Sentral og moderne leilighet med stor uteplass

We loved the apartment's location. It’s situated in a calm, quiet neighborhood yet is only a 10-minute walk from the center of Sandnes, giving us the perfect mix of peace and convenience. The apartment itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for a family stay, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

One unusual aspect was the self-service bed linen; we were required to make our own beds on arrival and strip them before departure. While we assume this is a cost-saving measure, it was an unexpected chore.

Das war eine Ferienwohnung die uns sehr gefallen hat. Mit dem Auto schnell zum Preikestone und am anderen Tag mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand. :) Die Ladenstraße in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles super geklappt.

Schöne und moderne Wohnung. Großes und helles Wohnzimmer mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche und schönem Essplatz. Großes Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Insgesamt sehr schöne Einrichtung. Es war auch nett, draußen auf der Terrasse zu sitzen.

Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, die Doppelbetten recht schmal. Für uns Eltern war es okay, für zwei größere Kinder (16 und 14) zusammen unbequem.

The apartment is very nice, very close to the center of Sandnes (10 minute walk) and well equipped. Richard and Rebecca are very kind and responsive, a very good stay unfortunately too short

Superbe appartement au calme dans quartier de Sandnes. Très bien équipé, grande salle de bain , très propre. Tout prêt de Stavanger. Je recommande fortement.

The kitchen was very well stocked. Sharp knives, cookware, bakeware, spices, even Tupperware for storage of food!! And measuring cups!! I like to stay were I can cook to cut down on ordering out and wasting money and they had everything I needed. My only addition would be an ice tray, which I didn't find. The bathroom was also well stocked to included various soap, shampoo, and laundry soap. A rarity in most accommodations I have used. I cut down on weight in my suitcase by purchasing these items after I arrived. It was nice not to have to worry about it upon arrival. The shower had great water pressure and very hot water if needed. The bus stop was a 2 minute walk away which has two direct buses to Stavanger fairly frequently. This was helpful since I had tours booked leaving from Stavanger. The train station was within 1 km.

a couple of the windows I couldn't get opened but the temperature ended up being okay without the windows opened.

We had a lovely time staying at the apartment. The host is outstanding, really easy to communicate and answer all requests really quick. The home is beautifully designed and furnished and the kitchen was very well equipped and the bedroom was really comfortable. We felt like home being there. The location was really good and the neighborhood was really nice. Thoroughly recommended

Good location, in a quiet neighborhood, at a walking distance from the city center. Comfortable flat, spacious rooms.

None of the bedsheets could fit the size of the mattress and of the bed.
