Umisteni daleko od silnice, moznost prjsku behat na volno, domaci suroviny, ciste a utulne prostredi, mily majitele.

Nemuzu rict, ze nelibilo. Snidane byly vyborne, ale my jsme jedlici, takze bychom ocenili trochu vetsi vyber a mnozstvi. Ale jinak moc dobre :)

Klidná lokalita, hřiště a hračky pro děti, oplocene

Velmi vstřícný majitel, skvela poloha, výborné zázemí pro děti, klid, možnost využívat samoobslužný bar….😊

Świetny strumyk do którego można wejść po saunie, karmienie kóz, ładne miejsce.

Skrzypiąca podłoga z desek może trochę denerwować. W nocy szczególnie.

Výborná lokalita kousek autem k lyžařským vlekům. V zimně volné louky na venčení psů. Byli jsme již podruhé a určitě zase přijedeme.

Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns das Apartment sowie alle Annehmlichkeiten und den Außenbereich gezeigt. Selten so eine schon umgebaute alte Mühle gesehen.

Kedves személyzet. Mindennel felszerelt az apartman. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

Room was nice and spacious, with all facilities, location was great

Noone was available in reception and if we accidently run into someone, there was language barrier. Thankfully we did not experience any issues, just had some questions.

Super Apartments (viel Platz, bequeme Betten), schöner Garten direkt neben einem Bach, nette Gastgeber, tolle Ausstattung (Sauna, Bar, Grill etc)

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Ladestation für E-Bikes. Schöne Aussensitzplätze. Saubere, gepflegte Wohnung. Gekühlte Getränke. Waschmaschine und Trockner mit Waschmittel. Ort mit dem Rad schnell erreichbar.

Getränke für Hausgäste sehr teuer (4€ für ein Bier)

You can get the sauna ready by yourself. Making the fire and doing the preparations was an experience I really enjoyed.

Regulations for leaving the place on the last day seemed a bit too much, but in the end, it is doable. I would suggest an option to pay an extra 30 euro and have the right to skip some steps.

Amazing location. In the middle of meadows, on a mountain creek. Gym. Covered parking space. Plenty of barbecue places, sauna (although we didn't use it). We had a wonderful apartment (No.6) with a huge balcony. The equipment of the apartment was excellent. We enjoyed our vacation a lot thanks to the fact that we also bought breakfast here. Thanks.

The hosts were kind and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it felt like home. The accommodations were just as described online. There were games, farm animals, and a beautiful brook on the property with plenty of places to spread out and explore.

Amazing place for short or long holiday. Very friendly welcoming owner, beautiful, clean, perfectly furnished apartments. Lots of additional equipments to use , such as grill, sauna, bar, lots of outdoor tables and beautiful gardens. The surrounding is beautiful with easy access to any attraction around. Our dog was welcomed as well and he loved it.

Both appartments were very spacious, clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed the sauna and the small, but very nice grill house. The cleand and cold river gives opportunity to get a cooling after sauna. It would be perfect to have nearby the shower as well, but overall we were really satisfied

The apartment was nice and clean. It provides ful kitchen equipment. The only one disadvantage was that our apartment did not have living room/space so you have to spend time in the kitchen but we knew this before ordering There is also ski room and comfortable parking. You can have breakfast, pizza and beer prepared by the owner. It is few minutes drive to Gröbming and app. 13 minutes to Ski amade area.

First I really like how nice, friendly and helpful were the hosts. Nice, clean and cozy apartments, wt beautifull property and surrounding :)

Exceptional view from the terrace. The rooms were super clean and spacious, comfortable beds. Very nice, friendly and helpful host.

Nice location. Very friendly stuff. Our chlildern likes the animals. We love the grill and the quietness of that place. Hope to come back again. Highely recommended.

It would be nice to have mosquito net on the windows but apart from that everything was awesome. Would definitely stay there again.
