Stay was wonderful. Right near the sea. Perfect location..Yuvraj was friendly and helpful to ensure our trip was very good. Would surely like to visit it again.

Были уставшие с дороги. Ночью в соседнем номере толпа пьяных индусов человек 6 там жило в одной комнате всю ночь шумела и мешала спать . После одной ночи съехали . Цена завышена. На байке к отелю не подъехать , до моря идти через поле. Не рекомендую этот отель.

Lo staff molto gentile e amichevole ci hanno aiutato in tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Letto molto comodo, la camera e il bagno grandi e ben organizzati. Potevamo vedere e sentire il mare dal nostro terrazzo

Klimaanlage versagt mehrfach mitten in der Nacht bei 29C,, Zimmer nicht lüftbar wegen Moskitos Unterkunft nicht auffindbar, nur nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und langem Suchen. Nicht ausgeschildert. Lage hinter vertrocknetem, smutzigen Brachland, keine Parkmöglichkeit, kein Restaurent/Frühstücksmöglichkeit

Проживали в Magic Sand неделю в марте 2026. Очень понравилось расположение, все рядом. Магазины, обмен валют, выход на центральную улицу с одной стороны, с другой стороны буквально 200 м и вы на пляже Арамболь, в самом центре. Дорога на пляж идёт через пустырь, ничего страшного в ней нет, а вечером в отеле горит прожектор, сразу видно куда идти ☺️. Нам было идеально по всем параметрам. И близко и тихо и уютно. С удовольствием, возвращались в наш "дом" , сидели вечером на своей террассе, а утром там же пили кофе под пение птиц. Огромное спасибо ребятам, которые работают в отеле, по любому вопросу всегда на месте и рады были помочь. Особенно хочу отметить Юви 🫶 ( руководству отеля нужно выдать ему премию ☺️) Любые вопросы решались, с его помощью за секунду и всегда встречал нас с улыбкой и пожеланием хорошего дня, поэтому мы с самого первого дня чувствовали себя, как дома, а то и лучше ☺️☺️☺️. Ещё раз огромное спасибо!!! Территорию мальчики постоянно убирали, ухаживали, подметали, поливали газон 😍. В номере у нас все работало отлично, единственное нужно было разобраться с десятком выключателей 😆. Вай фай отличный. Ванная комната великолепная. Свежий ремонт, приятная плитка, горячая вода всегда 👍 Уборка и замена белья, полотенец, по запросу, в любой момент, без проблем. Комната просторная. Кровать огромная, удобная. Холодильник. Кондиционер. Телевизор ( но мы не разу не включали 😆). Чайник ( чай, кофе всегда). На террасе столик и два удобных красивых кресла - что ещё нужно для счастья??? ❤️ С удовольствием, если ещё поеду в Индию, на Арамболь, то прямиком сюда, даже не думая. Спасибо Magic Sand за самую счастливую неделю нашей жизни !!! Надеюсь, до новых встреч 🫶

Отличное расположение, до моря 5 минут, номер просторный, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отличный балкон, где можно позавтракать или просто посидеть вечном. Очень приветливый персонал, организовали трансфер с аэропорта.

Все отлично, но есть нюансы, между отелем и пляжем пустырь, днем нормально, но когда стемнеет ходить жутко- собаки хоть и дружелюбные, но все равно не по себе идти через них. Ну и вообще. Там нет ни одного фонаря. За мной даже машина на экскурсию не поехала. Для меня серьезной проблемой не стала, но решила написать, возможно эта информация кому то пригодиться. А сняла звезду за то, что за 5 дней проживания не было ни одной уборки, даже мусор не выносили. Возможно надо было просить, но я рано уходила и поздно приходила, персонал почти не видела.

Хорошие комфортные номера. Хочется отметить человека, который каждый день убирал территорию, подметал от листьев, менял полотенца, постельное белье. На рецепции отзывчивый персонал. Спасибо

Маленький, ухоженный комплекс состоящий из 2 зданий по 4 номера в каждом. Находится в глубине, поэтому шум с улиц не долетает. Хороший выход к морю 200-300 метров. Недалеко от центральной улицы Арамболя. Все под рукой: супермаркеты, обменник, прокат, кафе-рестораны. А самое главное чистота и отзывчивый персонал, что бывает в Индии достаточно редко

Хороший вариант для тех, кому нужен тихий отдых. До пляжа и туристических зон буквально по две минуты, но музыку из баров и клубов не слышно. В комнате достаточно чисто, насекомых нет. Есть чайник, холодильник, водонагреватель. Недалеко магазин и пункт обмена валюты. У гостиницы своя небольшая территория с пальмами, можно увидеть обезьян) Сотрудники помогли вызвать такси в аэропорт.

