Location is EXCELLENT! Great dining options, shopping and some big landmarks nearby. The place was beautiful! The only thing letting it down was the amount of black mould in our rooms. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and all 3 bedrooms has a large amount of black mould which flared up my daughters allergies quite bad. Other guests we spoke to, said they had the same issue.

This property is run by ANGIA Hospitality. Honestly worst service ever experienced. We had to change rooms at 12pm midway for some reason on a 2 night reservation. Contacting the host is practically impossible. They never pick up calls and messaging them is a gamble on if they respond or not. Won’t ever book again

Giving it all one star. At checkin we were told room was available. Transfer is to another property, Madison Tower which is under construction and it was not clean. Requested a refund but property owner refuse to. Based on research, this happens quite often with this property. Don’t recommend.

Arrived late at night, but check-in was seamless. The Wi-Fi was also super fast, which was a huge plus for a remote worker like me

It wasn’t perfect. But the host was very helpful to collaborate with our group and we found some solutions together. Very satisfied, I would stay there again.

Please stay away from this place! I didn’t mind tnat the place was old and dated, but it was EXTReMELY FILTHY…definitely not a 3 star hotel-apartment. There was soap scum in the shower that looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for months, dried toothpaste splatter on the mirrors, dried shampoo/body wash on the shower walls, hair on the bathroom floor, hairs in the bed sheets, you name it…FILTHY! Also, the black couch had dirt, dried skin, food crumbs on it, etc. I told the front desk and the owner did try to fix the issue by having a cleaner come, but the cleaner didn’t bring any cleaning products or vacuum and used a rag & water to spot clean the spots I pointed out. I just gave up and tried not to touch anything in the bathrooms and bedrooms. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The towels were smelly, some light bulbs were out, some switches were broken, and the building is very old.

Broken shower head, took 3 days to repair locked washing machine after repeat reminder (owner lying the machine is repaired), crumbs on dinning table and ants crawling everywhere, mouldy curtain, no changing of bath towel, noise from some construction work at 3am.

Shower leaks water into rest of bathroom due to gap in shower door. I killed a few cockroaches. The host shows photos of a room that’s not available or possibly fake photos of units she doesn’t own and did not give me the room I paid for. I don’t recommend booking with whoever is listing this property.

I felt very secure in the apartment with 24/7 security and keycard access to the building. The comfort level was also impressive – soft pillows, cozy blankets, and a very quiet environment. Slept like a baby

I usually don’t write review but I must this time. I booked a two bedroom apartment. However I got an email the day of the check in that there was a plumbing issue. So I took the one bedroom. Next day they moved me to the two bedroom and came upstairs and said we gave you the wrong room so they moved me again to another two bedroom. While in the new two bedroom within an hour some came in my with a key stating that they just assign them this room. The are very unorganized. Avoid booking here if you can

i did not give a bad comment, but things did not resolved. First i booked two room at madison saigon. the management contact one day before check in saying that the apartment have drained problem. they swith us to the one saigon luxury city point which is much cheaper. i told them i want to canceled the room. they said they will cancel without fee. Then I booked two apartments which two bed rooms and two bathroom at the one saigon Luxury citypoint with same management under new reservation. when check in we just have one apartment which two bathroom. the room which have one bathroom which smaller than the one which have two bathrooms. the washing machine is really complicate, it take a long time to wash one load, and no dryer. the location is good. they give u just one key for elevator so it is not convenience . the management do not have viber contact. I have to use my sister phone which have zallo app to contact them. It been almost the month but i have not get my full refund. i got one partment refund but not the other. I contact the one saigon, they said they did recieced the two room been canceled confirm without charged. Hotels.com did not paid them. I contacted hotels.com they said they need to contact the one saigon , but they said they not able to contact. Hotels.com was not able to contact their partner!!??? My refund is not small. I can not let it go. I went to hotels.com web to look for actual number to contact but i not able to find one.

Convenient location

Totally different from what was portrayed in pictures. Dirty and old building frequented by dubious characters in my half an hour there. Room was dated and smelled bad. Gave up my 2-night stay as I could not foresee myself staying in such an environment. Don’t be lured by the cheap rates unless you are prepared to rough it out in undesirable conditions. Service recovery by hotel agent was commendable as he offered a change of hotel under same management. But I had lost confidence by then.

Don’t fool by the pictures the room so gross and dirty.

The air conditioner is working well, the spaces are big enough for 5-6 people to feel comfortable. Location is not so good, nothing around to shop for. You don’t feel really welcome to the place. Information on the website is not really accurate. I couldn’t contact the owner at the beginning based on the information on Expedia. Anyway, it’s ok to stay, but not really a best choice.

Fantastic location and easy to get to many places

We really enjoyed our stay here! No complaints at all and there was lots of amenities nearby as well.
