Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Die Lage und die Herzlichkeit des Personals haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas sehr besonderem gemacht. Die Surfstunden, welche man direkt beim Host buchen konnten, sind sehr empfehlenswert und kann man direkt von der Unterkunft aus starten. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre. Außerdem gibt es eine schöne Dachterrasse, wo ein wunderbarer Ausblick über die Dächer und auf das Meer auf einen wartet.
Bad ohne Fenster. Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Badezimmer sind recht klein und Dusche und WC sind nebeneinander ohne Abtrennung.

Ha sido una súper buena experiencia y además nos gestionaron valse de surf directamente con ellos a un precio súper bueno y aprendimos muchísimo. Muchas garcías por tan buena atención! Volveremos pronto !

Une « salle de bain » minuscule (plutot un toilette douche ) pour un logement de 7-10 personnes , et les gens qui parlent fort et rigolent sur la terrasse jusqu à 3h du matin sans se soucier des autres…Alors que la terrasse est censée fermer à 22h.

El desayuno muy muy bueno, súper abundante, y el personal súper amable y muy disponible para comunicarnos con ellos. Nos tomamos un te juntos en la terraza nada más llegar y tuvimos una muy buena charla. Repetiríamos seguro!!

Cela a rendu le séjour très compliqué et inconfortable, en particulier pour dormir. Malgré le potentiel du logement, ce problème a fortement impacté notre expérience. J’ai fait une réclamation sur booking et 2 semaines après je n’ai eu aucuns retours …

La doccia era calda e il personale che vi lavorava molto gentile. Una nota di merito a Lahcen, un ragazzo socievole e simpatico che abbiamo avuto modo di incontrare.

Nos encantó que hubiera manguera exterior, ideal para aclararse después de la playa, y la terraza, que además de ser muy bonita, resulta perfecta para colgar los neoprenos y dejar que se sequen al aire. Los anfitriones han sido encantadores, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que hiciera falta. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería!! Gracias por todo

Reviewed Nov 12, 2025Fantastic host, always helpful and gentle. The small room on the terrace was clean, comfortable and with a beautiful view on the sea. Central location, the beach is easy to reach and the bus stop for the turistici busses (souk & surf) is only 5 min walk. Free tea and cookies.
During the day very noisy because of works in the building just in front of the hotel. The room was in the 4th floor/terrace and I didn't know this, but the host was very nice and carried my luggage up there and at the end again downstairs. The terrace on the top is nice but needs some cleaning and it's not comfortable. The chairs on the table in front of my room where broken, so I could not sit there.

J'ai adoré la jolie terrasse, la vue imprenable sur l'océan, ma chambre confortable et jolie avec tout le nécessaire L'accueil à la marocaine avec le thé à la menthe et les discussions avec Lahcen à mon arrivée resteront mes meilleurs souvenirs !

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Bon rapport qualité/prix. Très belle vue directement depuis la chambre et le rooftop. Le personnel a veillé sur notre sécurité.. La location est centrale, proche de la plage et des commodités.
L'établissement offre un petit déjeuner mais personne ne nous a prévenu qu'il faut le réserver la veille alors que nous n'avions qu'une seule nuit.

Una vez te sientas sobre las alfombras te transportas a lo que debían sentir los sultanes marroquíes al sentarse en sus estancias ricamente ornamentadas. Desayunar o tomar el té en este lugar es de verdadera fantasía. La atención del personal es maravillosa. De igual forma, las habitaciones están limpias y las camas son muy cómodas por lo que de volver a Imsouane este sería el sitio al que volvería.
