Room heater wasn't working well quite expensive room not worth as paid it was raining that's why too muddy in parking space must be put tiles or stones to avoid slippery

Winter time is so cold. Had long time to wait for heater to warm up.. in the morning hot water not even warm. I had to wake up early but staff there were not woke at least 6 am would be good.

Reviewed May 23, 2025This is on 3700 meter and roomheater/ AC was great to have, and hot water. The weather can be rough so it is almost embarrassing to could have it so comfortable in this area and altitude.
Nothing, becource you have to consider where you are. It is places with better view but no AC// heater, and you can just go out or to the temples. Everything is around.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2025This hotel is nothing like what’s shown on Booking.com. The photos and descriptions are completely misleading. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked basic amenities that were promised. It felt like a total bait-and-switch. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and there was zero accountability for the false advertising. This place is a scam – do not trust the listings or the ratings. I strongly advise others to avoid booking this hotel at all costs.
