El hotel está perfectamente situado. Personal atento, fueron muy amables. Habitaciones y baño amplio. La piscina es un plus. Además tiene parking gratis.

Geweldig hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel! Wij hadden eveneens een voortreffelijk verblijf en de kinderen hebben erg genoten van het zwembad en georganiseerde activiteiten! We komen er graag weer terug!

Super schönes neues Hotel, mit einem sehr schönen Pool. Unser Delux 4 Bett Zimmer, war sehr schön, allerdings nur mit einem kleinen Fenster, das ist aber wegen der Hitze normal. Das Zimmer war sauber und wir haben bei der Ankunft kostenlos Wasser bekommen. Das,Frühstück war gut, das,Abendessen für 20 Euro pro Person war echt super! Es bestand aus mehreren Gängen und war auch geschmacklich bis jetzt das beste auf unserer Reise. Wir haben vom Hotel aus einen Kamelritt in den Sonnenuntergang gebucht, welcher direkt am Hotel startet und endet, das war toll. Ebenfalls die 1h Quadtour am Morgen. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Zufahrt zum Hotel geht über eine unbefestigte Buckelpiste und ist etwas schwer zu finden. Ein paar Schilder wären da super

Ons verblijf bij Hotel Sunset Palace in Merzouga was heel aangenaam. Het hotel heeft een luxueuze uitstraling, met een mooi zwembad, verzorgde kamers en een prachtig dakterras. Via het hotel konden we ook verschillende activiteiten in en rond Merzouga boeken, wat heel handig was. Daarnaast hebben we er ook ontzettend lekker gegeten! Kortom, een heel fijn verblijf.

Wat misschien wat tegenviel, was de communicatie met het personeel. Het was ons bijvoorbeeld niet helemaal duidelijk dat je voor de verschillende eetmomenten telkens moest vragen of je mee kon eten. Eén keer waren we dit vergeten, waardoor we helaas niet mee aan tafel konden schuiven.

Luce e aria condizionata funzionavano a fatica in camera. L’acqua delle docce è bollente. I ragazzi dello staff sono gentili e fanno di tutto per rendere il tuo soggiorno piacevole …ma sono in pochi, noi per un malinteso abbiamo aspettato quasi mezz’ora alla reception senza trovare qualcuno del personale. Con 45 gradi non è il massimo e in un 5 stelle non dovrebbe succedere

Súper recomiendo también el campamento de lujo...la cena muy rica y con música en vivo, bailamos y lo pasamos realmente fenomenal!!! La posizione è incredibile. Puoi fare il bagno in piscina e guardare le dune del deserto. Le camere sono ampie e climatizzate. Lo staff gentile e attento. Nel complesso è uno degli alberghi più belli che io abbia mai visto.

Le stanze non sono proprio perfette. Nella nostra c'era un rubinetto difettoso. Il fatto di non poter pagare con la carta può essere una piccola seccatura

O hotel é lindíssimo. A piscina é muito boa, os quartos são espaçosos, confortáveis e muito bonitos. A localização é ótima. E através do hotel é possível fazer atividades no deserto.

Le personnel se distingue par son professionnalisme et son amabilité. L'emplacement est idéal, offrant un accès direct aux dunes. Les aménagements extérieurs et les espaces communs sont d'une esthétique remarquable et d'une propreté irréprochable. La restauration est excellente, variée et copieuse (cinq plats par repas), le petit-déjeuner étant également impeccable. Les chambres sont très confortables, propres et bien équipées.

L'accès est quelque peu inattendu. La fermeté du matelas est à noter.

Die Lage und der Blick sind großartig, Mohamed war in jeder Hinsicht sehr hilfsbereit, kein bisschen aufdringlich und hat sich alle Mühe gegeben, alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen (Zimmerwahl, Abendessen, welche Tour und wann etc.) und hat uns perfekt dazu beraten. Das Hotel st sehr gepglegt und in gutem Zustand, die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und riesig und die Zeit am Pool mit dem herrlichen Ausblick auf die Dünen ist ein für uns unvergessliches Urlaubserlebnis, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Хороший отель, прямо перед дюной (на фото вид с террасы), номер большой, бассейн очень освежает в жару - то, что надо. Нам повысили категорию номера без доплат, т.к. были свободные номера. На месте организовали поездку на верблюдах в дюны.

Еда не очень разнообразная, но в целом всё есть. В номере сантехника была не очень чистая и не было мыла, но за это администратор даже подарил нам 2 бутылки мыла 😄, чтобы мы взяли с собой. Произошло недопонимание на ужине, но все вопросы решили.

