Le informazioni mi sono state prontamente fornite dal proprietario, con tanto di foto e video per rendere il procedimento il più chiaro possibile.

Reviewed May 25, 2026* Convenient Transport: It is about a 10 to 15-minute taxi ride from the bus station to the hotel, costing around 7,500 KRW. * Excellent Location: The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and sits within walking distance of the main shopping district. There is a convenience store just 1 minute away where you can buy and top up your metro card. * Great Transit Access: The metro station is just a 3-minute walk away. * Local Attraction: It is located only 200 metres from the famous Hanok Starbucks. * Spotless Cleanliness: The entire property is very clean. * Reliable Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection is excellent. You can easily connect by scanning a QR code or entering a passcode. * Cosy but Functional Room: While the room is small, it is a good size and includes a small dining table. * Thoughtful Amenities: The hotel provides highly practical items such as hair ties, hair clips, facial pads, cotton buds, and various other toiletries. * In-Room Kitchen: A cooking stove with utensils is thoughtfully provided, along with a microwave. * Laundry Facilities: The room features a washing machine and a clever, pull-out drying rack. A coin-operated dryer is also available on Level 3 for 500 KRW per 3 minutes (our clothes dried completely in 18 minutes).
* Towels: The towels are not very absorbent but plenty of them provided. * Bed: Personally, it is too hard for me and 1 pillow per guest only. * Inconvenient Check-In: Guests must download the LINE app to check in. It would be much better if this requirement were clearly stated before booking. Having said that, the “key in PIN code to enter is very convenient as compared to a card tap in. * Self-Trash Disposal: Guests are required to clear and take out their own trash.

Reviewed May 7, 2026the property is in a strategic location, that makes it easy to walk around the city. moreover, it’s just one metro stop away from daegu station. the flat was equipped with multiple facilities. it was a short but pleasant stay. plus there are many places around that serve galbi (which you should try cause it’s amazing)!

Reviewed May 5, 2026Erstaunlich gute Unterkunft mit eigener Küche und Waschmaschine, blitzsauber und ruhig. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, Netflixx gibt es auch! Lage ist prima, ganz nah an einer Gegend mit vielen Restaurants und viel Leben.
Check in erst ab 16 Uhr.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026如果以家庭住宿來說，空間真的太小了，雖然地理位置不錯，但是為了把床拉出來給小朋友睡。行李箱無法打開，民宿的桌子椅子也無法使用。以性價比來說，只推薦2人住宿。3人以上除非沒行李。

Reviewed Nov 15, 2025立地。地下鉄駅やバス停に近くどこに行くにもアクセスが良い。繁華街にも近い。部屋は広くて清潔。パスコードでの入室なのでルームキー要らずで安心。チェックイン時にタッチパネルが反応せずLINEで連絡したらすぐに返信が来て無事チェックインできました。パスコードのタッチパネルは手のひらで覆うように触ると起動します。平日に3連泊利用し暮らすように快適に過ごせました。同じ建物に民泊運営会社が3社以上入っているようです。
宿泊費からしたら大きな問題にはなりませんが ・ウォッシュレットが使えなかった ・洗濯洗剤が置かれていない ・キッチンスポンジに食べカスが残っていて自分で買ったものを使った ・連絡が一方通行。 予約サイトからのメッセージ機能ではなくLINEかワッツアップなどで連絡するよう案内があったので申請したが無反応で、その後も予約サイトから連絡が来た。再度予約サイトからLINE登録した旨を伝えるも既読スルー。チェックイン当日にLINEにパスワードや注意事項など送られてきた。結果、問題なくチェックインできたが不安だった。申請した時に一言でも返信があれば安心感に繋がった。

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025A szálláshoz közel nagyon sok étterem van és a közelben találhatóak bevásárlóközpontok, sétálóutca, reggeliző helyek. A szoba pici volt és tiszta, kiválóan megfelelt nekünk. A látnivalókhoz mi taxival mentünk, de a metró is közel volt. Nekünk nagyon tetszett a város is, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.
Egy-egy nagy méretű törölközőt hiányoltam csak a szobából. Sok törölközőt kaptunk, de mindegyik kis méretű volt.

入住到退房都不會和真人接觸，都是使用通訊軟體溝通，雖然過程中沒有遇到問題，但難免有點怕怕的。
