For a short stay the hotel room had everything it needed The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked well

All I missed was a towel for the feet, usually there is one together with a bath towel and hand towel in any hotel room, also the shower was very small, a person with heavy weight would have serious problems here In the room on the ground and on the blue bed sheet there was lots of hair from other people and some dust There was a misunderstanding between two receptionists on which guest would get which room, it wasn't a problem at all for me (I would've taken any) but I'd suggest to not discuss such matters in front of guests, there might come angrier ones

rien

It was decent value for money

You get what you pay for, but be warned. The staff are very nice but not the most helpful. They have limited English, and couldn’t help with quite basic things like: breaking a big bill, giving basic recommendations like a good nearby spa / Hammam, or where the closest ATM is. The room is general clean but on my first night the pillow case smelled like someone had drooled on it, we all know what that smells like… Lastly, they laundered my new white top, and it was returned to me a completely different colour and severely stained, it was basically ruined. They were kind enough to not charge me for it.

petit dejeuner parfait , personnels accueillants

Location and the staff was willing to help us.

The room was small and some things were broken. Not a 4 star hotel room. Not great value for money.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly from the first day until my last day of stay. Check-in was very quick. Throughout my stay, the staff, particularly Adam, went above & beyond to ensure that I received all the help I needed. Adam was courteous and offered tips on how best I could get around, as well as valuable insights for places I could visit. The location is accessible. I fould it more helpful to mention the name of the street when hailing a taxi (when I wasn't using the cab hailing app) than the name of the hotel because many of the drivers did not seem to know the name of the hotel.
