Host cancelled 48 hour before my arrival and didnt replied to booking.com messages/my direct whatsapp/mobile text messages. I called and told can only speak arabic and hung up on me. I used google translate and sent messages in arabic to facilitate but no reply. 24 hr before check in , I got a reply in arabic that room cancelled and given to someone else so look elsewhere. found much better room but mental stress as was traveling with kids. will not book with them again, even if its free.

There was literally nothing given, also the room was damp, the beds were wet and had hair on them, as it wasn’t cleaned, there were stains on the couches. And when to pay, the person came over and over again, they wanted the payment in cash. He took us to a bank machine to withdraw the cash, made us pay him there, and just left us in the middle of nowhere, absolutely poor
