Reviewed Mar 3, 2026I find the one who managed this apartment very responsive. The location is good. The facilities are okay so far. The house is complete with everything you need. I like how the house is like a home.
The bathroom have a lot of things need to fix. The drain is not really draining. The room smells with cockroach poison. I had a migraine because of it. The bedsheet doesn’t look good maybe because its old, and the pillow are too hard to sleep.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Overall, the owner was very helpful, providing an extra mattress and allowing us to check in early.
There was noticeable dust on the living room fan blades that seemed to have not been cleaned. The building main downpipe appears to be causing an odor issue in the toilet. The supply of toilet paper provided was insufficient for a tenant stay of 9 days.
