Location

Washrooms not clean and no towels or soaps provided

Nothing

The rooms were smelly, AC didn’t work, WiFi was terrible, bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The entire place was quite dirty

The location shown is wrong. We spent 45 min searching for this hotel but did not find it at the location. Online booking sites must indicate true name of the hotel and not such alias name like Collection O, etc. This is misleading.

My booking amount is 3000 but Person ask me 226/- rupee this no fair.

Hotel room are not clean bedsheet not clean

Location was good

but rooms are not hygiene, so much of cigarette smell, AC is not working, washroom light was not working, no dustbin in the room, just okay

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms , and high quality service.

The rooms were dirty

Very exlent

The food response from the staff

Most dirty hotel i have ever stayed, no cleanness. There cockroaches all over the room and bed bugs. Have to vacate in the night.

Staff was good

Bad maintenance, poor quality rooms

Otherwise known as Hotel Green Tree (look out for that when you arrive), this hotel is in a good location. Good value for money though, it’s a good price.

Room was okay but the bathroom kept flooding because the drains are blocked. Staff seemed a bit rude when we brought it up to him, saying it was normal.

Nothing much positives. As the room with ac was the only positivies.

Bedsheets were not clean and its clearly looked used. Unless asked for replacement staff didn't bothered. We stayed for 3 days with infant but staff least bothered to maintain hygiene with regular cleaning. Washroom was okay but there was no flush. Staff wasn't same as noticed 4 members in 3 days. Also, they charged full day price for 6 hours extra (Which I'm okay but the maintenance and welcoming Staff should have been helpful to avoid the above issues)

Ok

Nothing

The worst experince i faced. Its not room its looks like dump yard. I totally not happy fro agoda for syggesting this

Room not cleaned Ac not working Bed and bedshit are dirty Bathroom and hotel.staff asking for money at every moment

Save your money and good location for shopping.

Room is so bad smell, not clean, bathroom very awful and dirty.

Nothing

Bathroom broken, bedsheet dirty, no safety

The rooms are big.

Rooms are not at all maintained. Every room has a problem, either taps are broken, lights, fans not working. Walls are dirty, bedsheets have stains. I changed several rooms, each room has a problem.

Room not clean TV not working

It is in a good location, there are shops and restaurants around

The place was not clean. We had to ask for clean bed sheets the first night. We paid for breakfast to be included but we didn't get any even after asking in the reception.

Very good stay

Nothing to like

Everythingn in fact. Hotel from the previous owners has been taken over and they did nothing . The room(S) stinks with a filthy smoking smell. Toilet same story. Bedsheets speak a lot of history and should have been out of service long Ago. No towels, soap n not even a bottle.of water. No receptionist on checkin. He later arrived to collect the money. No one during checkout too Left the key on the table and checked out. IS THIS ENOUGH ?? Nothing is good except great location
