River View Apart Doolin

The apartment is fantastic, perfectly located beside McGann's pub but we were never disturbed. Newly renovated apartment with lots of little touches to make the stay more comfortable (kids toys, laundry detergent, condiments etc). We were really impressed.

We didn't have any communication from the host so check in was a little unclear. Turns out keys were left in the door, but it wasn't clear where the entrance was. There was a wasps nest in the eaves of the building but it didn't disturb us.

The hosts thought of everything. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedding was very nice, it was very clean, and they even had tissues.

There are stairs up to the property, which wasn’t a problem for us, but could be an issue for people with mobility concerns. Also, it would be helpful to have a book with instructions for the heat, lights, etc. and recommendations for activities and restaurants in the local area.

Beautifully renovated on top of a really good restaurant. Host was friendly and inviting. The courtyard combined the good restaurant with a bar next store with really good music. Another bar in the courtyard had open air seating if you liked that. Dinner was awesome. Great unique food and Vladimir was a hilarious host that made us laugh very hard!

Nicely decorated and spacious for a family of 4. Conveniently located to many attractions like the Cliffs of Moher and Gap of Dunloe. Restaurant downstairs was excellent for dinner. Right next to a pub that plays live music so that was fun too. House was immaculately cleaned and well stocked with everything in the kitchen you will need including coffee and tea. Nice television and furnishings as well. Owners were very accommodating and friendly and also run the restaurant downstairs which I highly recommend as the food is delicious as well as reasonably priced. My teenage daughters loved that they each had a room and we had more than one bathroom in the unit.

Parking spot was complicated- suggest they mark off a space for the renter as people from the restaurant would block you in or take the open spaces and there is nowhere else to park. While the pub next door was alot of fun it is very loud with music and pub goers so if you are looking for a quiet evening this is not going to be your favorite spot to stay. If you want to walk 20 feet next door and join in or just sit and listen to the music from the living room you will love this place. There was a huge wasps nest outside the window and the owner said he had hired a company to remove it but they didn’t show. Not ideal when it’s 30-40C outside and route can’t open windows for fear of the wasps swarming outside the windows and terrace door. Standing fans would have helped in the summer because it was hot.

What a gem! I am so happy we found this rental. The location couldn’t be better. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed. Best of all, the host was beyond helpful and kind.

Poor communication on apartment location, where to park and how to collect keys. The refrigerator didn't work, but the restaurant staff allowed us to store a few things in their refrigerator and provided ice. Wasp nest still there.

The apartment is fabulous and ideally located for events in Doolin, it’s a 5 min walk from the hotel. There are 4 bedrooms; a large double room with ensuite, a regular double room, a small double and a single. It comfortably accommodates 6 adults but could fit a 7th if 2 shared the small double. There’s also a swell equipped kitchen and spacious living room. The apartment is beautifully decorated to a high standard and was spotlessly clean on arrival. The owner was also extremely accommodating in arranging an early check in for our group when attending a wedding at the nearby hotel. Our group really enjoyed our stay and we couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The place was clean and the pictures represented it well. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect!

Too many candles and scented things. We had to put them out in the hallway as it was overwhelming. Also, I think there is a bees nest in the gutters as they swarmed at the front windows. One of us is allergic to bees so no opening the windows!

The apartment was fabulous. Beautifully appointed. Felt like a hidden oasis and much needed while traveling. All furnishings were top notch. Restaurant below had the best food of our trip so far.

Spacious 4 bedroom and good kitchen. Plenty of necessary items were there in the apartment. Next to 2 good pubs, above a restaurant, and only 15 minute walk to the other side of town.

The hosts were brilliant, was like a home from home,very relaxing and the place was beyond spotless, we stayed in the second night so ordered food from the restaurant downstairs for take out and they brought it up to us and it was delicious, we will be booking again for next year!!