Постельное белье серое. Заметно, что его стирали, но не отстирали. На нем пятна и затяжки. Сейфом не смогла воспользоваться, замок не работал. Наверное, его можно отладить, но я поленилась разбираться.

Es ist schwer zu finden. Zufahrt über den großen Strandparkplatz, dann links. Nach weißem Resortschild schauen. Besser Manager anrufen, er steht dann wirkend draußen.

Серые полотенца, постельное бельё все катышках, очень не комфортно спать. Уставшая сантехника, постоянно отваливалась ручка переключателя воды.

Уютное спокойное место в паре минут от моря. Номер полностью соответствует фото. Есть горячая вода. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный. Кухня в шеках на пляже вкусная по очень приятным ценам. До ближайшей кофейни (Кофе готовится в кофемашине) 10 -15минут по комфортной дороге. Обменник , винный магазин и несколько супермаркетов в шаговой доступности. Хотим вернуться ещё! Лучшее место в арамболе.

We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful garden with palm trees, and the short walk to the beach. The staff was very welcoming and made our stay comfortable.

La tranquilidad que hay en este lugar y la amabilidad por parte del responsable del hotel que ha sido exquisita. Se ha preocupado en todo momento de que esté bien y de que no me falte de nada. Teniendo en cuenta de que he estado solo ha sido un verdadero regalo. Lo recomiendo totalmente, está muy bien ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo. La habitaciones muy amplia con una cama muy grande y cómoda. Lo mismo del lavabo. Lo he podido comparar con otros hoteles de la zona y sin duda no lo cambiaría por nada.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay, I think the best option in Arambol! Property looks exactly as in the photos, big and clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet and a wonderful garden in front, cleaned daily and well maintained. The location is just a few steps from the beach, you can see and hear the ocean from the room and also, easy access to everything you need The staff was wonderful and always available for any questions or help you might need. Overall, very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely I would like to come back here

It's not about the property, but there are a lot of dogs in Arambol , especially on the beach area and they're not very friendly.

The distance to the beach is shorter.

There is no direct road to the hotel. The road goes from the beach to the hotel. At night, it is very risky to go to the hotel.

Lovely room, very comfy beds, close to the beach and to the Main Street but also quiet at the same time

Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely air conditioned room. Location is in a quieter area of Arambol, short walk to the beach and Love Temple. Go through a gate at the rear of the complex between the buildings to a small convenience shop, there is also a nice cafe called Zeitgeist on the same road.

The rooms look identical to the photos. They are comfortable. The staff is really polite. They cleaned the terrace in front of the room every day and brought us bottles of water. The accommodation is only 200 meters from the beach. Really good location, although the access to the accommodation is a bit complicated.

The room smelled of dampness and mold, which was especially a problem for us at night, when we had to close the terrace because of mosquitoes and lizards that could enter the room.

It was an amazing stay. We loved staying here in Magic sand beach resort. The beach was just 2 walk from our rooms. Yuvi was a very nice host has their own restsurant with detox drinks and sourdough bread sandwishes and many more it was delicious,resonable ans clean. We were not uncomfortable at all. I have recommended everyone in my family and friends, and I would recommend everyone not to think twice before booking. Would surely come back to Arambol and Magic sand beach resort. Thank you for letting us make good memories and a great stay.

Path from apartment to center is dodgy, also path from apartment to beach is also dodgy. During first day of our stay in our apartment there was no water, then our room card was not working, then few hours later electricity was gone. I asked receptionist 3 times can we check out one day early and get refund, but she completely ignored. Second day there was a mouse on our balcony!

Wonderful place with great service and facilities. Everybody was kind and willing to help. Harsh helped me a lot with everything I needed with a big smile and kindness

On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and have everything you’d expect in this price range. The beach is also within walking distance. There's a restaurant in the resort for those who like it most convenient.

