langer dan 1 nacht te blijven in elk geval. Interessant omdat het dichtbij de vlieghaven ligt in een gezellig rustig stadje aan zee …

A cozy, modern guesthouse with a large terrace, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. There were a few minor issues during check-in at first, but they were quickly resolved. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place! 😊

Dopo aver chiesto espressamente, prima di prenotare il soggiorno, se fosse possibile cucinare all’interno della struttura, la proprietaria ci aveva garantito la presenza di un fornello elettrico. Proprio sulla base di questa informazione abbiamo deciso di prenotare. Con grande sorpresa, il terzo giorno, rientrando nell’alloggio, ci siamo accorti che il fornello era stato rimosso senza alcun preavviso e senza che nessuno ci avesse informato. Ci siamo quindi ritrovati improvvisamente in una situazione decisamente scomoda, completamente diversa da quella che ci era stata prospettata prima della prenotazione. Il giorno successivo la proprietaria si è presentata dicendoci che la sera non era consentito cucinare, sostenendo che fosse chiaramente indicato nelle regole della struttura, sia nei fogli affissi all’interno sia su Booking. Peccato che, durante il soggiorno, non avessimo mai visto alcuna indicazione di questo tipo, né ci fosse stato comunicato nulla al nostro arrivo. L’unica regola che avevamo visto riguardava le ore di silenzio, dalle 22:00 alle 9:00. La proprietaria è arrivata addirittura a dirci che pensava dovessimo “intuire” che non fosse possibile cucinare la sera, cosa che riteniamo assurda, soprattutto considerando che prima della prenotazione avevamo chiesto proprio questo aspetto e ricevuto una risposta precisa. La situazione è poi peggiorata quella stessa notte. Il ragazzo che alloggiava nella stanza di fronte alla nostra ha iniziato a mettere musica ad altissimo volume alle 2 di notte e, dopo aver fumato qualcosa, ha iniziato anche a urlare durante una telefonata, rendendo impossibile dormire. Abbiamo quindi deciso, in maniera assolutamente civile, di segnalare il problema allo staff al piano di sotto. Con nostra grande sorpresa, abbiamo trovato anche la proprietaria, che nonostante fosse perfettamente consapevole del rumore, non aveva fatto nulla per intervenire.

As I was travelling for work and barely spent any time in the apartment during the day, it met my expectations. It was safe, clean and the price was really reasonable. The location was lovely as well, with plenty of cafés nearby for eating and shops where you could buy anything you needed.

I stayed there in August and the weather was really hot. There are fans in the rooms, but they don’t quite do the job. Having AC would have made my nights much more comfortable.

Todo el personal fue muy amable y la habitación estaba muy limpia.

El apartamento no tiene aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador. El calor que hacía en la habitación era insoportable. La habitación daba a un patio interior y no había forma de ventilar. No deberían tener una habitación en la que haga tanto calor (mucho más que en la calle) sin forma de enfriarla. Por otro lado, el depósito de 100€ que si es cierto que está anunciado en booking pero escondido… al pagarlo pone que lo devuelven al día siguiente, en booking pone hasta 16 días… a mi me ha tardado una semana. Muy limpia y cómoda la habitación, pero horrible el tema del calor

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in wher I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. This hotel has a kitchen where I used to make an omelet and coffee in the morning.. Отель хороший. Добератись до отеля можна автобусами. Оплата в автобусах за пройiзд в евро налiчними. Я купував проездны квиток (картку 2 евро) i поповнив 50 евро на 7 днiв. Зранку я бiгав, на пляжi е виложенi дорожки iз деревини, потом купался в морii загара. Коли солнце пидiймалось вище i стало припiкати я Йшов в отель готував амлет iкофе. В отелi е кухня iхолодильник iпосуда для прийiжих. Пiсля снiданку я сiдав на ватобус iподорожував по острову. Обiдав каждый раз в рiзних мiсцях острова. Ресторани тут хорошо. У вечерi ходит знов на пляж. Тут 5 минут ходьби от отеля е маленький пляж. Телевiзор хороший. Ваша комната ( Душ ) здорова. Комната тиха сусiдiв я не чув. Вечерiготував кашу ,салат i чай. Менi cподобалось.

Blisko lotniska, czysto, wygodne łóżko.

Proces rejestracji był skomplikowany, nieintuicyjny i przez to frustrujący. Check in do hotelu trwał powyżej pół godziny uzupełniania formularza online dla 4 osobowej rodziny, pan z obsługi nie mówił po angielsku, formularz był po hiszpańsku. Biorąc pod uwagę że jest to hotel blisko lotniska ten aspekt jest zdecydowanie do zmiany. W pokoju nie było klimatyzacji, tylko wiatraczek, nie było okien wychodzących na zewnątrz tylko na zamknięte patio więc było bardzo duszno i nie można było z tego powodu spać.

