H-avenue Hotel Munhyeon

Dit hotel is een goede plaats om Busan te verkennen, je ligt dichtbij zowel bus als metro dus kan overal vlot naartoe. Het was een ruime kamer, met airco. Ook was er de mogelijkheid om de wasmachine te gebruiken. We hadden een taxi nodig naar de luchthaven vroeg in de ochtend, het personeel regelde dit voor ons wat ook zeer positief is.

Over het algemeen vond ik de hygiëne niet top, veel stof in de kamer en nog haren van de vorige personen. Er mag wel beter en grondiger gekuist worden. Het ontbijt was oke, maar toen we wilden ontbijten was er al zeer veel weg, waardoor we weinig keuze hadden. De tweede ochtend was dit beter.

Wyposażenie już trochę nadużyte, część lampek nie działało i wypadające kontakty. Na krótki pobyt i za taka cene można się przemęczyć. Pokoj nie wygląda już tak jak na zdjeciach.

日本でいう新しい綺麗なラブホテルみたいな感じでしたが部屋も広く比較的綺麗で、スタッフさんもフレンドリーで良かったです。部屋の窓も開けれるので空気の入れ替えができて快適でした！備え付けのシャンプーとコンディショナーはとてもよかったです！すぐ近くにお散歩エリアがあったり、24時間空いている飲食店があったり便利でした。

日本人向けではないので変換器は必須！USB充電もありません。トイレは紙を流せないタイプです。シャワー浴びると水が洗面台のところへ侵入したり、洗面台の流れが悪かったりとありましたが想定内。

Well situated right by Munhyeon station which is between the downtown area and the Haeundae side. Easy to check-in and great size of room with good bathroom. Multiple OTT services available free on T.

Breakfast options not amazing but alternatives available elsewhere. Some days bowls seemed to run out and general staffing levels seemed los but generally a good hotel.

Jeg kunne ikke lide der var pletter på væggen ved siden af sengen. Tv’et var meget fedtet, så ikke rengørt korrekt. Billederne vi så af værelset levet ikke op til hvordan der så ud. Indgangen var heller ikke lige til at finde. Der lå også kondomer på tv bordet. Vi tjekket ind og ud inden for 15-20 minutter og fandt et andet hotel som vi gav topkarakter!

不太乾淨，浴室拖鞋有髒污，到第三天才發現被子有髒污…

위치가 좋았습니다. 근처가 거의 모텔이기는 하나, 도로변에서 깊게 들어가지 않아도 되어서 괜찮습니다. 건물 밖에서 한쪽에는 물가를 따라 있는 산책로, 반대쪽에는 지하철역이 가까이 위치해 있어 편리합니다. 넷플릭스 등 다양한 OTT 감상이 가능합니다. 5층 라운지에서 언제든지 간식을 먹을 수 있고, 전자레인지가 구비되어 있습니다.

바닥 얼룩·부스러기 등 청소가 잘 되지 않았다고 느껴지는 부분이 있었고, 스타일러의 물통이 비워져 있지 않았습니다. 제가 묶었던 스파룸 기준으로는 소파 외에 의자가 없어 업무를 하려면 5층 라운지를 이용해야 했습니다. 또한, 소파 앞의 테이블이 소파 정도로 낮아서 음식을 먹기에 어려웠습니다. 수납공간이 없고, 옷걸이도 정말 최소한으로만 준비되어 있습니다. 직원과 대화할 일이 없어서 직원이 친절한 것인지는 모르겠습니다. (체크인·체크아웃 모두 기기를 활용했습니다)

It was ok for a few days. Hotel has a carpark and location is aceptable.

We have arrived at the hotel after a very long flight and we have requested somewhere to get changed which was declined by the receptionist so we ended up changing our clothes in the lobby. There is no bathroom for early arrivals so we had to go to a restaurant. When we asked for our room they have the stupid policy of check in at 4pm!! However they said our room was not ready at 2pm but magically would become ready after paying a fee. No lockable storage room for the suitcases or rucksacks.

At der kan rent og ryddeligt hele tiden. Adgang til koldt vand og kaffe ad libitum (via køkkenet.) Relativt tæt på en metro. Vores terrasse var rigtig fin

Når værelset havde stået stille en hel dag, lugtede der fugtigt indtil man havde fyret op i luft fiskeren og Aircondition. Morgen mad var meget barberet og der kom sjældent efterfyldning og kontrol F.eks. kom vi kl 0820, (midt i åbningstidspunkt) og alle æg var blevet spist, dette forekom ofte. Forstår ikke hvorfor man ikke lige kontrollerer løbende med mangler i udvalget.

Première chambre refusée elle empester le tabac froid nous sommes arrivés à 17h30 le ménage n’était pas terminé, changement d’une chambre plusieurs serviettes tachée dons une troué, ménage non effectué chaque jour si on ne le demande pas, petit déjeuner 7h à 9h, nous sommes arrivés à 8h15 le premier jour il ne restait que la moitié des aliments sur le buffet, manque de propreté la aussi des piles d’assiette des salissures sur les plans de travail, nul quelqu’un devrait faire un réassort et un nettoyage pendant le petit déjeuner

В отеле ничего не понравилось, были вынуждены экстренно искать новое жильё.