The property is very conveniently located, a short walk to Fisher Street shops. Very comfortable accommodation. The owners are very kind and easy to work with. They apartment is very well stocked with all of the essentials and lots of extras that we really appreciated. Great for our family of four - two adults and two older teens. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful for mid-trip laundry. The Riverside Bistro downstairs from the apartment is very cozy and the food is delicious. McGann’s pub next door is a great place for live traditional music. Located 1.4 miles from Doolin pier and a short walk to the Cliffs of Moher walking trail. Doolin cave and other sites also nearby.

The property was fantastic! Parking is a small lot in the rear so we had to ask somebody where to find it. It’s up on top of a restaurant, but you can’t hear anything. It was very modern and decorated like a home, so we immediately felt very comfortable. There were books for us to read and it was a conveniently located near the port. Somebody obviously took a lot of trouble to keep up this apartment and it shows. It was our favorite during our whole 12 night stay in Ireland.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated apartment. It was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The tea and coffee facilities were well stocked, and we appreciated the generous supply of extra blankets, towels, and toiletries. The apartment is situated above the Riverside Bistro, a fantastic restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious meal during our stay. The food and service were both excellent, and the place was child-friendly, which made our experience even more enjoyable. It’s also conveniently located next to a lively bar, adding to the vibrant atmosphere without being disruptive. Overall, the apartment offered great value for money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place to stay.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. The beds, couch, and recliners were all extremely comfortable. It was well-equipped with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The location was perfect—right next to McGann's, across from McDermott's, and just a short walk to Hotel Doolin. Doolin is stunning, and I would highly recommend this rental!

This property is bright and sunny and makes you feel so cheerful when you are there. With 4 bedrooms we had plenty of room. Everything was new and updated. Beds were very comfortable and there was even a washer AND dryer. The location is excellent right in a cute walkable small village with restaurants and pubs. This was the Ireland where I had dreamed of going to. We were unable to walk to the cliffs of Moher from there since south trail was closed but it is a short drive away and we could still see the cliffs from the area of the visitors center. Thank you very much for making our stay so comfortable and the wonderful coffee was a plus.

The apartment was very clean and fresh. Weather was very tough so the location of the pub right next door was convenient.

Arrival instructions were not clear and getting hot water in shower was a mystery but we found that in several of our stays so likely operator error.

The property is even cosier than the photos, especially for an autumn/ winter stay. It was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. There were 4 of us so we each had our own bedroom. The kitchen is really well equipped. The place felt like new as if nothing had been used (including towels and bedclothes). Because the restaurant was closed for the season we had a beautiful breakfast served to the apartment each morning. What a treat!

Breakfast was fantastic! Even though the restaurant was supposed to be closed for the day, they accommodated us for breakfast that day, so we coordinated a time, which was great!

The neighbours (the pub) did not know where the apartment was, when we asked we got sent in a different direction. All was quickly solved when we called the host.

The property was exceptionally clean and convenient to central Doolin. The hosts were very accommodating and very quick to respond. The host provided toys and books which our little girl thoroughly enjoyed. Walkable to local pubs and shops. Delicious breakfast was provided - best we had in Ireland! A delightful and thoroughly enjoyable stay!

This apartment is just beautiful. It’s quiet and private. We were two couples in a break away. Located beside Mcgans pub and McDermott’s on the other side over the bridge. A small stroll into the village of Doolin. The apartment had everything you could think of and more, it is beautifully decorated. We loved our stay. Diana is a gem. Breakfast was included which was stunning, lots to choose from. Fab, Fab apartment😍

The hosts were delightful and super accommodating. It was so nice having a bunch of rooms for our whole little family. Everything was nicely updated, clean and neat, and hopping downstairs to the restaurant was both tasty and convenient. The breakfast was especially amazing!

Attention to detail in decorating the apartment was exceptional. Diana and her husband are great hosts who took very good care of us. The apartment was at a perfect location. And the breakfast was a cherry on the cake. Will definitely come again.
