Tutto, il posto è meraviglioso e lo staff è molto gentile e paziente . Il patio è particolare , ricco di attenzioni per i clienti. C' è una lavatrice e un' asciugatrice , una piccola piscina , diversi giochi tra cui il biliardo. Si possono mangiare diversi piatti e fanno dei buonissimi succhi . Ben collegato con il centro. Sinh was the most amazing host. Our stay was very enjoyable and the family dinner was a great social activity to get to know the other residents of the hostel, with fantastic food and beer too! 🥰 I would definitely recommend staying here for a calm experience close to the main town, with high quality rooms, comfortable beds, great AC & a mini fridge, and a lovely, welcoming host. Super cozy place, nice staff, and all the services you need. They have a board showing the week’s itinerary, where they offer a bunch of activities, like family lunch, cooking classes etc, where you can meet everyone else who’s staying there. Does however depend on all the other guests, no one showed up for family dinner when i was there.

Some of the shower drains seem to be clogged, but this a reoccurring experience I’ve had all throughout vietnam hostels. The advertised pool is really small irl.

- the inner courtyard - the breakfast was really good (french toast with fruits) - the staff was really friendly and engaged

- the room, the beds (there were ants in the bed) - it didn’t look like the pictures at all

The place was really nice! And really nice staff. Even when booking a bus to the next place, was really easy to do from this Hostel and i booked a bus which also brought my scooter to the next place. There was something that happend with the bus company and the hostel actually helped me with it! Hien (from the hostel costumer service) was so nice and helped me all the way. Even when I only contacted them to get the contact information from the bus company and the hostel had nothing to do with the problem, they didn't only get me in contact with the bus company but also helped me with the problem and communication and went beyond what i hoped for. They really care about their costumers and will do anything to help you!

The environment is pleasant looking, staff is friendly and willing to help out. That goodbye gift bracelet was a nice touch :)

The dorm room is too cramped. Especially considering the guests from the room next door need to go through the room to exit. Bathrooms are outside. The location is a bit far from everything, tho not too far from the bus station at least

The best hostel during my travel, This is a cozy and friendly hostel, I would like to highly recommend the staff here, they are very funny and helpful, always smiling at everyone, supporting anytime if I need, I recommend Ninh Binh Beauty Tour is great. I booked the bus online but my bus was cancelled by the bus company on 12Go... at the last minute. It was great that I was enthusiastically supported by the staff at Wafami Hostel to book a bus to my next destination in Hoi An. Not only me but many guests also had the same problem as me. Please work with the reception at the hostel about your bus services or sightseeing trips to be safe and ensure everything is the best. Staff very good and helped me book a bus and tour.

My clean really wasn’t that clean when I arrived. The location nothing nearby be willing to get grab taxis a lot. Grab isn’t that expensive. No night life whatsoever within an hours walk, couldn’t even find a pub without getting a 15 min grab to tam coc. Tam coc is the place to stay for sure big mistake by me.

Very friendly staff and warm feel to the hostel, probably the most friendly I have stayed at. The staff were very helpful with booking tours and transport, and again the family dinner they arranged one night is the best I’ve had at a hostel in Vietnam. Also high quality bicycles available to cycle to nearby sights (Tam Coc, etc).

This place has a very warm vibe like home with the chill playlist of songs also the hang out area is very cool and has a pool table , Toilets were clean and stuff are very friendly and helpful and they serve variety of plates i recommend their coffee and breakfast will probably stay again there !

They shrunk my clothes with the laundry. You should stay in Tam Coc, the price was too high for what you got.

The bed was comfy!

The room with garden view doesn’t have much privacy since the glass door is right on the main hall where all guests hang out. The Christmas music all day long in the beginning of November was a bit too much for us…

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable.

We do not recommend the private rooms during the rainy season, as it literally rained inside our room! Thankfully, the staff moved us to another room the next day upon request. Additionally, there is loud music playing until at least 11 PM. The rooms open directly onto the common areas, so it’s not uncommon for people to sit right outside the room and chat for a good part of the night.

Very helpful staff. Own and uncomplicated scooter hire directly at the hostel. Super laundry service. Cosy furnishings. Any time again!

The friendliest hostel in Vietnam I have ever stayed, the staff are very kind and hospitable, I experienced Ninh Binh Beauty Tour, it was really great beyond my expectation! There is a bus service here, I bought a bus from Ninh Binh - Hanoi, it was great that they picked me up at the hotel and took me to the hotel in Hanoi, the ticket price is very reasonable and their customer service is very professional! If I can come back, I will definitely come back Wafami Hostel 10/10

The location of the hostel is outstanding

Just minorities: on my first day I rented a motorbike! They didn’t left enough oil in the tank to make it to the gas station, so that was kind of a negative experience, especially because after I filled up the tank completely, the next day for the couple who rented the same motorbike they only left just a bit of oil again. Another thing is about the bus to Phong Nha! When I booked they told me the bus leaves at 8pm, we have to get to the office by 7:30pm. They asked if I want them to organize a taxi and I said no. When I arrived back to the hostel at 6:45 they told me my taxi (which I didn’t ask them to order) is here for me in 5 minutes so be ready. I paid double price than what I was supposed to according to Grab, and when I got to the bus station it turned out they gave me wrong information, because the bus was about to leave at 7:30. So if I didn’t get back a bit earlier to the hostel I would have completely missed the bus.

The ac was strong and staff is very friendly. We had an early check in as soon the room was clean after previous guests. We had the one room with private bathroom You can rent a scooter directly from the property. The toilet was clean.

Bathroom seat was way smaller than the toilet and didn't cover the ceramic.. Family dinner is not a big thing, just hotpot and uncomfortable seating on the floor.

Staff were friendly and attentive to guests, even turned on the TV to watch the euro cup for me 💯

Had a fabulous stay here. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, helping us with our itineraries, booking buses and organizing bike rentals super fast and efficiently. They also brought us on a local market tour which was really cool!

Best hostel ever! The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Great place to relax and unwind! They have a very lovely and friendly dog. They organize free tours for tourists staying here to experience the local culture in Ninh Binh.

The hostel manager and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The manager gave us guests a tour of the local market, which was a great experience. The rooms are clean and well air-conditioned. The food and drinks are also good. The hostel is in a quiet location and a nice place to stay. Top value for money.

Nice, comfy beds and being capsule style they’re a bit darker and quieter so you can sleep. The staff were really friendly and accommodating right until I’d left.

Not many toilets and they’re outside, showers were often cold and noisy curtain rails, but nothing major.

People very welcoming and helpful, always have the smile. I recommend !

1) Location far away from places and in a dark street so walking at dark doesn’t feel safe 2) overpriced services (eg hostel offers shuttle, trips , laundry that is significantly higher than other place) 3) communication- English speaking staff is only avail from 7:30-10 so if you have any issues outside of that time it’s tricky to resolve 4) Food- overpriced and no vegetarian options