Sehr nette Leute, haben mich persönlich begrüßt und mir wurde der Koffer hoch getragen und das Bett im Zimmer ist sehr bequem, es war super sauber und ich komme gerne wieder dorthin, auch die Kommunikation mit dem telefonischen und per Email Kontakt zum einchecken hat sehr gut geklappt und mir wurde mit allem geholfen, leider konnte ich nur bis zum nächsten Morgen bleiben…

Le personnel vous réclame de l’argent dès que vous arrivez, il vous réclame 100 €, vous savez pas pourquoi de plus vous vous retrouvez face à un mur, tous les gens s’entendent les uns les autres, aucune intimité personnel incompétent à fuir à fuir cet établissement

Saray saved us! We had an emergency landing on Tenerife and we we're searching some place to stay for one night. We booked okeanos pretty late, but Saray registered us without any issues and was very helpful. Okeanos is perfect for one night base :)

Чистый номер,удобная кровать,телевизор,сейф ,ванная комната,бесплатный качественный Wi-Fi..Хорошее автобусное сообщение с другими пляжными местами. Приветливый,доброжелательный персонал:большое спасибо Енджи и Орландо.Если приедем ,забронируем номер здесь.

В комнате желательно небольшой столик со стулом,телевизор можно смотреть только с кровати.В общей кухне нет электрической печи для приготовления пищи ,есть -2 штукиСВЧ.И главное : мы вовремя оплатили страховой депозит банковской картой 100Є в эквиваленте ,который должны были вернуть нам в течении суток после нашего отъезда.Ущерба мы никакого не сделали.Прошло уже больше 2 суток ,но деньги нам не вернули.Просьба - вернуть депозитные деньги на нашу карту .

Procédure pour avoir les codes d'entrées inutilement compliquée, code donné lorsque l'on ai arrivé :alors que soit disant sans personnel. Retenu d'une caution de 100 Euros à l'arrivée ( jamais vu cela) Pire logement de tout notre séjour à Ténérife. Pas de vu Espace chambre et salle de bains minimal, éclairage à déclanchement de présence dans couloir A éviter, je ne comprend que cet établissement soit sur Booking! Et plusieurs relance par mail pour avoir notre avis, alors que nous avons l'impression de ne pas être des clients mais des vaches à lait!

Le code est envoyé par internet au dernier moment. Nous avions des soucis d'internet et ne pouvions du coup rien anticiper. De plus, la personne à contacter était injoignable.

Finalement nous avons pu dialoguer avec une personne qui était présente.

La caution de 100 euros demandée et obligée de téléphoner pour être sûr que ça n’allait pas être débité.

La proximité de l’aéroport pour notre départ matinal et l’emplacement à proximité immédiate du petit port et des restaurants

La complexité pour s’enregistrer à l’arrivée et la simplicité des lieux par rapport au prix payé

Basically I needed a room for two nights and I was not disappointed with the Okeanos Guesthouse. I had a warm welcome from Angie and Orlando who keep the area spotlessly clean and were very helpful with any request. A lovely kitchen/dining area and within walking distance of restaurants, beach and the very lovely little fishing village. It was perfect for my short stay.

Unfortunately there is not an elevator!

The availability was a bonus for me as I had to change my return to the UK at the last minute.

Booking confirmation stated to contact the property immediately if arriving within the next 24 hours, but the number given had nobody answering my repeated calls. I was also told that when I contacted them I would receive a link to my self check in. No such info was sent to me. I was eventually met at the property by a lady who was kind but we had a language problem, she didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish. It took quite some time for me to be checked in, standing by the entrance door. I also managed to ask for a taxi the following morning using a mobile translation app, but at 8am to 08:40am there was no taxi or any staff there to help. I ended leaving the hotel in foot and luckily managed to hail a cab to the airport myself. Disappointing and a bit stressful as I couldn’t “afford to” miss my flight.

Really well equipped shared kitchen and living area. Great location in relatively small town with good restaurants nearby at the harbour. Handy for airport and good bus service.

Im Vorfeld wird alles über eine KI abgewickelt. Es war nicht möglich, jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen und es gab auch keinen Rückruf.

J’ai pu rentrer plus tôt dans ma chambre.

Pas de réception. Personne pour m’envoyer le lien pour le Check in alors qu’il est normalement obligatoire pour entrer dans les lieux….. Gros bug concernant ma réservation… aucune réponse sur whatsapp. Particulièrement inconfortable de quitter l’hôtel précédent sans avoir aucune confirmation de réservation de la part d’Okeanos et de faire la route dans la peur de trouver porte close.

Overpriced, labelled as luxury room but very small and even without a hairdryer, window with frosted glass (and view in another room)

Before check in the correspondence was very quick and helpful. The room was perfect for a short stay. It was clean and safe. Toiletries were provided. The shared kitchen and loving area was great and fulled stocked. Wine and food could be left in the fridge safely. The rooftop space is lovely a quiet, to have your breakfast or low in the sun

The check in process is a bit strange and my bank did not recognise the bank account they asked me to pay the deposit

Microwave only. Staff have their own electric hob which they plug in to use themselves but then lock away in a cupboard . Lots of pans and cooking utensils but of little use when there is only the microwave for guests to use

The drain in the shower stall doesn't work well. There's not enough space to dry clothes if you stay for several days or more. It would be good if they added a washing machine and a stove to the shared kitchen.