Это очень красивый стильный отель, настоящий замок, дизайн выше всяких похвал! Ужин это целая церемония, вам приносят поочередно блюда, начиная с супа и заканчивая десертом. Бассейн не глубокий, но прохладный и чистый, рядом лежаки и столики, на которых заботливо лежат большие шляпы , чтоб вы при купании не сгорели и полотенца. Трансфер от отела тоже нас поразил заботой, наш рейс задержали, но нас терпеливо ждали, при встрече каждому выдали 1,5 литровую бутылку холодной воды, это было очень кстати, при такой жаре. Мы ехали с остановками для красивых фото, нам была предоставлена эта возможность. В отеле работает Мухамед - настоящий профи, мы закидали его вопросами и всякими просьбами, так как нам перенесли сильно время заселения в забронированный кемпинг в песках. Все эти проблемы были решены. Спасибо огромное!!! В отеле мы познакомились с женой владельца отеля, прошу прощения, имени я не помню, очень красивая и приятная женщина. Благодаря ей у нас есть изумительные фотографии. Я обязательно буду рекомендовать этот замок, но есть трудности о которых надо знать, о них ниже.

Есть проблемы с электричеством и поэтому иногда у Вас может не работать кондиционер и свет работает только вечером.

Нам дали номера лучше, чем мы бронировали-семейные, поэтому напишу о них. Очень красивые и большие на втором этаже, рядом с номерами столики, нас угостили чаем со сладостями, это было очень приятно, кровати очень очень удобные, Отель похож на замок в песках. Закат и рассвет так великолепны, что дух захватывает. Рядом с бассейном лежат полотенца и шляпы, чтоб Вы не сгорели при плавании. Везде чувствуется забота о Вас. В отель вложили душу и это чувствуется. Прекрасные хозяева и персонал.

Есть проблемы с электричеством, поэтому Вы можете остаться на какое-то время без кондиционера в жару, просто надо быть к этому готовым. В одном номере было бы не плохо починить душ.

L'hôtel est magnifique, très belle vue sur les dunes, nous avons eu une chambre suite énorme pour 4 personnes avec la vue sur les dunes de nos fenêtres .

Le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Personne ne vient te demandé si tu as soif ou faim au bord de la piscine. L'électricité n'est pas courante elle se coupe constamment donc nous qui avions une glacière avec des médicaments c'était très contraignant... nous sommes malheureusement tomber sur une famille de hollandais marocains qui craché et salissé la piscine... ça donné pas envie de faire des Longueur. Il faudrait quand même gérer se genre de comportement pour se sentir dans un 5 étoiles...

La struttura è a ridosso delle dune. Tenuta bene e pulita. Ottime le escursioni: sia la notte nel deserto che la visita all’oasi ed ai nomadi berberi (che consiglio molto per conoscere davvero bene il posto). Mohamed davvero gentile e disponibile.

Preparatevi ad un caldo importante, soprattutto d’estate. Anche l’aria condizionata fa fatica.

I went with a friend to Sahara for the second time and Fátima the owner was amazing to us and also all the staff. They treated us very well. The hotel is super beautiful and clean. I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay here at sunset palace. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, and the location right next to the dunes is amazing. It was also very quiet and peaceful. Our room was really spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also did a Jeep trip into the desert with Saiid, which was a great experience and definitely something we would recommend. The pool was also really nice and relaxing, especially after spending time in the desert. Overall, a really incredible place to stay in Merzouga.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr nette Gastgeber Der Ausblick vom Hotel ist sehr schön! Vorteil ist auch, dass man von hier aus direkt mit Aktivitäten wie zum Beispiel Quad in die Wüste fahren kann. Diese Aktivitäten werden auch direkt vom Hotel zu einem guten Preis angeboten.

The location was excellent, if a little tricky to find at first. The views over the desert dunes was beautiful. Breakfast was good, typical local fayre. We ate twice at the restaurant in the evening and the food (a set 4 courses) was excellent value, well worth trying out. Overall a very pleasant stay and thank you to the staff for all their help!

Occasionally the power drops out, I think this is because the hotel has it's own generator.

Really enjoyed staying at Sunset palace. Everyone is nice and welcoming. the swimming pool is really a must in summer!As Vegans and gluten free , always difficult to find decent food, but they did their best offering good alternatives. highly recommend the "quadbike" experience at sunset and camel ride at sunrise.

More as just an FYI for visitors, because of location food is set by the hotel at a time by the hotel. So if that is going to be an issue, plan ahead with snacks. But the food itself was delicious!
