Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Spacious and location is really at the centre of the city but without the noise that I had to endure the night before in our stay in the centre of kota bharu. This stay is 100 times better.
The guard is not helpful at all, when asked for location of the mailbox, she gave a vague answer and speak with condescending tone.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Appartement grand avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Situé entre 2 mall avec gardiens donc sécurisant.
Différent des photos car très défraîchi ( rouille dans la salle de bain, taches d’humidité, fourmies). Le ménage à notre arrivée n’était pas encore fait mais a été fait rapidement car avaient du retard. De ce fait ça a été bâclé (faux cils collés près du lit et dans la salle de bain, miroir de la chambre sale)… la piscine est prévue pour 2 grands bâtiments donc remplie toute la journée (de ce fait je ne l’ai pas testé).

Water heater at guest bathroom not working, all 4 of us had to que to shower in master bedroom toilet. Toilet can be better cleaned; scrub the walls! Car park very high at 4th floor.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2025The house was very clean and comfortable. It’s within walking distance to grocery stores and eateries, which was really convenient. The building management allows parking for up to three cars, which is great.
However, the stay only allows a maximum of six guests per booking, and the air conditioner in the living area is a bit small — so it takes some time to cool the space. Overall, still a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2025It's good that the place is located in a middle of the town, eeverything is easily accessible. No hassle at the guard house nor while taking the keys. All smooth. The deco and facilities of the unit are excellent! Comfortable beds, very clean, got iron, TV with netflix, wifi. Only 1 towel from our room is a bit stinky, I think that one deserved to be in the trash. Furthermore, all spaces are equipped with A/C and no fan at all. Might be hard for older folks and children since they are more prone to feel cold.
The downside: As much as we enjoyed our stay, the host is unfriendly. Replying to my messages coldly, i send my greetings, he didn't even reply. Quite disappointing. He could've been more welcoming, else I would've rated higher. I went to several AirBnB in KL/Selangor where the hosts were chinese...They are very warm and welcoming. Good business. Hope the host can improve.

Air con in bedroom blows right onto your head, one of the small rooms the aircon didn’t work. Would be great to have instructions on the table so you know how to work things like aircon and that you need to take clothes to the pool. Would have liked toilet paper and tissues in the room plus a hand towel and tea towel.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2024Easy self check in and good communication with host. Very neat and clean unit with netflix and youtube available. Location wise very good just in front of ktcc and 5 mins from the city.
The floor feel a bit sticky in the bedroom. Found a cockroach, and only thing available is mosquito spray. So preferable to prepare baygon cockroach spray for the unit😅
