Stylish studio own entrance in Victorian House

Fantastic property with great facilities. Easy access into central Dublin via public transport almost right at the door. The information provided by the host prior to arriving was excellent and was followed by more valuable information just prior to our arrival and a really good info pack in the apartment. Everything was clean and functional. Loved our time here.

Cama e almofada confortáveis. Bom duche. Cozinha com microondas e pequeno frigorífico e bom aquecedor. Tem um manual para explicar tudo. Bom lugar de estacionamento.

Dificuldade em abrir a porta e aranhas no teto com muitas teias de aranha. Apartamento fica num anexo virado para as traseiras da casa.

Lovely quiet property. Clean and well presented. Friendly communications before and during stay.

Well appointed roomy apartment in Clontarf, a pleasant seaside town away from the hustle and bustle of Dublin itself. A bus ride into the city but public transport is superb and cheap. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Rehany train station is a longer walk, but again, trains to Dublin and Howth (beautiful seaside town well worth a visit), are cheap and regular. Good VFM all round.

The place was super clean and comfy

The soundproofing between the halves of the house was very poor. We could hear footsteps and other noises so clearly that at times it genuinely sounded like someone was walking around inside our part of the house.

Niewielki apartament, idealny na jedną lub dwie noce. Czysty i wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Dość blisko lotniska.

The studio is in a very peaceful part of Dublin away from the centre, close to the water and St Anne's Park. It made for a nice alternative to the city centre. The estuary with its bird life is very special. Karina was very attentive with communication and provided much useful information. I recommend it.

A lovely quiet small apartment with everything you need for a short stay. We stayed here 2 years ago and were delighted to return. Its comfortable and in a great location for exploring Dublin or further afield to Howth. It's very handy for the ferry terminal

Entrada independiente, todo muy bien indicado con tiempo por los dueños. La habitación es muy bonita y no le falta detalles, el baño muy bien equipado, viajamos en moto y llegamos antes de la cuenta y pudimos entrar porque estaba listo, además de aparcar dentro, una zona muy tranquila. Dispone de smart TV.

Lejos del centro, pero dispone de una parada de autobús cerca, nosotros usamos un uber, algo caro para ir al centro. Dispone de jardín, aunque está un poco descuidado.

Schoon, goed bed en veel privacy in de tuin. Parkeerplaats beschikbaar op eigen terrein. En prima busverbinding naar centrum Dublin. Alle spullen waren aanwezig, maar wel compact ivm beschikbare ruimte.

Met mooi weer goed te verblijven (buiten in dectiin). Met slecht weer is er weinig ruimte binnen (geen zithoek). Geen kookgelegenheid.

Location close to the airport. Complimentary teas and sweets from the host. Overall clean and cosy.

Small space for parking a car, otherwise all was good.

Bedding was old and not ironed ..we were disappointed with the room as the photo on booking .com is misleading .. the room is behind through a blue door ..which is hardly visible in photo.. it was not as clean as expected.. but the young gentleman who let us in was very friendly and welcoming

Separate entrance and quiet area. Lovely sleeping space with nice shower with hot water and well equipped apartment with own parking space.

Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit zum Garten, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Es war ebenerdig...wir haben es uns schön gemacht, Gartentisch zum Essen nach innen geholt.

Das Bett ist ok, der Mini-Kühlschrank, wo die Kühlung nicht funktionierte, eine Zumutung. Da kein Esstisch vorhanden ist, haben wir mit dem Gartentisch improvisiert. Leider kein Toaster vorhanden. Eine vollausgestatte Küchenzeile lt. Beschreibung sieht anders aus.

Communication from Katrina waa excellent. Parking. Comfortable .. bed , good shower. It is a studio so compact but well kitted out with kettle/ coffee machine/ iron / microwave etc etc Bus stop opposite easy access to the city.

Ot said what it was on the tin. So nothing !! Its a studio so you know its compact, we wanted to be near the city and have car parking and pay a reasonable price so this was a good option for us

Great location. We wanted to explore Howth the next day so this was perfect. But also close to Dublin. Great restaurant just a short walk away - the bay. Had a parking spot which was great.

From booking time the hosts were excellent to communicate and stay connected. Worth considering. Location was perfect for my needs.

Prekrasna lokcija i presladak vrt na koji samo gost ima pristup. Lokacija nije blizu centra, ali je blizu predivnoj prirodi i izletu u Howth. Opremljenost apartmana je oduševljavajuća, od kave do štalića za uši, ima sve. Komunikacija s domaćinom je isto bila jednostavna i brza. Prekrasno.

Sitnica je da bih dodala neki tepih na hladan pod u kupaonici, ali to je to.

Good location with parking space . The room is nicely furnished, with everything you need. Microwave, sink with drinking water, electric kettle, micro-fridge, dishes. The bathroom also has everything you need for personal hygiene.

The floor in the bathroom was very cold, we didn't bring slippers so it was very cold to walk there.