Not for Everyone – Some Things to Consider This place may not be to everyone’s taste. The bright outdoor lighting stays on all night, and the atmosphere is more suited for those looking to enjoy a lively holiday with drinking, shopping, and beach activities. Loud music from nearby restaurants can also be heard late into the night. The room itself seemed quite new, but it had a noticeable fresh concrete smell. Unfortunately, airing it out wasn’t really an option since there was only one door and air conditioning. While the large window is a nice feature, the only view is of other guests, meaning you’ll likely need to keep the curtains closed for privacy. I’m not complaining—just sharing my experience to help others with similar preferences. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, this might not be the best fit.

Clean and great location

Nothing that I didn't like.

Just like on the photos, the resort was simple, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is in a quieter area of town, but still just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the vibrant spots nearby. The garden was lovely, and the overall atmosphere was neat and inviting.

Nothing much to be honest.

The whole experience was really poor. The place wasn't clean, I had a rash the next day probably due to bed bugs. The bathroom smelled bad, drainage wasn't good water was everywhere in bathroom. They didn't have any toilet paper, soap, shampoo, or water in the room had to ask for water and toilet paper. And to make it worse the price was way too high for what it offered. I can't recommend this place in any way.

The staff, the cleanliness, proximity to Arambol beach, food. Dedication of staff team is exceptional. Specially Yuvraj. He was always available on call, message and was very responsive even on booking.com messages. Also helped arrange a small setup for my wife's birthday.

Few extra facilities can be added - hair dryer. The shower is excellent but hot water runs out quickly. Probably a better wardrobe.

Nice room and bathroom. Spacious and clean. Caretaker was super helpful. Beach is close enough to walk to. Hardly a 2-5 mins walk. Property is peaceful. Balanced Sense of privacy yet connected to the outdoors.

Amazing value for this money! Friendly and helpful stuff, nice yard, good location! Beach, money exchange, supermarket, massage salons, cafes - everything is close.

A total new and modern design place to stay. Very close to the sea, and the main street, but still quiet and cozy. Great garden to stay, and a warm and lovely owners.

Hard to find by google maps at the first time. The back entrace (but the usefull one, is located between houses and a bit complicated.

The place is really nice, clean and nice rooms, with big bathrooms. The people working at the place is also very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the stay and stayed longer than expected.

No issues with the property itself. Unfortunately the path to the beach which is outside the property had a lot of rubbish. However that is something beyond the control of the resort.

Newly built property, nice large room, good furniture, balcony, tucked in a peaceful corner of Arambol with 5 minutes walk from the beach. Good cafes and stores close by. Staff is helpful. We had a hasslefree experince at this property. Rooms are exactly how its visible in the pictures.

No operational restaurant - at least tea/coffee/sandwich should be available for room service. Thin walls between rooms, I could hear the TV from the other room. Acoustics could have been better. Toilet wihtout an exhaust is not a good idea.

Two minutes walk to the beach. The yard is green & shady. The room is clean and stylish. It has a pleasant floor covering, a good mattress, and soft bed sheets. The AC is located perfectly: it is directed to the bed but not to the heads of sleeping people. Also, there is a ceiling fan. Bathroom with hot water, good soap accessories and towels. Outside, there is a terrace suitable for drying swimsuits.  WiFi is fast and stable enough for IT specialist work. Nearby, there are local shops and the brilliant cafe ZeitGeist. The place is the island of civilization & comfort. It has even the possibility to wash away sand from feet on the way to the room.

The place is private, comfortable, and well kept. The owners are kind and responsive and all of our needs were met. It's very close to the beach (3 minute walk) and also very close to the market and anything else you need.

The resort is very new. Rooms are very clean and spacious. I liked the room a lot. The manager Yuvraaj is very helpful and professional. Very prompt and friendly.

The resort doesn't have a functional kitchen yet. That posed a problem. There was no electric kettle in the room too. So it was impossible to even get a cup of tea in the morning.

It's a new resort with a lovely big garden. The beach is close, you can hear the ocean at night. Our room was super clean with an awesome view. Very helpful and friendly staff. All in all, we had a wonderful time there.

Google maps leads you on the wrong way. You need to take the road from the main parking at the beach. You can call them they will lead you to find it ;)

It is a newly constructed hotel so everything is clean and comfortable.

The only thing missing is swimming pool.

Vibe and ambiance was excellent. The owner and the staff was very helpful and there service was also very good.
