Convenient

Very clean and friendly staff.

AC in the room was not working ,realized late in the night , they moved us to another room after trying for an hour to repair it . It was hassle to move another room late in night after a long day of hiking. Staff were helpful but it would have been good if they checked prior to assigning rooms.

Breakfast bar was average, a bit skimpy and not well resupplied.

Only one chair for sitting to read/watch TV. Inadequate towel racks for used wash clothes & used towels by the sink. We always try to use our individual towels more thatnone day. Asked for a ground floor room. N_A but they had an elevator. Ok. Got up to the room and the elevator had stopped working.. I am disabled and can not do stairs! So I was basically trapped on the 2nd floor my husband and d son had to practically carry me down t h e a next morning .

We just stayed one night. We wanted to fish nearby. Room was clean, breakfast was OK didn't really have someone taking care of it so run out of things and you just did without.

We paid cash and the lady at office was $5 short so she said she would get change and put it in our room. That didn't happen.

Had a very squeeky door and the shampoo/conditioner bottles were empty but you took care of that right away.

The so-called breakfast was nothing more than a few donuts and fruit on a table plus coffee. It was totally disappointing. Also the room was very dated.

It was very humid, the doors were unlocked the whole time exterior to the building and I felt unsafe. It was also very humid in the building and when we had breakfast the room was very hot

This place was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice for the money. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was crowded, but that isn't their fault. The stay was exceptional!

Room was very clean. The sleeper sofa was very noisy from being old, but ok for child to sleep. Breakfast was excellent and dining room was very clean

Elevator is very small for just us two and overnight luggage....not a big problem for us, but could be for someone, as the door closes rather quickly and is not as responsive to an arm bump as it should be.

We asked that they replace our towels, empty our trash, and make our bed one day and nothing had been done when we returned. The breakfast wasn’t that good.

The people here are so nice! This is not a fancy hotel, by any stretch. However, everyone who works here is super nice and accommodating. Highly recommended, but be aware it is a 2-star property

The hotel says it has breakfast, which is false 1 day out of our 4 had breakfast. And the other days there was just an employee or man in kitchen who cooked breakfast for himself at 8 am. It said the breakfast is from 7-9 am. It’s not so much the fact that the breakfast was late. But it says complimentary breakfast. That’s the whole reason we stayed here was because of the that, since we were riding snowmobiles. The whole building also had a foul odor like B.O.

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. No complaints at all.

Checked into this quaint hotel on our way through Michigan. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was comparable to what our previous hotels gave us for breakfast. If I was traveling through this town and needed to book stay - I would stay here again. :)

Location was near the local attractions. Honestly, that's about all I'd say is worthy of recommending. Staff was OK, not particularly service-oriented, but not bad. In-room small fridge was nice.

Room was very basic, kind of cramped, and only had one chair and no other place to sit comfortably. Thin carpet, very scratchy towels and just very little comfort. The breakfast was poor for a hot breakfast. Scrambled eggs tasteless and grainy, and no hard boiled available. No breakfast meat except sausage gravy. Very few options for fresh, tasty food. For late September, this was VERY overpriced. Nearly $200 for a place that wasn't much better than a motel 6.