Худший отель, в котором довелось провести время в Корее. В номерах сильный запах сырости, обои отходят от стен, кондиционер капает на пол. Номера очень грязные (в нашем номере было много волос и комков грязи на полу, а на простынях сильные разводы), в ванной - плесень, накипь на сантехнике и следы ржавчины. Полотенца имели неприятный запах сырости (запрелости). Персонал предложил сменить номер - но там точно такая же картина. Оставаться в таком отеле не было никакого желания, поэтому пришлось сменить отель, при этом деньги за проживание в итоге никто не вернул. Советую подумать несколько раз насчёт выбора данного отеля.

お値段が安いのにとても綺麗で大満足です。 朝食付きで、門峴駅からもすぐの徒歩1分ほどで本当にお得に滞在できました。 サウナルームでしたが、疲れ切って入れなかったので次にまたリベンジしたいです。 朝食も和洋が選べて、セルフで楽しみながらいただきました。 staffの方も素敵な笑顔で見送っていただき気持ちよかったです。

悪いところは見当たらなかったです。

Room was spacious and clean, comfy beds, huge TV with Netflix, very near to the metro station and even breakfast was included.

Friendly staff, spacious room with modern facilities, location with convenient traffic connection, free use of laundry. These are big advantages. Breakfast assortment isn't much but provides all necessary. For a stay of 3 nights very happy to have chosen H Avenue.

Could consider hanging thicker drapes in room to block early sunshine at dawn.

新しくきれいで清潔でした。 朝食もついていて、コーヒーは終日飲むことができます。 アメニティも充実しており、部屋も風呂場も広かったです。 チェックアウトが12時で朝から市場で買い物する時間もあり、ゆっくりできました。

周辺に飲食店やスーパーがありません。 コンビニだけありました。 初めて行くのには場所が少しわかりにくいです。

O pequeno almoço poderia ser mais variado. O quarto tinha duas janelas mas uma delas não fechava, não isolando tanto o som.

Camera e bagno enormi, televisione top, letto e cuscini davvero molto comodi. Non avevamo prenotato con la colazione inclusa, ma quando abbiamo fatto il check in ci è stato comunicato che era a disposizione e gratuita

Camera un po' sporca, in particolare la sauna. Posizione non comodissima rispetto ai vari punti di interesse della città, ma comoda per raggiungere la stazione.

Świetne miejsce z doskonałym stosunkiem jakości do ceny. Położone w spokojnej okolicy, w odległości kilku minut spacerem od stacji metra czy przystanków autobusowych. W pobliżu jest dużo restauracji i sklepów, a dojazd do wszystkich turystycznych miejsc jest bardzo sprawny. Pokój był przestronny, z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami i ogromną łazienką wyposażoną we wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, a nawet jeszcze więcej. Bardzo wygodnie spędziliśmy tam 5 dni i aż żałuję, że nie mogliśmy zostać dłużej.

Jedynym małym minusem są śniadania - ogólnie są bardzo smaczne i każdy znajdzie w nich coś dla siebie. Pod warunkiem, że hotel nie jest w pełni obłożony. Wyraźnie było widać, że kiedy jest więcej gości, personel nie nadąża z uzupełnianiem jedzenia i po pewnym czasie nie ma już praktycznie nic do zjedzenia. Kiedy gości było mniej (np. po weekendzie), wszystkie opcje śniadaniowe były dostępne przez cały czas.

While close to a metro station, the location is a bit remote from central and touristy areas. But the price compensates for that.

It was a comfortable place to stay in a nice neighborhood. Metro and bus stops are close by. Multiple restaurants and convenience stores are within a 5-10 min walk.

The room had some dust on lights and other nooks and crannies (the bed, bathroom, and otherwise important areas of the room were clean). The earliest possible check-in (without extra fees) is at 5pm which is a little inconvenient, but they allow you to store your luggage in the lobby for free until then.

The rooms were really big and the beds too. There was a lot of freebies like skin masks and cleaning products. There’s always free coffee and eggs at the entrance. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good. And location is very central and minute away from a metro station and bus stops

The location is good and the rooms are big and full of amenities. Breakfast is nice and varied. The staff is friendly and super helpful and there are a lot of snacks, face beauty masks eggs and coffee you can take for free.

It was okay for one night. The mattress was comfortable, and it was relatively quiet. Breakfast was available from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. during the week, and was self-service (you have to cook the eggs yourself). However, after 8:30, no one came to refill the food, so guests who came later didn’t get any fresh fruit for eggs.

For some reason, it was difficult to get an Uber or taxi from the train station to the hotel. Ordering food to the hotel also didn’t work, unfortunately, not even with the help of the staff. There are not many restaurants or shops nearby to grab food (if you arrive late as we did), and if you have dietary restrictions, it can be especially challenging. We had already paid online but were asked to pay again at check-in; this was later corrected and cancelled. We also had to proactively ask about breakfast times and other details, as no information wasn’t provided upon arrival.
