The staff is polite but their experience is low .. I have booked 2 appointments one 2 rooms and living area and the other is 1 room and a living area . Upon arrival they informed me that apartment of 2 rooms+ 1 living is unavailable as it is overbooked .. this was horrible for us especially after 600 km driving.. I have tried to tell them to replace me with same number of units .. the total in my booking was 3 rooms and 2 livings so they should offer me instead 2 apartment (1 room + 1 living) in addition to a single room so the total units stays as per my booking but this was hard for them to understand or to accept at the end they agree after I offer them to pay a difference.. thanks God the difference wasn't good but they showed significant inflexiblity although the problem is theirs

غرفة النوم المتواجد فيها مطله على الشارع العام وازعاج والاصوات والنافذة لا تغلق جيدا اما من ناحية الافطار البوفية اصناف البوفية قليلة ومتكرره ولا يوجد تغير في الاصناف ومن ناحية المشروبات يوجد شاي واحيانا لا يوجد حليب والعصير يوجد فقط البودرة التانغ لا يوجد بديل في المشروبات قليلة

Reviewed Apr 4, 20251-) I had booked 2 rooms. The behavior of front desk staff was very non-professional and weird. When I had approached the reception for check-in, the reception (short height Arabic speaking) guy started asking me that why I have requested so many things like clean room, parking, towel, tea kettle, clean pillows. His worst statement was that “do you want to buy this whole property”? I swear that I would have left back would they had not pre-charged me. Hotel management must take care of such behaviors. 2-) I had booked 2 rooms. They gave me 2nd room after 8 pm because the room was not ready upon my arrival. 3-) Broken commode seat in apartment 411.
