If you wanna stay away from manali's crowd it's 100% recommended doesn't matter you are solo traveller or group here you will get company you never thought of, the atmosphere, location is amazing, the food is delicious, staff is very care giving... theres lovely cat as well it will sneak into you room unexpectedly...

The location, pricing, hospitality, breakfast, peaceful environment, View from the room was worth it. The property is 900 m from Ride Inn Cafe, one of the best in the area.

The location is picturesque, and vibe is chill. The staff took care of my stay as if they knew me for years. The food tastes just like my home. The attention to detail is something to be applauded for. Even if I was not in the premises, they used to call me if I had dinner or not, before their kitchen closed. One thing that I've never seen anywhere, and is very positive.

I didn't like that I have to leave the place in such a short period of time.

It is clean and simple. Good school hostel days arrangement. Staying here would be fun for group travelers.

Though the property owners clearly claim for this being a Traveler Hostel. But they also follow it strictly. They don't have any bell boy (not even on paid basis), so I had to carry my luggage to the upper floor room. In my all hostel years in life, the mess boys were extended support hands for most of the needs. So, after 12 hours of driving, fetching your own luggage was not helpful.

A little decor on the outside like LED lights hung around the perimeter walls or trees can make it look more appealing.

The rooms were aesthetically nice, but thats about it the vibe, staff and facilities none of these things were upto to a basic mark.

The property didn’t have water for 2 days in our 5 days of stay, the days it had water there was not much pressure. They don’t have a borewell, so basically we were staying in a room without water, Major power cuts without no basic power backup. We also didn’t have any power throughout days to even charge our phones. Staff there was weird (Not Jai), no pleasant conversations, super controlling of the surroundings. Literally had to fill drinking water from 2 floors down. Pallavi would literally just stand there and ask me to pay for the bills, when this can be done in a well mannered way. The owner of the property should stay there train the staff to manage it better. Also food is very good but super expensive, 250 for a basic chicken roll is too much

Wonderful calm location for a small group, can accomodate 5 cars max. Superb cook with great food and very knowledgable front desk folks. Location is close to Manali but yet away from the crowded touristy locales

The route to the place has one u-turn which is a bit tricky especially when there are vehicles on both sides.

Located very well surrounded by snow capped mountains and with a very peacefull vibe, Dhruv was very helpful with my stay had a lot of conversations with the staff during late hours with jay subhash and abu, overall the hostel has a very chill vibe

Talk a walk in the orchards behind to the river side and witness the solace you crave for. Add to your playlists listening to amazing background songs playing in the common room. Grab a book , sip on coffee or get into beautiful conversations at pretty nooks of this hostel. Also ! Subhash bhai k paranthe aur chatni! ♥️ If you need adrak ki chai, call for meeta wali Chai ! :D

The Bunker Burwa is not just a hostel in Manali, it's a home for many. The beautiful artwork on the walls, the amazing views around, the kind staff are just perfect recipe for a mountain home. The warm atmosphere of the hostel makes you forget all about the crowds of Manali and allow you to enjoy the mountains in a very true sense.

Apart from the view, these guys have the best food in town from Didi's sidhu to Shubhash bhai's Paratha with Chutney, Bunker Hostel had everything sorted out. Shreyas was kind enough to take us on walks to different spots in village where I was able to witness the local culture and their way of living.

There was nothing to not like

The Bunker, as always, has fantastic location, folks and food. This property in Burwa specifically has a majestic Burwa Valley view and a garden in front and back. You would love to spend your mornings basking in the sun under the apple tree in the front garden and trek through the beautiful forests and farms through the backyard towards the river flowing by. The rooms and dorms are fantastic and cozy. The food, as always, is one of the best in Manali. Naihad and Shreyas are great hosts, and time will just fly by staying and chilling at the property. I highly recommend the room with bath tub as it has windows on all sides and a bathtub facing the mountains and you would love your time gawking at the scenery around. The property also features a loaded common room which opens in the lush green backyard and is loaded with games, musical instruments, TV and more. Also, you would find yourself awestruck by beautiful paintings all around the property. Also, if it matters, the property has ample space for 2 and 4 wheeler parking inside the property.

Cutting through the chaos of main Manali, when I reached this small village named Burwa, it was a real break to my sight. Apple orchard as far as I could see, with mighty snow-clad peaks at the backdrop. And nestled amidst this is a backpacker hostel curated to give you real experience of the place. Covered with art and flora, and with by amiable people around, The Bunker Hostel sure gives your soul the warmth it longs for when travelling to an unknown place. With good wifi connection throughout the property, work was smooth. My favourite was the impromptu hike plans to hidden gems around the area and game nights.

A home nestled in beautifu lapple orchards with breathtaking views is what you'll find when you step into The Bunker. Continuing with the rich standards set by The Bunker Bir, these guys have built a place anyone would be proud to call a home. Life is easy at The Bunker, waking up to the regal views of snow capped mountains followed by a ravishing meal and some good old fashioned board games. It's an experience.

The amazing hostel was just five minutes from the Highway. On my ride ahead, it was the perfect pitstop. On my way back, i stopped and stayed here for more than a week. The hostel has amazing views of snow clad peaks on all four sides. With a scrumptious menu and amazing hosts, this serene property really made my stay in Manali one of the best in mountains. P.s. The luxury room with the bathtub bathroom or the luxury dorm has views to die for!
