Reviewed May 10, 2026Except for the fact that the apartment is quite spacious with 3 bedrooms, everything else was disappointing.
My stay here was very disappointing. The only positive point was that the apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms, but everything else was below expectations. The service was unprofessional, slow, and not responsive at all. Check-in was only after 3 PM, and we were left waiting outside the building because there was nobody available at reception to assist us. The staff was not welcoming, and the whole experience felt very rigid and uncomfortable, with too many unnecessary rules and conditions. Communication was poor, and getting help or answers took far too long. The apartment also did not worth the price paid. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, flexibility, good customer service, or a pleasant stay. There are definitely much better options available.

一个小缺点是浴室的水压有点低，但还是可以接受的。

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025Unit was fully equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and more. It was sparkling clean and the interior design was very calming. Close to everything, KL Pavilion, Imbi Market, Lot 10 and the MRT station. You really don’t need a car to enjoy this area.
The curtains let in some light in the early morning. Not a huge deal, but blackout curtains would’ve made it perfect for late sleepers.

The location is a major highligh, Sunway Pyramid Mall is just a short walk away, offering a variety of shopping and dining options.

Huge facilities deck with very big swimming pool, basketball court, gym, squash court and etc. Close to Sunway pyramid mall and BRT station. Surrounding got a lot of convenient store, restaurants and grocery store.
Just did not provide slippers in the apartment.

Some fast food nearby too. We did not really travel far. Super cool swimming pool and other facilities. Not crowded and chilling at there. Recommend alot.
