Might I suggest that you provide paper towels and hand towels, and wash clothes. 4 bath towels for a 3 night stay would be lovely. Just some small suggestions. Thank you!😀

Flexibility for earlier check in e.g. an hour or 2. Save the agony of having to sit in 7 eleven for 3 hours.

The only near bad part was the futon/couch was old and uncomfortable.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025I never met anyone who actually worked there. The room was left open, and the keys were inside. It was easy to communicate with the owner though. Despite not ever meeting, the owner was attentive to my needs.
1. The place was listed as Avida Atria Store y2, which was confusing. It is supposed to be Storey 2. 2. It was difficult to find the Wifi username and password. It was written on the TV cabinet (not at eye-level). 3. There was no knife of any kind. I needed a knife to peel a mango. I had to buy one from the store.

No washing machine and tumble dryer as advertised; no dish drying rack and kitchen towel; no lockable safe (but bedroom was lockable).

Reviewed May 25, 2025It was a great location, not over done inside, felt big enough because owner didn't feel need to fill all space with stuff Laundry round corner, coffee bean tea leaf cafe stumbling distance, 7/11 too, friendly concierge staff, enough in the kitchen for quick meals Nice to see some Netflix Great balcony in the storm, great view
As one other person mentioned, couch/sofa bed is a bit less comfortable but I just used extra pillows

Reviewed Sep 29, 2024It’s neat and very accessible to restaurants, malls, tourist destinations, hospitals and parks. Very convenient and even at night because of restaurants, laundry shop, cafes in the property. It’s amenities is complete. Pools, gym etc. and the good thing, it has fast wifi and smart tv. The host, Lelia is very accommodating and easy to reach out.