Just the kitchen because it wass too small (the fridge above all) but they told us about this before our arrival!

Proprietari assenti, un saluto di benvenuto sarebbe stato apprezzato. La porta-finestra non si chiudeva bene a chiave.

Le logement était bien situé a proximité de Dublin en bus et dans un cadre calme propice aux balades. Il était propre, tres fonctionnel, agreable et bien decoré. Un merci a l'hôte pour ses petits gestes ! Le petit coin kitchenette qui depanne, pour rechauffer les plats au micro-onde.

Location, parking, clear instructions for check in, information about local restaurants, transport etc from host, coffee machine provided, nicely decorated and although space was small it was comfortable for a short stay.

I stayed there for business. The room was very well appointed. very comfortable and clean. The tea/coffee making facilities, small fridge and microwave were great additions. Also the room was warm on arrival, that was much appreciated.

The "kitchenette facilities are tiny.the smallest fridge ever, the microwave is so low to the ground it's hard to see the buttons with progressive lenses, the kitchen sink is from a bathroom and no tea towels were provided. Two large chairs but no real place to sit to eat except the bed we did move the chairs into the little alcove room

The location is superb. Near the bus to the city (40 min) and a nice Beach Walk in front of the house. Also a big park nearby. We didn't see the owner, only digital contact and they reacted fast on messages, parking lot, extra coffee pads. But a short hi, how are you is appreciated.

The room is too small for a long stay ( >2days). No cooking facilities, no relax corner. It is bed & breakfast. Nothing more (without breakfast, you have to bring your own).

I wish every property was as well-organized as this place! It had everything we needed and had a great notebook that thoroughly explained how to use everything. Which I stayed here longer! We also went to a restaurant that was recommended by the host and we loved it. The host provided so much information about the local area, it was just great.

Very caring and attentive hosts with an exceptional eye for details who filled up the little unit with everything you may need. They shared a lot of useful info before our arrival and in the booklet inside. Exceptional cleanliness. Beatiful location on the coast in an elegant neighborhood and a nice back garden. Free parking, yet close to the city centre with a bus that runs frequently and stops nearby.

The shower was a bit uncomfortable with the temperature of the water changing from cold to hot randomly and frequently.

Ontbijt niet van toepassing maar direct gelegen aan de bushalte naar en van Dublin en met zicht op de haven. Via een eigen deur naar de accomodatie achter het woonhuis die mooi en schoon was.

La habitación estaba muy bien. Con todas las comodidades necesarias. Poder disponer de privacidad y un jardin para disfrutar es un lujo.

La stanza è molto carina e curata. In zona ci sono poche attività ma lo sapevamo, è comunque una zona molto bella e silenziosa. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto. Ottimo il ristorante a pochi passi che ci ha suggerito la proprietaria.

The location was very good with a bus running into Dublin Centre right outside the door. Bus stop 300m down. We felt secure with a locked gate at the entrance to the back of the house where the apartment is located. Booklet of instructions on how to use shower, TV etc was well set out. Karina was prompt in her replies to any query.

The shower wasn't easy to sort even with the instructions. It was fine once we got used to it.

Good communication with host. Small room at the back of a larger house. Location was in an outer suburb. Adequate for one night as we were dropping our car off at the airport in the morning. Off-street parking for a small car.

Sounds and talking could be heard through the walls from the main house at times.

Quiet, private clean studio with a small kitchenette. Everything needed for a quick overnight stay before catching a Ferry (15 minute drive). Bay Restaurant had great food! Having an outdoor space was lovely!

The shower alternated between scorching and freezing. We could not sort it. This needs to be addressed. We know how to use it. My husband is a Plumber.

Good location for a seaside break from the city. Comfortable room, good communication with host. Bull Island Nature Reserve and St Anne's Park within walking distance - each is worth spending time in. Three excellent restaurants in walking distance: Bay (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Yang's Chinese (dinner), Olive's Room (breakfast and lunch).

It is a residential neighborhood, so not many shops, restaurants, or pubs in walking distance. (We did not have a car, but easy to get a taxi via app.)

Could not lock the patio door. It was ok because there was a lock in the outer most door.

We liked the private entrance and it was a quiet location. Easy to get bus into the city for sightseeing, and nice to be near the water.

Not really a complaint, but the mini fridge was tiny. Would prefer a slightly bigger one, as we do travel with some food items when doing road trips.

Everything was perfect. Can't understand any of the negative comments that I read on previous reviews. Lots of good places to eat nearby. The Bay was excellent. Fantastic bus service into city centre. €2 per journey. Free parking at the property but plenty of free parking on the road nearby too.

Clean and comfy with helpful bits in the room. Such a handy location for nearby gig in St Anne’s park. Check in and out was easy.

Location, comfort, information, communication. The info pack was invaluable, even to a seasoned visitor to Dublin. The property is very handy for the bus into Dublin centre, bus stop 100 meters from the front door. Facilities in the room were top notch
